Apparthôtel Tempologis - Chateau de la Rochette

Cleaning: ok, but could definitely been a lot cleaner under the kitchen cabinets. Kitchen: OK. Dishwasher worked well. Faucet had uneven spray of water and could need a could cleaning too. Should be more dishwasher tablets! And papers to clean things up instead of only one towel. Overall room: OK standard. However, don't understand why put a armchair instead of a generous sofa in an apartment. So that should be there. It was very hot in the room, but fortunately we had a fan which worked fine. Although that one also needs dusting... Bathroom: OK standard. Again, cleaning not too good. The floor between the bedroom and bathroom need urgent care as it must have been soaked in water. The wooden floor just near the barhroom looked somehow rotten... Bedroom: OK standard. Sheets was clean but we saw spots from previous guests so I guess they weren't new or had been used many times...Missed having a TV in the room. Overall: great place for families who don't want to pay too much but still get a apartment-feeling kind of stay. Close to a pizzeria and a shop where to buy food (big store so that is good!). Nearby is a big garden with playground so that's good for kids to run around. The gate into the hotel was closed at times we didn't understand why. We didn't come with car but had no info about when they were open or closed. Fortunately there are other waya to come in and out of the hotel area. No clear instructions on how to check out. I emailed but no response if we did right

An excellent location for exploring Grenoble. Easy to use trams outside property. The property was quiet, the bed comfortable and a well equipped kitchen. The only fault was the sink in the bathroom the plug would not come up so we could only use the kitchen sink. Although it was easy to check in not having staff onsite means there is nowhere to report any problems.

This is a very good hotel with kind personnel, located at touristic place. A bit old-fassioned.
