Svært sentralt og hyggelig, helt på toppen av Mojácar. Selvbetjent barløsning og nydelig takterrasse, hvor vi fulgte solnedgangen. Hotellet har også rom med balkong, men dessverre opptatt under vårt opphold. Mange restauranter, også i helgen i lavsesongen. Vi spiste på La Ermitá og var svært fornøyd med forholdet pris/opplevelse. Antar at byen kan være et slit om sommeren p.g.a. trengsel. Rommet hadde a/c.

Lovely little boutique hotel in the middle of Mojácar. We had a very late check in but clear instructions were sent to ensure we could get into our room. Breakfast on the terrace was delightful. Staff were very friendly. There is a nice quiet sun terrace above the breakfast terrace which we used in the afternoon. A lovely 2 night stay in Mojácar

This place is an absolute gem, punching well above its 2-star rating. Miki and Alberto are delightful and super-attentive. The rooms are relatively compact and simple, but spotlessly clean and have everything you need. The location overlooking the valley at the front, or church square at the back, all within a stone’s throw of the old town is just fantastic. The freshly home-cooked breakfast served on the terrace is just wonderful. The ‘honesty bar’ for the well-stocked fridge and dining room probably tells you everything you need to know about the vibe of this fantastic little boutique hotel. The sun terrace on the roof (with the sauna) is a real sun trap and the hotel has lots of local artworks and produce on display and for sale. The coastal part of the town, a short drive from the hotel is typical of most Spanish resorts but the old town does feel really quite traditional. British visitors were in the minority during our short stay, but if the Spaniards choose it as a holiday destination, that would suggest it’s well worth visiting. Plenty of cafés, restaurants and bars, and amazing views all around.

I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a clean, comfortable room with an en-suite bathroom and a wonderful view across the valley and mountains. The owners, Alberto and his wife Miki, were excellent hosts, contacting me directly before my arrival with detailed directions for parking and check-in. Beautiful place in a beautiful town, I enjoyed this place and the views that it offers. It is not luxiurous but you feel like you are among friends. The room was very nice and comfortable as well as the bathroom which had a very good shower. The terrace is a bonus and also the "honesty bar". Breakfast was perfect. the parking is paid but right next to the hotel. I dont think it is very easy to park but it is Mojacar!!!

We stayed here for one night as we drove down the coast. Wished we had stayed longer. Wonderful spot and the owners were very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Paying for parking was well worth it.

Very pleasant boutique hotel. Simply and straightforward. Very kind and helpful staff, lovely breakfast, with super views from the terrace. If you have a large case, make sure to book a parking space at the underground car park in front of the hotel.

The Boutique Hotel Olivar was exceptionally good! The hotel is small and very charming- each room has all essentials. Ours was room 5 with a lovely terrace overlooking the countryside and village-stunning! And the sunset can be enjoyed from the room. Everything was spotless clean, very quiet space with comfortable beds. We highly recommend this hotel! Alberto and his lovely wife went out of their way to provide breakfast when we needed to leave early. The experience here is more satisfying than the usual high end hotel- very cozy and unique!

This place is an absolute gem, punching well above its 2-star rating. Miki and Alberto are delightful and super-attentive. The rooms are relatively compact and simple, but spotlessly clean and have everything you need. The location overlooking the valley at the front, or church square at the back, all within a stone’s throw of the old town is just fantastic. The freshly home-cooked breakfast served on the terrace is just wonderful. The ‘honesty bar’ for the well-stocked fridge and dining room probably tells you everything you need to know about the vibe of this fantastic little boutique hotel. The sun terrace on the roof (with the sauna) is a real sun trap and the hotel has lots of local artworks and produce on display and for sale. The coastal part of the town, a short drive from the hotel is typical of most Spanish resorts but the old town does feel really quite traditional. British visitors were in the minority during our short stay, but if the Spaniards choose it as a holiday destination, that would suggest it’s well worth visiting. Lovely boutique hotel with Alberto being very helpful & friendly (we only saw Miki briefly). The hotel is in the best position in the pueblo & breakfast was a huge hit too.

I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a clean, comfortable room with an en-suite bathroom and a wonderful view across the valley and mountains. The owners, Alberto and his wife Miki, were excellent hosts, contacting me directly before my arrival with detailed directions for parking and check-in. Fantastic experience! From the spectacular rooftop terrace views, and our room with a deck overlooking the same views, THE most comfortable beds ever, and the beautiful breakfast which included freshly made croissants, homemade jam, soft music, it was magical. Alberto and his wife were first class hosts from before we checked in (with an email advising where to park) to which restaurants to visit. The whole experience was wonderful and we can’t thank them enough. We’ve been travelling for two months and this visit was one of our bests. Thank you again! Deborah and Mark

We had a lovely stay, perfect location, very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was lovely served on the terrace with an amazing view. Alberto and Miki were fabulous hosts would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for one night as we drove down the coast. Wished we had stayed longer. Wonderful spot and the owners were very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Paying for parking was well worth it.

Parked down under trees which helped as very warm. Bit of a walk up to Hotel but not a problem, a lift takes you someway. No staff but access no problem as all info sent by phone. Alberto served breakfast on terrace which was really good. Only downside was no pillow menu and pillow was usual long firm Spanish style!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room has a lovely view, also had everything you needed including a fridge. Breakfast was lovely more on offer than expected and very well done. Location is really nice you come out into the main square.
