I had drove for 5.5 hours and was super tired when I arrived there was no parking spots as one side was being repaved. totally understandable however I had to park almost a half mile at night time and walk in the street to get back to the hotel. Then wake up earlier than expected to deliver a half day of training to a major organization. The front desk person was very calm and nice so I appreciated that. However that’s not what I expected that evening.

Beautiful pond across street. Sidewalk trail around whole thing to cracker barrel. Fishing. Beautiful lobby. Rooms ok. Sofa and celing stained. Carpet questionable. Looked dirty. fridge really small. Bedding was clean and comfy. No rollaway beds/cots available. Pool clean and work out space awesome. Dogs behind lovely patio wouldnt quit barking. No lobby coffee

Amazing stay. Close, free parking. Walked around the adjacent lake at night. Staff was exceptionally nice. Thank you, Xavier. Fast, seamless check-in and check out. Clean. Quiet. Plenty of accommodations. I would stay here again as first choice.

I think Xavier was the guy at the front desk. Super nice, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There was painting and power washing going on, so we had to go through a construction zone to get inside and to get to our car. Our window was covered with plastic on the outside because they were painting. But none of these were really a big deal. Parking was kind of limited because of construction vehicles, and the spaces seemed kind of narrow. There was a chip in the paint on the side of my car the next morning like someone had bashed their door into it.

The rooms were great! The bathroom door didnt lock in one room and in the othee room the carpet was frayed in one spot and the drawl stick for the curtains was off, but everything else was great! The pool was a little chilly but not bad!

We loved the hotel but were upset that we couldn’t use the pool due to a lot of small children taking over the pool and being super loud and pushing each other in and the parents outside and drinking instead of supervising their kids. Also, check-out was at noon but housekeeping knocked on our door and woke us up at 9:00am. We were very unhappy about that.

At first glance we were really excited. Lobby was all nice. Room was big. Kids enjoyed pool but no hot tub. Pillows had no life left in them, head sinks down to bed. Blankets seemed too small, our feet stuck out and 1 person wasnt going to have much cover. Small ants throughout room. When i told front desk they replied with "oh yes weve heard. They seem to like the 3rd floor". No breakfast but knew that when booking. It wasnt horrible but we will probably choose a different hotel next time.

I am convinced that there are paid review for this hotel because it was not a high or every good quality stay whatsoever. My room hadn’t even been cleaned and when I said something to the front desk the girl so house keeping had left for the night. I had to wait until 2:00pm the next day for the next house keeper to clean my room. I only had a two night stay! For $104/night plus tax this was a horrible experience. There was sticky red substitutes all over the walls and light fixtures, muddy dog paw prints on the wall, dirty towels (visible brown marks) hanging in the bathroom, and you stuck to the bathroom when you walked in there. I ended up going to the dollar store to buy cleaning supplies and disinfect just to feel comfortable my last night staying there and try and get a nights sleep. I would never recommend this hotel!

When we checked in we went to our room and it was still not cleaned up from the previous guests. I had to go to the desk and ask for a clean room. Then in the second room I had after about 30 minutes after trying to see if it was just humid we realized the entire room rug was wet and the bathroom floor was wet. Then I went to make coffee the next morning, part of the coffee maker was missing. At check out they said nothing could be done to adjust the bill because I rented through Expedia!

Not accommodating to hotel.com guests. If you r not a marriott member they look right past you. No free breakfast options (paid food is over priced), only enough free coffee for the first few guests, no room microwave (1 in the hallway we never tried), fridge is the size of a office file box, no late checkout options, can hear other guests in the hallways and doors were very loud opening and closing. The place was clean and some staff treat you nice, this did improve a bit as a golf tournament (players and support staff stayed at this location) came to town. Shower had good pressure and nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We stayed at the hotel next-door for the first half of our trip, and received way better everything for the same cost. If we come to town again i would stay next door or at a lower price hotel with better accommodations

She put me in a corner room on the first floor right by the stairs and outside door. I didn't feel it was a good choice for her to make for a woman traveling alone. I heard every step of the person above me. The whole ceiling would shake. It was very loud.

The staff were very kind and it was a fair hotel stay. I would probably not stay again due to the room itself- the light switch to the room was dimly lit by two tiny overhead light bulbs (had to individually turn on several lamps scattered about if you wanted to see anything), there was one tiny garbage can, very small mini fridge, and no complimentary breakfast (breakfast “available” meaning you could pay for it at the bistro). My last morning there was no hot water for my 4:30 am shower before my flight.

The hotel was very nice but the staff friendliness and great customer service is what made the stay excellent. Bonus: We saw a bald eagle fly over the lake in front of the hotel from our room window both mornings during our stay. What a great way to start the day.

Absolutely amazing staff and especially front desk. I’ve been trying all the hotels in this area of Evansville for recurring travel I’ll have, and this is the second time at the Courtyard. They have won me over and I’ll be staying here each time I come back to Evansville. Thank you for being so friendly, helpful, and accommodating!

Overall property was nice. Some construction going on, but nothing inconvenient . Waited for about 10-12 min for someones to gelp us at the restaurant bar before giving up and going elsewhere. Desk staff was very nice. The little store by the desk was nice and convenient
