Nice place. We were there for long weekend to fish and out to eat. The parking was undesirable if you have a big vehicle.

Quiet property qnd nice soundside dock with benches and picnic tables. The fridge in our room was warped & door would not close tight. We checked in & the room was covered with water due to a thawed out freezer. The fin n feather app kept dinging us every 5 minutes until so we cut voume off on our phones. Room hasnt been dusted in awhile. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

The room was fresh and the beds were comfortable white down comforters . Coffee bar, large bathroom. Views from both sides of the sound, fishing off the dock and pier out back. Excellent service. I highly recommend

Walked in to a disaster. Of course we couldn't reach anyone and our attempts were ignored. Floor was covered in dirt and pet hair. Fridge had smelly old fishing bait left behind. Toilets were unclean and had trash at the base. Toilet paper dispensor was dirty. One bathroom had a dirty bandaid stuck to the soap dispensor in the shower. We found fleas and roaches. Pulled back the sheets and saw a massive amount of pet and people hair. Furniture all all surfaces were filthy. Everything has to be wiped down and swept. We even made sure to get new linens to use. The accommodations were beyond disappointing. One thing that is not in their control is the road noise. It was so l Ioud we didnt sleep. Had to blare the TV if we decided to watch anything. The parking is also a mess and very tight. My husband and I had to clean the rooms. I paid over $1,000 for 2 nights. This is insane to accept thats what you get for over $1,000. Also we paid the pet fee to bring my 12lb mini dachshund which caught kennel cough. I obviously cannot confirm its from the stay but the conditions and amount of pet hair leads me to believe their cleaning routine after a pet stay is minimal or nonexistent. It was an absolute disaster staying there.

I know it’s temporary but there’s construction on one side with uncut grass and I came in my room and found a tic on me. Other than that the place is great and plan on staying again.

Quick easy check in, room was clean, t.v. and all appliances worked and were in good shape. Room was clean and functional as shown. I would stay here again for sure! Even got to fish a little out back in the sound.

This place is an absolute dump. I would strongly suggest against anyone staying here. We rented #11 which is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom room upstairs. Upon arrival, the place was filthy! The floors turned our feet black with dirt. There was mold on the shower curtain, the walls and surfaces were dirty, there was hair everywhere, and the icing on the cake was that one of the beds was clearly slept in and the sheets had not been changed. The first night my friend and I slept together in the one clean bed and cleaned all the surfaces as good as we could with Lysol wipes. The next day I contacted the company, Kees Vacation, and provided photos of the state of the rental. They asked me if I wanted housekeeping to come out and do a "reclean", which would be impossible since it was never cleaned to begin with! They were extremely unhelpful...I asked for a partial refund if I were to check out and they told me absolutely not. We ended up leaving and paying for a second rental the first day anyway because it was just filthy and disgusting. I'm very disappointed in the state of the rental AND the fact that Kees refused a partial refund. I didn't even ask for a full refund which is honestly what I deserved given the state of this dump.

Remote for tv did not work. Door knobs front and back were not secured. Floors had not been vacuumed. Shower gel almost out. Window blinds did not go all the way down and the wand was broken. Only plus was it was on the water.

This hotel is disgusting. There were tiny black ants everywhere including on the bed, food on the floor (goldfish cracker) flying insects in the shower. Looked like it had not been cleaned. DO NOT stay here!!!!

We could not find the remote to the tv, there was giant palmetto bugs in our room, the floors were dirty and there was random hairs on the pillows when we arrived. Also at about 9:30 when check out is at 10 the cleaner opened the door without even knocking when us two females were getting dressed.

Tv doesn’t work

Property was a bit old & needs an update. No amenties & A/C didn’t cool. It would be a charming property if they give it an update.

Overall very nice with nice views. The only real issue I had was at night, with very thin walls, I could hear the man in the room next to me snoring like he was in the same room and I was unable to sleep for half the night. The man snoring was way worse than the traffic from the street. Everything else was great.

It was cheap, you get what you pay for. Poor wifi, bad beds, tv that didn't work, soap dispensers that didn't work. The only plus is the bathroom, that was roomy and nice.

It was a clean large room with basic amenities. All you need.

It was convenient for us and our plans so the place was nice. Now we got there early and my wife had a upset stomach so I asked for a early check in and the contact for the place said she would check that she couldn’t the room had been cleaned and we could do it. She told me she would call back and never did. I know for a fact the room was already cleaned so she could have let us in so very unprofessional by not responding back. I would not go back based on that experience and that only I would not recommend nor go back and that’s asshame because we go there 6 to 7 times a year and really liked the double room. My first surprise was when I arrived and there was no office. i had to call a phone number and be given a code which would open our room -- in four hours. Not the sort of thing I like to hear when I have insulin in the car which needs to be put in a refrigerator. There was no cleaning. There were no literature on attractions. The soap dispenser in the room was empty. Nor were hotel staff available to enforce noise issues when the college students next door decided to have party at 2 AM. There was, in fact, no service of any kind. The best that can be said for it is that it was cheap for a summer stay, and it was a clean room. If that's all you want, this will work fine. If you want anything more from a hotel stay, however, this is not for you.

My husband and I came down for a quick weekend to do some shell collecting. We chose the property because of the location of where we like to shell collect. Rooms were very clean and updated except for the fact that there was a missing coffee pot. we had trouble getting in our door due to my error. I had to call the main office for assistance, and when I couldn’t reach them I called the housekeeping number. Both numbers called me back within 10 minutes and were very helpful and pleasant. For a quick overnight trip, this is a great property. My husband comes down to fish often and said he would definitely stay here in the future!

I had to reach out to the host to obtain the code for entering property upon arrival since not provided ahead of time - the staff was helpful and provided the check in information upon my call - would be helpful to provide check in information 24 hours before arrival

Facility looks much nicer in picture. A bit run down looking. Needs some paint and shades on the first floor. There were cigarette butts all around the ground. As far as the room, we lucked out on the top floor facing the water in the back. There is noone on site so you have to call a phone number to get someone with the code to your door. I used my hotel points so I didn't spend too much. To its pluses it does have a microwave, and Keurig, there is a sink and fridge and some utensils. Overall room was good. Needs a little paint and cleaning

The location is beautiful. Check-in is effortless and it's a quiet place. The room was clean with everything you need or want. It could use updating for sure, but is certainly good for the price. Would stay again for business.
