Hand Sanitizer bottles are everywhere but none of them have been working. They charged me for the free parking which was included in the booking. The swimming pool was closed the whole weekend for maintenance. Housekeeping every other day.

We loved the hotel, but the only reason we stayed was just to go swimming. It was my gift to my son on his 11th birthday. to stay the night to swim after his soccer game..BUT I know things happen. Someone got sick and the pool and they had to close it for that day and the next day.. I asked if we could be compensated by getting a one day pass to come to the pool. Front desk said it was not allowed. So for that I was disappointed and my kids were very sad as this was in january.

The staff at this Home2 Suites are amazing!! The condition of the hotel could use some maintenance, and upgrades; new flooring; new caulking in showers; blinds; lampshades etc. were in need of some updates and redoing. So that was the only drawback. The staff on the other hand, not enough can be said about how accommodating they all were. I’ve had less accommodating staff at $800 per night. I was able to charge my car, which is a huge bonus, and the hotel is quiet and in a very convenient location. I hope they dump some cash into this establishment and do some of the needed maintenance type fixes, in order to live up to the service that the front desk and others are giving.

One thing I hate is not keeping up with website AND being nickle and dimed. This hotel is located on its own property, off any main roads, not near an airport----yet they have instituted a parking fee of just over $3.00. Website still said free parking, when I showed that to them, they tried to make excuses----someone else listening in said not to charge it. Not the money----the point.

The lobby area/patio area was great with lots of seating for work, gathering, breakfast etc. In the room, carpet was a little funky, beds were just average, powered curtains were old and breaking and hard to control with the switches. The bathroom sink drain kept closing and wouldn't drain easily so luckily there was another sink in the kitchen area The pool was kind of gross and murky, and it was annoying that we couldn't access the pool with our room keys and had to ask for access at the front desk

No issues at all other than bed comfort, which wasn’t terrible but just felt the mattress was a little wore out. Otherwise great. Super clean, very large room. Staff was great and breakfast was good. The pool was open and pretty large for a hotel indoor pool. Easy parking and location was nice and semi secluded, but still close to shopping and restaurants.

Excellent property - large rooms. A king bed room has a full kitchen including almost full sized fridge, dishwasher and all dishes. It also includes a pull out couch with a curtain to divide the sleeping areas. Great amenities in the bathroom - very good quality. Superb for pets - friendly staff, a great space to walk them and a cheat sheet of local vet resources, if needed. Also, PetSmart delivers the same day (if needed). The outside of the hotel features a grill as well as a firepit area with seating that sports comfy cushions.

I had to stay here three times. Each time it was worse. Rooms are very damp. We had to run the AC as it was hot outside / inside. AC produces damp cold air. Towels would not dry. It was do damp my medication began sticking to my pill box. I ended up getting sick as my asthma was severely aggravated. HVAC in the third floor hallway doesn’t work either. Bad behavior also lives here. Doors banging, loud guests that don’t respect that it’s after hours and people want to sleep, seem to gravitate to this place. We had to call the reception desk numerous times to have this addressed. The carpet in all three rooms I stayed in was very dirty. Clean white socks were grey in the bottoms from walking in the room almost immediately.

Checked into my room and noticed hair on the toilet. Then found what looked to be two roaches crawling around. Front desk was very friendly and refunded me immediately and we went to another hotel.

The property was hidden a bit behind a winding entrance off of the highway. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean but some of the features such as the automatic blinds were not operable. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Shade in room was dirty and didn't stay up. Temp was too warm and couldn't be adjusted. Staff was nice. Breakfast just okay. Bathroom was clean and well lit but room was dark. Just found out we were charged for parking which doesn't make me happy!

Do not recommend staying here. Good price but numerous things about the room were unsatisfactory. Tv did not work, heating system was either too hot or had to turn off, beds ( mattresses and pillows very worn out) tear with duct tape over it on headboard, lock on door broken, dispenser in bathroom for conditioner was empty.

The hotel was clean, in good condition, and in a very convenient location. However the night staff was very rude and unprofessional. My family and I were targeted from the beginning. Before we could get situated, the security knocks on the door saying we had a noise complaint(hadn’t even had the chance to put our bags away). 20 minutes later he comes back with the same complaint and we were watching TV. I ask him, Sir what noise are you talking about because you can clearly see that we are watching TV. He says to me one more complaint and I’m kicking you out. The front desk clerk was very rude and says to my daughter I hope you have the 250 because I’m about to kick you out! Needless to say, we packed our bags and left. My daughters were so hurt and I was upset because I paid for a room that we didn’t have the chance to stay. I returned the next morning to check out, I explained to the morning shift front desk agent and she calls over another co-worker to hear my story. Her comment to her co-worker was look at this “He strikes again”. She says to me Ma’am I’m looking at the notes and it’s nothing that says you have a noise complaint. She passed my message to the manager that didn’t call me, until I called multiple times only for him to completely disregard my concerns. I truly didn’t appreciate how we were treated by the staff on duty that night. It was unfair and seemed to be targeted.
The hotel was clean, in good condition, and in a very convenient location. However the night staff was very rude and unprofessional. My family and I were targeted from the beginning. Before we could get situated, the security knocks on the door saying we had a noise complaint(hadn’t even had the chance to put our bags away). 20 minutes later he comes back with the same complaint and we were watching TV. I ask him, Sir what noise are you talking about because you can clearly see that we are watching TV. He says to me one more complaint and I’m kicking you out. The front desk clerk was very rude and says to my daughter I hope you have the 250 because I’m about to kick you out! Needless to say, we packed our bags and left. My daughters were so hurt and I was upset because I paid for a room that we didn’t have the chance to stay. I returned the next morning to check out, I explained to the morning shift front desk agent and she calls over another co-worker to hear my story. Her comment to her co-worker was look at this “He strikes again”. She says to me Ma’am I’m looking at the notes and it’s nothing that says you have a noise complaint. She passed my message to the manager that didn’t call me, until I called multiple times only for him to completely disregard my concerns. Booked a connected room a week in advance. I called the hotel twice prior to the date to verify the rooms were connected because I had children. Both times were verified but not without concern because the second time I called the associate said she seen my name but didn’t see the rooms connected. She stated she was locking it in for me now. On the day of the stay I got to the property a hour before check in to set everything up for my family. I was told no rooms were available to be connected and their was nothing that can be done because the connected room was occupied. I pleaded my case with the associate, even gave her names of the prior associates I had spoken with to prove my argument. I even offered to pay for an upgrade for the person who was occupying the connected room since only one of the rooms that connect was being occupied. This associate offered me no help and gave off the air that I was bothering her . I stayed in the lobby for an hour trying to figure out an alternative. During shift change a spoke to the new associate and she did help me. It took her a few hours but she managed to make the changes for me which I and my family were very grateful for. Lastly, I asked for a late check out due to the late check in that was no fault to me and I was told the late checkout was full so I could not be added to it. I asked to speak with a manager and was told no manager was available. Very disappointed because the hotel was not bad but the service was not good.

Wonderful staff. Very friendly and courteous as well. Breakfast wasn't bad at all. I will stay again when I visit Baltimore. As a matter of fact, I will make it my favorite place to stay whenever I visit the city.

Staff was wonderful and accomodating. My furry companion was having some seperation anxiety while we were using the pool. Staff let us know he could cone down and hang out by the pool instead. We had a great time and its convinced me to bring my pup with me to more places. The continental breakfast was above and beyond as well. Great food to start the day.

Initially, I was a little disappointed because the hotel was not able to give me the room that I requested and I had to settle for a king bed rather than 2 queen beds. Once I arrived there the front desk manager was extremely accommodating, very professional and extremely kind. When I arrived at my room I was quite pleased with the condition of the room and the amenities that were available to me. The only problem that I encountered with the room was the television. It was not working properly but I had access to Netflix and that sufficed for the evening. I would definitely use the hotel again if need be I am quite appreciative of the manager and the services that he provided to me. The breakfast that was provided for free was also a plus.

Judy, the front desk receptionist, was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, courteous, and efficient. Honestly, she should be commended for her work ethic. She answered all my questions and offered suggestions that really made my stay wonderful. I will come back to this hotel specifically because of the way Judy made me feel—valued.

This is my 4th time using this hotel but to my surprise, I was charged for damages that never happened and they could not prove what was damaged. They claimed I broke the towel rail which shockingly they don’t even have in the room I was given, all they had was a little hook on the bathroom door, so where did damages for towel railing come from? SMH. I was also charged $298 from a completely different card after being charged from the card that I had used to check in with no reasonable justification. Front desk was saying something different while their customer service was saying something completely different which made them sound so disorganized and fraudulent to me. Painfully I couldn’t get the charge refunded. I will never be back here again.

We all had a wonderful experience at Home2Suites. The only issue we had is if you are not using MAPS on your Apple phone, and using android or your Chrysler Pacifica gps, it will take you pass the entrance into the hotel, and take you back out to the highway. Their sign is kind of hidden and can easily pass the entrance.

This is a very nice property. The staff makes the difference. They’re very friendly and accommodating. Our room was a tad bit musky (couldn’t get the smell out every time we entered the room), however the rooms are very spacious - which was perfect for a long stay with family of 4. You can do everything onsite (exercise, dine, and do laundry)! The hotel location is very convenient - right off the freeway and close to the mall. I would stay here again because of so many amenities it has. Maybe next time, I’ll have better luck with my room not smelling the way it did.

No issues at all other than bed comfort, which wasn’t terrible but just felt the mattress was a little wore out. Otherwise great. Super clean, very large room. Staff was great and breakfast was good. The pool was open and pretty large for a hotel indoor pool. Easy parking and location was nice and semi secluded, but still close to shopping and restaurants.

Our stay was ok but we had trouble getting the internet (it finally came on a few hours after we arrived after trying many times) and the elevator wasn’t working except to go up to our room on the second floor but not down and having a bad knee it was a problem for me. Didn’t enjoy the breakfast. Only fresh hot item were the waffles. There were pre-maid egg sandwiches which were dry.

Hot Breakfast was from 6-9am, only had waffle, 2 varieties of cold cereal & package oatmeal, indoor pool is only open from 5pm-10pm. Very hard to get staff after 9pm. Horrible experience with a 4 yr old who wants to swim.

Breakfast was underwhelming. The food was frozen and when asked the kitchen staff about it they said to defrost it in the microwave. Everyone had to heat up their own breakfast. You cannot go into the pool with your keycard. Front desk staff need to let you in with their card. When asked they look upset and inconvenienced they have to leave the front desk. The room was nice and clean. Good location. Breakfast and staff need some work.

We had to have maintenance up for a TV issue and he was very nice and helpful in spite of a language barrier. Breakfast was ample with good variety and well tended by hotel staff. I am a Hilton Honors member, but booked via Expedia out of convenience, yet they were able to include points on my account. I believe there was a parking charge that I did not know about but it wasn't outrageous. We didn't use pool, fitness or other amenities and the weather was not conducive to using the patio area, but it looked very inviting. It was a great stay and I would definitely go back.

My family and I loved this hotel. We are able to get a room with three beds so the kids don't have to share. The room was immaculately clean. Staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was delicious with something for everyone. We will definitely stay here again when we travel through the area.

The elevators are actually quite terrible. Both felt like they were getting ready to break down. We asked for an extra water bottle on our second day and were told no. The shower in our room was so strong that water started spraying out of the far end of the tub. The lamps in the room were very wobbly and the shades had holes in them. One positive, the cleaning staff was extremely friendly.

We were unable to watch tv during our stay because of the rain so the cable was out, was told they had dish when I finally called the front desk. Then when we tried to get in the pool on our last day of stay we were told it was closed for maintenance. And we were not told it was a time difference in the serving of breakfast on the weekdays and weekends so on one day we missed it
