At first glance, this place looked like the Ritz, but don't be fooled. The front desk manager was super friendly and upgraded our room, which was a nice touch. But, things quickly took a turn for the worse. The bathroom was fancy, but they forgot to refill the soap dispenser, so I was stuck mid-shower with nothing to clean myself with. And don't even get me started on the food - it was like they hired a bunch of amateur cooks who had no idea what they were doing. The buffet was a joke, with empty pots and servers who seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually serving the guests. Overall, I'd say this place was a major disappointment.

The property allowed parties until 10 PM in the night with loud speakers. Not sure how business guests will conduct business in this property. I complained about it but the party continued until 10 PM with loud speakers, people shouting. Did not get sleep at all.
