It's a very nice hotel. All rooms have a balcony and air conditioning. Minor issues in my room were dealt with quickly. There is a beach bar and a terrace bar on the top floor where the sunsets are glorious. Just bear in mind that because of the hotel location, on the beach and in the middle of Santa Pola, it can get a little noisy at times.

Beautiful location. Lovely staff. Breakfast adequate. Beautiful bars. Bar beer expensive €6. You expect extra, paying for the view, but not so much. Waiter said all Spain, but we live up the coast!!!

Todo bien y en linea el número de estrellas. Ningúna queja y el personal muy atento. Muy cómodo para quien quiera una solución para moverse andando. El aparcamiento reservado al hotel no tiene muchas plazas y hay que que buscar otras soluciones.

Behöver en rejäl uppdatering men läget är fantastiskt så ett ansiktlyft borde kunna höja åtminstone en halv stjärna. Tyvärr saknas solstolar att hyra på stranden så för oss modell äldre är det svårt att utnyttja det fina strandläget!

This was our return from travelling inland . Having stayed earlier this month. The aircon works in room307, I did hear other guests complaining theirs didn’t . Very clean , shower pressure is immense ! They don’t allow any food or drink bought elsewhere upstairs , understandable , however , when you book and they fail to tell you the restaurant is closed except for breakfast , you are Celiac and they are aware but still make no effort to provide or explain what is and isn’t gluten free at breakfast , it’s a bit much when they won’t allow the gf bread you’ve bought into the hotel ! Miscommunication? Maybe. Generally the staff , (especially Jessica who worked on the roof bar on the festival of San Juan ) were delightful and helpful . And the location, on the beach is fabulous .

The room did not have a refrigrature that was very disappointing. In the middle of a hot night you want to open the fridge and have some cold beer or friut or some water. It was not allowed which is weired. Although there is a vending machine downstairs to buy water but who wants to get up in the middle of the noght go downstairs and buy water and come back to sleep during his vacation in Spain?

Vi hadde bestilt dobbeltseng, men fikk 2 enkeltsenger. Vi kom såpass sent at det var ikke noe vi orket å ta med de ansatte. Og ganske ukomfortable senger, mye lytt mellom rommene og etasjeskille, man kan høre absolutt alt. Frokost var helt ok. MEN de ansatte er superhyggelige og man får god service. Kommer ikke tilbake til hotellet.

Bonjour, un très bon emplacement de hôtel, dommage le petit-déjeuner toujours le même menu, et le bruit des lits pour nettoyage et le soirs quand il veulent dormir en général il faut pas dépasser 3 jours mais le personnels et très accueillent et souriants merci.
