We liked the helpful attitude of the proprietors and staff, with an easy check-in. The room was extremely clean. We liked being able to park right outside the door to bring our stuff in - because we were moving house we had much more stuff than usual - and packing the car after our stay was also far preferable to lugging it through doors and lifts etc. That also made it more COVID-safe, with no exposure to shared areas. We liked the fact that the kitchen facilities were excellent with room to prepare a meal. The TV was a good size, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The air-conditioner was turned on to cool the room before we arrived, a thoughtful touch in summer. We were very impressed by the willingness of staff to provide what we needed, and that there was someone on-site after hours. The bathroom was adequate though the basin was a bit small with very little space to put things. We would have liked a coffee maker or plunger. However, that was a small inconvenience outweighed by the fact that everything worked and when the toaster didn’t, a new one was brought to our door within minutes. We would gladly stay here again.

The motel has a modern new fit out and is neat clean quiet and safe. The perfect place to stay. Comfortable bed clean linen and nice hot water in shower. Lovely outlook from back sliding doors over a beautiful grassed outdoor area with seating and weather protection. Good spacious parking

Motel was next to the Bowling club which served excellent meals and cheap drinks. The motel room was adequate for what we required but had a few cleanliness and maintenance issues. These were brought to the management's attention and quickly resolved.

After 440km on the bikes yesterday, our accomodation last night was most welcomed. The place was clean and fresh, excellent water pressure in the shower and the first multi-ply toilet paper in a week. It’s the small details that matter. Having the Club next door was also super convenient to be able to walk to dinner. Will stay here again on our next bike trip. Cheers.

My partner and I stayed here for a wedding. We checked in on Friday before we arrived and everything was so easy! The inside of the motel facilities are almost brand new and even had a huge tv that we weren’t expecting but pleasantly surprised. Across the road there is the Bowlers Club and the atmosphere was just perfect. My partner and I had an awesome weekend and are most definitely coming back in the near future.

Area at front was good but at the back noisy from bowling club No one to meet us and phone number didn’t work. Someone then arrived and we put all cases in the apartment only to find on our return it was the wrong room. The cases had been moved to the correct room which was good

Upon booking being confirmed we had communication from owners. Day of arrival again communication from owners. Lovely welcome and very attentive, everything was ready and just waiting for us to get there. Room was lovely, clean and well presented. Lawns and common areas were freshly mowed, very neat and tidy gardens and all areas of hotel were clean. We have stayed at lemon tree passage hotel a few times now and is our preferred place to stay when visiting that area. We will always return when on holiday to that area.

Very clean and newly renovated with excellent service and communication from owner Jason, this made for the perfect one night stop on our road trip for our family of four - 2 adults, 2 kids (8 and 5). There’s not much around for dinner (only the bowls club right next door) but we did enjoy heading down to the wharf in the morning for breakfast at The Poyers which was lovely!
