Good value for money. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice spa too.

First time booking via Expedia but visited this hotel before. Absolutely perfect, beautiful rooms and excellent service.

Some furnishings and surfaces in the room need to be updated (e.g., stained/old towels, scratched floors and walls). The shower doesn’t have an actual fixed shower head, just a handheld one which made showering really difficult. Rooms were noisy at night — even on a Monday night — you could hear talking and furniture moving and walking in the next room. My room was also by a service elevator which made the situation much worse. But the staff were so lovely and helped me as much as they could.
