My husband and I love to stay here every time we go to Carbondale. The staff is always friendly, hotel and rooms always clean, and just the most peaceful place (no noise or traffic sounds, always peace and quiet) . Love it

The staff is great, very nice and helpful. The TV didn’t work because of no cable in area so had to log into your streaming services if you could get it to work. No internet in room. Said it had internet but was never able to access it. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel was nicely decorated with showing the history of the area and the room was spacios and clean. What stands out the most was the staff. Everyone encountered was friendly, helpful and kind. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
