Die Heizung war dreckig im Bad, der Teppichboden sehr fleckig,die Kabel an der linken Nachttisch sind am Stecker sichtbar und im Bad auch, Loch in Badezimmerdecke. Das komplette Zimmer roch nach alte, wie die ganzen Möbel.

Das Zimmer war zu teuer für das was es war. Ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekomnen! Die Tapeten beginnen sich von den Wänden zu lösen. Auch punkt Sauberkeit könnte man besser arbeiten. Zimmer hatte Spinnweben . Keine Zimmeraussicht - Nur Sicht auf einen Parkplatz im Hinterhof ! Das Frühstück allerdings war erste Klasse! Sehr grosszügiges Buffet mit allem was man sich wünscht. Sehr lecker und zu empfehlen Es empfielt sich 10 Euro mehr zu bezahlen und im Mutterhaus Hotel Seetel Ostseeresidenz gleich gegenüber zu buchen. Mann muss sowieso am Morgen dort Frühstücken.

Die Villa ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und hat keinen Aufzug. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Nutzung des Schwimmbades war nach Überquerung der Straße und über das Nachbarhotel möglich. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr nett.
