Hands down the best hostel stay of my life. Carmo at the Reception desk was so lovely and welcoming and helpful. Her English is perfect as is her positive attitude. The room was top notch: featherbeds and the best shower: very hot water and it was strong enough to massage my Pilgrim (backpacking sore) shoulders. I had a blast in the common dining room with several fellow Caminho compatriots and at the delicious and abundant “breakfast included”. Thank you, Carmo! You are a Caminho angel! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Location was walkable, along the river to and from the town center. Having breakfast included made it easier to have a early start on the Camino the next day.
