112 Motel

It was clean and nice. I was there only for 1 night. I was in a suite with a hot tub.

Room was very small showed jacuzzi tub was only a shower when arrived there was about 10 cars in the parking lot went out to dinner party came back parking lot was full very noisy catering wheel right next to it and let them Park in the lot when woke up there was only 10 cars in parking lot paid $200 for $100 hotel

Great place to stay. It's a motel, not the Ritz-Carlton. That being said, it was just as clean as the Ritz. I even used a blacklight to inspect the surfaces with the room lights off and the shades down. The only dust/dirt was very light behind the cabinet at the foot of the bed. Room was so dark, you could almost process film inside. The AC worked really well and the white noise put me asleep and the parking lot noise couldn't be heard. I stayed in room 107 with a jacuzzi tub, which I didn't use, but it was very clean. I have lived in 5 countries and I am an experienced traveler - this housekeeping service was amazing.

Room was large and very clean but lacked a closet, rack, or even a chair. Good firm king bed. Bathroom clean but only outlet was too far from sink. One must request hanging rack, replacement towels, trash emptying. Door has spaces underneath creating cold drafts. Window has blackout shade to block view of large paved parking lot. There are no amenities for families/kids..but a room is called a suite when it has hot tub in corner. Staff very accommodating. Front desk very fortified.

Clean rooms, easy parking, super nice owner, fair pricing, good location lots of stuff around, always enjoy my stays here. Recommend 10/10

Best Motel in long island!! I came here on business trip and always stay at 112 Motel. It's very clean and staffs are very friendly. I love their complimentary gifts.

The property was just remodeled. It is very clean, the mattress is very comfortable and the staff is very kind and helpful

The rooms had clearly been recently renovated, with a fresh design and really clean look. And the cleaning staff had the room spotless. We will definitely stay there again.

The room look’s NOTHING like the advertised image. Tinyl, barely enough room to turn around and completely basic. However it was clean and recently renovated. The bathroom was well lit and the best part of the room. Way overpriced at $285 per night!

The property was fine for our needs. The room was clean, but smaller than I would have expected, and had no closet. For what we payed, not worth the price, however on Long Island in such short notice, during the busy wedding season, appreciate the stay and understand the pricing. For a motel stay, would recommend.

I stayed here with my partner overnight for a funeral down the road. I knew this was a motel and not a fancy resort or anything, so I went in with pretty low expectations, but overall I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and comfortable, looked like it may have been renovated recently. No bugs in the bed (I'm very paranoid about this!), and there was plenty of space on it for both of us, we had no trouble sleeping. The bed was most of the room, but that was fine with me. The shower was very roomy and clean as well, though it took a bit for the hot water to get running (it was also where I expected the cold water to be, which didn't help). It also came with free wifi and a large TV, though I didn't use either one so I can't speak to their quality. I grew up in this neighborhood, so I know it very well, and I can confidently say there's not much going on here, although it's very close to Main Street in Patchogue by car (a Lyft cost like $15), which has a lot more to do. The only part I was a little disappointed in was the front desk situation, it was a little one-person-at-a-time office with a glass window, which definitely felt sketchy. That said, the staff was nothing but polite and helpful when I had any questions, and the cleaning crew was clearly working hard, so it's definitely a minor complaint. Overall, for a last-minute trip that I didn't plan to stay in my room much, this was excellent, exactly what I needed, and exceeded my expectations.

I was not expecting the $100 security deposit. Staff was very rude regarding that. Room was extremely small. There was no where to hang things up and my heat didn’t work. I will say the bathroom was nice.

Very clean and newly renovated hotel right on route 112 and not far from Patchogue Main Street.

Don't let the outside fool you. The inside of my room is fully renovated. There are restaurants close by. The staff was friendly and professional.

It was quiet, we had amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend for a great stay! Area has main stores around and close by.
