Our family of 4 stayed in a 1 BR suite for 2 nights. We requested an extra bed, and it was brought up immediately. Service here, as in all of Korea, was impeccable. The hotel meets/exceeds expectations for the Park Hyatt brand. You’ll have beautiful views of the water and bridge, with restaurants within walking distance. We chose to do a day tour of Busan through Korea Discovery Tour Busan (tour guide was Young Ok Choi), and it was the best decision. We saw a temple, the skywalk, the UN Cemetery, the Jagalchi fish market, and the Gamcheon cultural village. It was awesome. My husband and two kids (8 and 11) enjoyed it thoroughly. I used the gym while we were there, it isn’t large but definitely big enough with all necessary equipment in great shape. Would recommend to visitors.

일단 위치가 너무 멀어서 어딜 가든 택시를 타야합니다. 대중교통도 멀어요. 추운 겨울, 가족동반이면 답답합니다. 수영장에는 샤워시설이 오픈된 한 곳 외 따로 없어서 객실에서 씻어야 합니다. 제주 그랜드, 인천 그랜드 하얏트와 가격은 비슷하나 사우나는 45,000원으로 유료 입니다. 이런 점들이 단점입니다. 다른 주변 호텔과 비교하여 친절, 서비스 등은 흡사합니다. 광안대교 뷰를 보기위해 1박 정도는 할만 합니다.

The rush time for the check out at 11:00am is an horrible experience. The lifts are crowded (Covid prevention?) You have to wait 15 mn. Then you have to queue for 10 mn because not enough staff. Is Park Hyatt a five star hotel or a simple Korean motel?

The area is nice but a good 20-25 minute walk to the main beach area and in the summer heat, was a bit too far for convenience. That front desk staff were not amazing but the first floor reception and door and luggage staff were awesome. The breakfast was overpriced for what it was and the rooms Le Labo toiletries were not as advertised in Travel sizes and out conditioner was also almost empty. The swimming cap purchase and strict pool rules seem a bit over the top. The floor we had wasn’t that high up even though it was requested and I felt that for the high price we paid for the room, the services and the quality of the suite could have been better. A bit if wear and tear and not well equipped for coffee for the level of pricing. Was not wowed like I thought we would be but overall it was a decent stay.

Beautiful property. ONLY complaint: They charge about $32 to use their sauna (hot/cold plunge pools and steam/hot saunas). I saw no reason for that as any other hotel includes this amenity. From what I could tell only guests may access so crowding didn’t seem to be a reason for it either. Hopefully, the’ll reconsider that charge.

The property has gone down a few notches over the past few years. The concierge/front desk personelle was lovely and helpful. The room was not as clean as one would expect - hairs in bathtub, and shower stall glass not cleaned. As it was a long weekend in Korea, the hotel was at full occupancy, and all amenities extremely busy, which diminished our experience. The clientele seemed mostly to be extremely young couples. While front desk was very courteous, when you called for any kind of support or service they were not very keen to do basic things, eg providing larger coffee cups or providing enough coffee cups for all occupants (three in a suite). There is a beautiful view of the bridge or over the marina, but aside from this the location requires that you take a taxi everywhere. There is one local bus stop for 1003, it is about 1.5km to a subway station, and about 1.5-2km to Haeundae beach and restaurants. There are actually three excellent restaurants extremely close to the hotel (one specializing in cockles, one speicalizing in seaweed soup and one seafood restaurant almost right next door to the hotel). Despite some of the shortcomings, it was still overall a very good stay.

Wonderful hotel in every way. The room had an exquisite view to the bridge and city lights, remote blinds, large bathroom with 2 different vanities. Spa bath, separate powder room, wooden work throughout showed quality. Lighting special and a lot of thought put in to make the room special. Great value, wonderful restaurant, staff very attentive. I could live here!

Waking up each morning to a full length sea and bridge view was my family’s highlight of this hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful with taxi service and always with smiling faces. There’s a few walkable dining options but most attractions are 15-30 minute taxi ride away. If you’re looking for relaxation from the crowds, this hotel is perfect for you and your family.

Quite a walk to public transport so not very convenient getting around. We used the taxi most of the time. Room was clean and comfortable. Great views. Excellent service from very friendly staff. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The check-in was easy and I was very happy with the high-floor room assigned. Compared to other newer Park Hyatt hotels, the interior design is lacklustre. I was looking forward to visiting its steakhouse, but The Dining Room only offers seafood buffet for weekend lunch. I wasn’t able to order a la carte. The steak I had at The Living Room was slightly too raw for me. I emailed the hotel for a copy of the spa menu but only received a reply one week late. Having said that, I do recommend the facial treatments.

High quality, central hotel. easy location to get to all major sights in Busan and around. rooms are new, large and very clean. wheelchair accessible, incl walk in shower dietary: no / very limited vegetarian options, also difficult to get a menu item changed for vegetarian option. despite 3 restaurants we had almost no choice, only downside of the hotel. breakfast did have many vegetarian options and was great, so disappointing that for diner there were so limited options. overall staff is very friendly and helpful 10/10

I was very much disappointed about Food and Beverage service and terrible/horrible food quality that I had to be at Emergency Room for 3-5 times at different hospital to be cured.
