Schönes hotel. Großes zimmer, bad aber etwas klein und nicht besonders luxuriös (eher nasszelle), jedoch vollkommen ausreichend. Sauber. Pool auf dem Dach ist super. Personal freundlich. Comfortable spacious room serviced daily and plenty of hot water. The only downside was on a number of occasions there was a strong smell of smoke coming through the air con system which was very unpleasant. The drinks in the bar were very expensive. Staff were generally very helpful especially reception and security staff. The rooftop swimming pool was enjoyable but the surrounding decking needs some maintenance.

I visited Jaipur for a business trip and was quite pleased with the hotel's cool ambiance. They had books and games available for guests in the reception area. The restaurant was also located in the same area. It would be a nice touch if the hotel welcomed guests with a glass of water. I arrived early at 10 a.m. and managed to check in early after a wait of one and a half hours. For lunch, I opted for the Rajasthani Thali, which I found quite enjoyable. The room was tidy, but I did notice some remnants of snacks on the coffee counter, which indicated a lapse in attention to detail. The following morning, I decided to go for a swim. However, there was no attendant present at the pool. Four burly men who were also guests came to swim, and I felt somewhat vulnerable in their presence, since it is a small pool. It should be mandatory for the hotel to have an employee present at the pool during operating hours. Fortunately, after an awkward five-minute encounter, I decided to leave. The breakfast offered by the hotel was good, but I observed that the staff was rather slow in attending to guests' needs. With too few tables and a high volume of guests, the staff seemed disorganized and lacking in direction and mentorship. Refilling bowls was a slow process. In summary, my stay was satisfactory, but there is certainly room for improvement.

The ibis was looking fab as we arrived but beyond the lobby it wasnt as good. The room was basic and the bathroom poor. The bedding was dirty and tatty and so too the towels. The corridors had a strange smelly which wasnt very pleasent. The food was okay, but not many other options locally. The breakfast was basic for a western pallet.

My room was super cold. I asked them to look into why the room is not heating and they sent an engineer who was kind of rude and told me "Hotel doesn't have heating capability". I went to the front desk and asked for a heater and was told by the rude front desk person that "All heaters are occupied". I got cold and fever and only after going to front desk 3 times I was given a heater a day later. By that time I was already so sick I couldn't enjoy my vacation. Thankfully the third time went the front desk person was respectful and understanding of my situation but I was already too sick by then. Won't book again. Not recommended.

It was not a great experience staying at IBIS Jaipur. The room had bad ceiling toilets were really cramped. The furniture was dated, a/c control and TV was not working consistently. The room service was pathetic and Ibis, Jaipur should improve its service levels couple of notches high. For the price that I paid (with 2 rooms booked) it felt like I was cheated on price, facilities and service standards. The hotel staff were not at all cooperative because I booked via Hotels.com Not sure whether Ibis cared much for business provided your platform. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody...

Disgusting hotel. Overpriced. Rooms were like a matchbox and washrooms were disastrous to say the least. Pillow covers had Fingal affect. Breakfast was below average. Half way through all the major items were finished and no effort was made to refill those. Tea served in the Breakfast was at least 2 hours stale, and waiters were busy in their own little world. I had a paid lunch where the waiter forgot to transfer the order details to the kitchen. Hence had to eat half stomach on twice the rate. If you can pay Similar amount, try staying in a different hotel. This hotel has just ibis name, totally awful experience.
