The location of the hotel is priceless. We walked in front of it repeatedly while we were sightseeing. The room was fine. The personal was so nice and helpful. Thank you for everything.

Dear We booked a twin family room, but upon arrival, we were given a single room !!!!. After an hour, they offered another room on a different floor for our two small children, which wasn't feasible. We ended up cancelling the second room and staying in one small room. Unfortunately, we weren't refunded any money for the discrepancy. We hope you'll improve your booking process and customer service. Sincerely,

Location is prime—you’re in the heart of the city walking distance to the bazaars. Room was very dusty and AC did not work.

Good hotel however needs an update of interiors. AC not working and safe not working. Stayed only one night so didn't want to wait for the repairman. Very convenient location to major sights and lots of restaurants around. I would recommend this hotel just make sure AC works because Diyarbakir is a hot place in the spring and summer
