Nice pool and lots of poolchairs, both by the pool and at the beach. The breakfast had a good selection of western and asian alternatives. Sometimes a bit slow in filling up with food items, plates etc. The room was OK. WiFi was a bit slow in the room, but worked great in the lobby/restaurant/pool area.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Lembongan Beach Club & Resort - the highlights were the excellent location, a swimmable beach right out front, large resort pool, a buffet breakfast with plenty of options, a filtered water station for refilling bottles, and friendly staff. However, as mentioned by many other reviews on here, this place has the potential to be so much better and is definitely not 5-star as it claims to be. The decking around the communal pool area as well as that of our private villa is in desperate need of replacement or at least fixing/maintenance. Cleaning of rooms needs to be much better - our floors were dirty, sandy and dusty, rubbish was not emptied, water bottles were not replenished and we had to ask for clean towels several times. Our water pressure was also very temperamental during the first two days out of our 5-day stay, alternating between barely there and very strong every couple of secs. Also, the tap water here is salty. Luckily, we had a villa closer to the pool and restaurant area, away from the road, so it was nice and quiet, we didn't hear any roosters crowing or anything like that as mentioned by other reviewers.

Beautiful Pool Villa, staff are fantastic and very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. The Happy hour cocktails during sunset on the beach were amazing! We hired a scooter from the hotel, very easy and good rate. We had an issue with our hot water and it was fixed by the staff within 30mins.. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we will be returning very soon!

Not one to complain but the resort needs a make over. We booked a pool villa the pool was unuse able. Heaps of tiles missing. Green algae/ slime. The resort is defiantly no where near 4 star. This could be a great resort but needs some love

Resorten skulle kunna vara riktigt bra men det fanns dn del att önska. Rummet var rymligt men det gick inte att låsa till rummet tillräckligt bra. Dessutom var det lukt från fukt i badrummet. Poolområdet låg fint nere vid havet men beachcluben skulle behöva nån som såg över både maten och inredningen. Ett stort plus att hotellet ordnade kostnadsfri transport till Bali när vi checkade ut.

Hôtel sur la plage avec de superbes couchers de soleil. Le service est super et chacun prend bien soin de vous avec de grands sourires. La villa une chambre piscine privée est vraiment top. Idéale pour un peu d’intimité et de grand confort. La piscine du resort est belle et face à la mer. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et excellent. Prendre un jus frais au coucher du soleil sur la plage est une expérience très agréable. En résumé, merci pour ce beau séjour !

The place was stunning. The pool, seen here, is situated right next to the beach. Great service. And we had our own pool attached to our room which was fantastic! Great room in great condition. A bit loud at night with dogs but I think you’ll get that at any place you’ll stay in the area. Highly recommend!!

Firstly the staff were very friendly and amazing. Unfortunately the room (101) is in need of some TLC. Broken tiles throughout pool, Air con leaked badly, shower broken, bathroom smelt like a sewer and toilet wouldn't flush properly, mouldy lamps by bed. Then on the second night we were woken up to a Rat (not a mouse) climbing our window shades and chewing a hole in our roof. Informed staff at breakfast and they told us they looked but didnt find anything. Having a drink outside by the pool at 6pm and seen it through our window running over the bed and through our things. Got changed to room 107 and it was a completely different room, clean, fresh, tidy. Offered a floating breakfast to apologise which we appreciated but didnt take up.

Le rapport qualité prix est désastreux. L’électricité dangereux et absence de lumière extérieure dans la piscine. Notre seule satisfaction… avoir résidé que 2 nuits sur un périple de 15j.

First of all the location and the island is amazing. We had a great time but this is not because of the hotel. We stayed for three nights and got our towels changed 0 times. The cleaning was bad and both sheets and towels were dirty. The mosquito net was moldy. At the pool area they ran out of towels so we couldn’t lie there for an hour while we waited for a towel. The breakfast was not good and they ran out of glasses 2 times and asked us to drink juice and water from a coffee mug (this is not really a 4 star experience!) We ate breakfast at a nice bakery instead called let’s bake which I would recommend. We were told the boat going back was only for the guests and wouldn’t be filled, but after the guest went in the boat got filled up with other tourists from another location. Overall the service was not as expected the towels and sheets were dirty, and this hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

My husband and I spent 5 days in a grand premier villa with a plunge pool. We really enjoyed the pool and layout of our room with a separate living room. The cleaning staff were great as our room was cleaned daily while we were enjoying the wonderful complimentary breakfast. The nearby dining options were excellent, with our favourites being O'Hanas next door as well as Curry Traders and Kaya Lembongan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

We were eaten alive by bugs on the beds, and when we went to the reception, we were told it was a ‘busy night’ with many bedbugs... The hotel promised us compensation and were so pleasant when we talked to them on the hotel (also promised a refund in writing) but more than a month later we have not seen any money and they stopped answering us. Stay someplace else! :(

Great location and walkable to good restaurants. Taxis readily available. Beach is lovely and clean but strong undercurrents. Breakfast was ok. We had a garden room (I felt a bit claustrophobic ) which we then chose to upgrade to a pool villa which is much nicer, bigger and private. The staff were very attentive.

Wonderful welcome by reception staff. The bungalow was quiet, private and comfortable. Only issue was the shower did not have consistently hot water. Literally everything else was fantastic, especially the service and the proximity to the best restaurants and stores.

The hotel is right on the beach which is amazing. You are on an island so things run at a much slower pace. Hotel looked a bit tired in some parts. We had a pool villa in a good location near the beach but had issues with the hot water or lack of. The staff tried to fix it but we still had none the second night of our stay. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Lembongan. The breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the pool area was absolutely beautiful – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. My room, with own pool, was spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel isn’t brand new, and you can see that in a few places where a little maintenance would make a big difference. That said, the charm, comfort, and price more than make up for it. Whether you’d call it three or four stars, it’s definitely great value for money, and I’d happily stay here again.

Beautiful Pool Villa, staff are fantastic and very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. The Happy hour cocktails during sunset on the beach were amazing! We hired a scooter from the hotel, very easy and good rate. We had an issue with our hot water and it was fixed by the staff within 30mins.. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we will be returning very soon!

We were eaten alive by bugs on the beds, and when we went to the reception, we were told it was a ‘busy night’ with many bedbugs... The hotel promised us compensation and were so pleasant when we talked to them on the hotel (also promised a refund in writing) but more than a month later we have not seen any money and they stopped answering us. Stay someplace else! :(

Great location and walkable to good restaurants. Taxis readily available. Beach is lovely and clean but strong undercurrents. Breakfast was ok. We had a garden room (I felt a bit claustrophobic ) which we then chose to upgrade to a pool villa which is much nicer, bigger and private. The staff were very attentive.

Nice pool and lots of poolchairs, both by the pool and at the beach. The breakfast had a good selection of western and asian alternatives. Sometimes a bit slow in filling up with food items, plates etc. The room was OK. WiFi was a bit slow in the room, but worked great in the lobby/restaurant/pool area.

Fint opphold. Vil si oppholdet var helt ok, det var ikke veldig luksus, men vanlig hotell opplevelse. Kvalitet for det du betaler er jeg litt usikker på det var verdt. Det var kjempefint hotell og koselig rom, men til å koste over 2000kr for natten er dyrt for et resort som ikke lever opp til det jeg er vant til kalles resort. Frokosten var derimot veldig begrenset. Så og si all mat som blir servert er varm mat, alternativet er frokostblanding, skive med syltetøy. Skulle gjerne hatt mer av typ eggerøre, pålegg, yoghurt, granola, Nutella eller sjokoladepålegg til pannekakene, eller maple sirup etc: personalt var helt fantastisk og imøtekommende. Oppholdet handler mer om det teoriene rundt hotellet ikke servicen. For servicen kan man ikke si noe på den var helt fantastisk!

My husband and I spent 5 days in a grand premier villa with a plunge pool. We really enjoyed the pool and layout of our room with a separate living room. The cleaning staff were great as our room was cleaned daily while we were enjoying the wonderful complimentary breakfast. The nearby dining options were excellent, with our favourites being O'Hanas next door as well as Curry Traders and Kaya Lembongan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

Hôtel sur la plage avec de superbes couchers de soleil. Le service est super et chacun prend bien soin de vous avec de grands sourires. La villa une chambre piscine privée est vraiment top. The bathroom plumbing may be some form of eco-friendly, which means the toilets smell bad. The staff is very helpful, but they do not all speak English well. Some speak English fine and some speak very little English. Every staff member is friendly and works hard to anything you might need. It was tough to communicate with the two people running the excursion desk, They were nice and professional, but English skills were lacking. The hotel is located in a great location, walking distance to restaurants, a bakery and few retail stores. It is also right on the ocean. I recommend this hotel, but there are a few issues.
