Our stay started on a positive note with a warm welcome from the reception staff, and the parking facilities were very good and convenient. Unfortunately, our experience the following morning was disappointing. At breakfast, my husband was feeling unwell, so I politely asked if I could take some food back to our room for him. I was told this wasn’t allowed, which I found quite disappointing given the circumstances. Another issue was that the lift was out of service. As my husband has recently had a knee replacement, having to use the stairs made things very difficult for him. I also noticed there was only one member of staff covering reception, who was working incredibly hard, checking guests out while also rushing to help in the dining area. It was clear they were doing their best, but the hotel seemed understaffed. Overall, while the welcome and parking were excellent, the breakfast experience, lack of flexibility during an exceptional situation, and the broken lift meant our stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped.

This hotel was perfect for a one-night stopover while traveling through Germany. It has a great location close to the motorway, with a gas station right next door, which was very convenient. There is parking available for a fee, but this is clearly stated on the hotel’s website, so there were no surprises. The breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Overall, a great choice for an overnight stay.
