Everything was fine. Confusion about booking and the receptionist kept saying I need to pay extra for breakfast even though I showed her on my booking I already paid for breakfast and it was included in my booking. Turns out it was their system wide error but this whole thing wasted about 20-25 mins while she checked with her manager and confirmed it was all included in the booking.

There was something wrong with the elevator and the staff handled it to the exteme. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. If i go to Kassel again i would definitely stay here.
