It was self check in but it didn't work. I put both my name in and my reservation number, twice and it didnt work. Finally I bashed on the door and a guest came out and gave me wifi code so I could call for help and he gave me a number to put in. I did not have this number prior. it was 11.30p and I am a single female traveller on a layover.

It is not 24 hour front counter service. The room key insert the sensor is not so sensitive.So I try on and on then it work.I am fraid to pull out the card. Next morning, I forgot the key with me and I was locked out the hotel.Waiting someone come out.Waiting.,..waiting...

Self check- in hostel , but on phone customer service is helful to travelers that have some struggles to get in.

1. 性價比：價格超級優惠：比膠囊酒店更便宜，雖然貴過上下格床，但有個人私隱。 2. 房間設施：有冷氣、風扇、儲物櫃，夾萬、毛巾。 晚上超級寧靜。全室wifi 供應。有廚房和冰箱可自由使用。亦可付費洗衣。 3. 位置：鄰近三個地鐵站、步行10至15分鐘可到達 4. 服務：櫃檯10:00-17:00 有服務員可供諮詢，非常友善到位 5. 鄰近食肆林立：有高級的咖啡店、平民食堂、有些甚至二十四小時營業。 如果你不介意共用衛生間、房間不大沒有窗戶、這絕對是一個值得推薦的住宿。
