Delusa. La struttura all'esterno è bella e curata. Ma la camera non andava bene. Mobili rotti. Bagno sporco. Con muffa ovunque. Nel pacchetto di 2 notti, avevo il drink di benvenuto.. Ancora aspetto il drink.anche se il giorno dopo ho fatto presente alla receptionist, la sua risposta è stata, caso mai vi offro un caffè.. Ma poi manco quello.. Colazione costosa, 10 euro in più a persona, avrei speso 80 euro per 2 giorni solo di colazione visto che eravamo in 4 persone, infatti con 10 euro in tutto abbiamo fatto la colazione al bar vicino. Camera quadrupla, ci siamo ritrovati la notte con 1 sola bottiglietta d'acqua da 500 ml per 4 persone. Peccato perché la struttura ha un potenziale pazzesco. Ma manca più attenzione al cliente e alla pulizia

Chaira was great. We let her know we were booking a last minute room and we came in 10 mins before she was leaving and she was very sweet to us , she took our luggage up the stairs for us because there is no elevator. We were only there for 7 hours max but we had two beds which was great and what we needed. Everything was clean and it’s a cute area were you can drive and get food anywhere . They have a parking lot for free

The weather is hot now so having a clean, comfy room with air con was definitely needed and provided. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel so can not speak about the pool or anything else the hotel has to offer. I can say the breakfast was very nice and the the hotel and grounds are very well kept. Last of all the staff are very nice and attentive. I was on a business trip and took taxis to a clients and then onto Rome and back to the hotel. I found it easy to travel in this way as the hotel is roughly 30 minutes away from the Colosseum which I think oils say is a good place to start a sight seeing tour.

Pros: clean rooms. Very good breakfast and friendly and professional staff. Beautiful grounds around the property. Cons: The beds were old and uncomfortable. No exhaust fan, hair conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom. Very noisy from the near by airport.

Jättetrevligt hotell med trevlig person. Fin pool med lite kallt vatten. Rummet var fräscht och ac:n fungerade bra. Duschen var underbar och frukosten utmärkt. Absolut inget att klaga på över huvud taget.

Dejligt villa-hotel syd for Rom. Lokal togstation Casabianca er der til centrum 20 min. Flere rigtig gode restauranter i området 5-10 min. fra hotellet. Dejlig pool og meget venligt personale. Der er rabat på spa og wellness i nabohuset og morgenmad kan tilkøbes for €10 pr. person. Ligger tæt på den gl. lufthavn, så der er periodisk larm fra fly, men ikke noget som generede vores 5 nætters ophold. Det kan varmt anbefales at bo her, hvis man vil lidt væk fra centrum af Rom.

Property gave clear and helpful instructions for self check in as we arrived late at night. Rooms were clean and nicely air conditioned. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area nicely maintained. Good location for catching the train in to Rome each day. Overall very good value for money.

The train station was just a short walk away, easy to use and extremely cheap…saved a fortune by not using uber. The breakfast was very basic and not that appetising and cost too much. The noise from the nearby airport was a bit annoying. Not a lot in the area but did find a couple of lovely restaurants.

Lyden på TVen er også kontrollert slik at det ikke gikk å ha mer enn 26 av 100. Stedet er generelt ikke rent og er nedslit. Ser mye finere ut på bildene enn det det er i virkeligheten. Anbefaler ikke stedet om du liker renslighet. De ansatte som jobbet i resepsjonen var enestående og ga veldig god oppfølging og service. There is a train going every hour to downtown Roma. We stayed for one night before flying back home. Hotel was neat and very clean. Both ladies staffing the desk were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is almost next door to a park with a Roman Road. Too bad we were running late for our flight!

We really enjoyed the family's environment like if we would be at our own hose. Very clean an tidy, new furniture and friendly staff. Of course being close to Ciampino is a plus, just don't get scared when planes take off.

Rent, fräscht och serviceminded personal både i reception och städ. Handdukar, shampo, duschkräm och hårfön finns. Nära till tåget mot Rom. Vi stannade fyra dagar, men kunde lätt bott där längre. Väldigt nära Ciampino flygplats, men fönstren dämpade ljudet från flygplanen bra så vi stördes inte alls. Mycket lugnt och tryggt område.

Lovely small hotel. Fridge in room and good AC. Could hear the planes every now and again but didn’t bother us. Friendly staff. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Only thing would be that the bathroom could do with an update and shower had limescale build up but was clean enough. Easy check in and check out. Location good, we traveled daily into Rome from Casabianca station, 5 minute walk and 15-20 minute ride and fairly frequent, easy to see times and book via Trainline. Overall very comfortable stay and a great base for Rome!

The staff were excellent very helpful and attentive. The room was clean and serviced every day to a high standard. The train station was just a short walk away, easy to use and extremely cheap…saved a fortune by not using uber. The breakfast was very basic and not that appetising and cost too much. The noise from the nearby airport was a bit annoying. Not a lot in the area but did find a couple of lovely restaurants.

We stayed for one night before flying back home. Hotel was neat and very clean. Both ladies staffing the desk were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is almost next door to a park with a Roman Road. Too bad we were running late for our flight!

La habitacion hermosa y muy limpia, lo que me encanto fue que a pesar de que ibamos a llegar tarde por que nuestro vuelo se retraso, el gerente nos dejo instrucciones detalladas para poder entrar a nuestra habitacion. El desayuno delicioso (no esta incluido se pagaa aparte)

Chaira was great. We let her know we were booking a last minute room and we came in 10 mins before she was leaving and she was very sweet to us , she took our luggage up the stairs for us because there is no elevator. We were only there for 7 hours max but we had two beds which was great and what we needed. Everything was clean and it’s a cute area were you can drive and get food anywhere . They have a parking lot for free

No-one on check in when we arrived and no information for check in. We found next day that reception closes at 8pm despite website saying closed at 10pm. I had informed hotel of time of arrival when booked, Email s3nt by reception late in day did not arrive in my inbox until next day. Absolute negative experience. Do not use this hotel unless you have early flight. Also difficult to get taxi from Campiaano airport and buses non existent on Sunday evening

The customer service was excellent and Alessandro could not do enough for us, including printing out my wife’s boarding pass. Also the staff that served us breakfast were extremely attentive and provided us with everything we needed. I would stay here again

Lovely small hotel. Fridge in room and good AC. Could hear the planes every now and again but didn’t bother us. Friendly staff. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Only thing would be that the bathroom could do with an update and shower had limescale build up but was clean enough. Easy check in and check out. Location good, we traveled daily into Rome from Casabianca station, 5 minute walk and 15-20 minute ride and fairly frequent, easy to see times and book via Trainline. Overall very comfortable stay and a great base for Rome!

The weather is hot now so having a clean, comfy room with air con was definitely needed and provided. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel so can not speak about the pool or anything else the hotel has to offer. I can say the breakfast was very nice and the the hotel and grounds are very well kept. Last of all the staff are very nice and attentive. I was on a business trip and took taxis to a clients and then onto Rome and back to the hotel. I found it easy to travel in this way as the hotel is roughly 30 minutes away from the Colosseum which I think oils say is a good place to start a sight seeing tour.

Pros: clean rooms. Very good breakfast and friendly and professional staff. Beautiful grounds around the property. Cons: The beds were old and uncomfortable. No exhaust fan, hair conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom. Very noisy from the near by airport.
