Terrible customer service. Everything is run down and the person working the front desk is rude and has the communication skills of a toddler. When you asked questions all he would do was point at signs posted around the office. I would recommend that anyone wanting to stay in the area to just drive an extra 15 miles and stay in Grove

Absolutely disgusting. Hair on the mattress pad, foul smell, just all around old and dirty. We requested a refund before leaving and finding somewhere else to stay. We’ll see if I get it.
