We stay at this Hotel every six weeks and have always been very happy with the service there. Our regular front desk person was on vacation. Our second night stay the front desk check in person was Bree.She was not helpful or friendly. I asked for one of their small bottles of water and was told rudely that those are only given at check in and that I could purchase some from their mini mart or go get some from the complementary water station. We were then locked out our room which took over an hour for them them to figure that one out. Never I am sorry have a seat down stairs while you wait. The only wonderful person was the cleaning lady Anna. She was precious. Melanie the manager took up for Bree and said the little bottle of water is only given at check in and that Bree was only a substitute. I guess that exempts her from being nice or friendly towards the customers. The check in person from the first night was a sub and she was great. We will probably not use this hotel in the future or recommend it to any one. Melanie and Bree you win sorry to have bothered you.

The check in and check out process were both super quick. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The room was really nice, except the carpet had a really nasty smell to it. If they would upgrade that, the hotel would be in amazing condition! There was a full breakfast, that was so fresh and delicious. Only problem I encountered was after check out. My receipt and total said a certain amount but the hotel charged my card 2 different charges totaling $80 more than I was supposed to pay and what was on my receipt. And now I have to wait 8-10 days to get my money back. Other than that, the hotel was great!!!!!

Staff was excellent always professional and kind. As far as I know the amenities was the market that was onsite that I did not use. I was not a gold member so I wasn’t given small bottles of water during my stay (which was fine). My party was 6 guests but we were never given 6 towels in our room, we always had to get the other two at the desk. The pool water was cloudy by end of day and needed to be cleaned all throughout the day Overall this place was great and had plenty of outlets for everyone to plug in electronics. The housekeeping staff cleaned every other day which I liked and they were friendly. The continental breakfast was the best I had anywhere. I would come back here regardless of a few things.
