SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pensacola

Good location to everything in Pensacola. Safe area, easy on/off the interstate. Numerous restaurants nearby. They also have a small laundromat on site which came in quite handy! There is a lady that works nights by the name of Donna, just ask for her and she’ll take care of you! Felt like she was family before we left.

In an area that seemed safe. Good breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. Child.above is was noisy and sounded like he was jumpnh around, making lots of loud thumping that dodnt stop until 10pm. Not the hotel's fault, one elevator was broken, but they did have a sogn posted thay it was scheduled to be fixed the followonf business dau.

Very nice hotel! Loved the fire pit being on all day and evening, great breakfast, nice large room, only thing that could be improved was room was quite dusty for an expensive hotel and pillows are terrible 😞 otherwise great place

Fabulous stay here! Everything was clean, well taken care, people were extremely friendly and so helpful! Breakfast was constantly stocked and freah. Pool was clean and fun. Felt very safe and was a quiet area. Beds were very firm, but that is a preference. Would stay again without a second thought!!!

Excellent customer service and the room was so nice and spacious. I was impressed with the large bathroom and the overall room was very nice. I look forward to my next visit. The breakfast had everything that you would need and it was delicious. The parking was easy and spacious. I recommend this facility to my family and friends.

Cleanest pool I've ever seen at a hotel.

Stay was great. One elevator wouldn't go to my floor but other than that all was great.

Staff and property were great. The room was a great setup and very spacious. Loved the outdoor seating by the pool, but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The literal only bad thing was the bedding. Other than that, great!

Great location right off of interstate, we had a 1st floor room which gave easy access to get our stuff in from side door so convenient. Decent buffet breakfast and little gym. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby, quick drive to downtown.

Getting there walk in the room the microwave had hair in it the shower hair in it the sheets had in it not clean like it should have been for the price

My bathroom was dirty.

(04/09/24-04/11/24) I had to change rooms. The first room had red stains on the white comforter, not sure how they missed that. The second room, there was hair still in the bathtub. I initially wanted to cancel my reservation but I booked through Expedia and couldn’t get an immediate refund. So I just asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. Also the furniture is very outdated with visible dirt/dust stains on the couches. In the upside, the staff at the front desk (guy) was very helpful and friendly.

When we arrived we were greated by friendly front desk staff and checked in an hour early. The faculties were clean, the room was clean and comfortably. I liked the fact that it had a desk, a couch, mini fridge and microwave. A walk in closet and the shower stall was nice with good hot water pressure. The only things that could use improvement is. Housekeeping never checkec on us, we had to call for towels and trash bags. The elevator began to get dirty and the same dirt and stains were on the floor for 3 days. The free breakfast was nothing to write home about but it was free and the coffee was good. It includes turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, muffins, cereals, oatmeal,fruit and juice. I would stay here again if i was in the area.

Breakfast was pretty basic. Room was super dusty and mirror in bathroom was dirty. Coffee makes was unsanitary. Won’t be staying at this property ever again.

I accidentally incorrectly reviewed this property thinking it was the château Holiday Inn in New Orleans, which we stayed at in another part of our trip. This hotel was clean. It looked clean. It smelled clean. There wasn’t any noise. There wasn’t any issues. I’d stay here again and again.

Carpet dirty, blinds have splashes of liquid. The sofa bed mattress was dirty and the cover as well. Not sanitary at all.

Room super clean

The property is in a convenient location, there are multiple dining options available. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Two issues though, room cleaning was automatically scheduled for every other day which isn’t a problem but we weren’t told when we checked in and had our do not disturb out when we were scheduled the first time. So we had to request extra towels which the staff gave immediately. Again they are great!!! The room layout has a sliding door for the bathroom which is right in front of the bed. It is a frosted glass door so if you use the restroom at night the light will shine right on the bed. There was no fan and you can hear everything in there. If you need/want restroom privacy then this hotel room is not for you. The walls in the rooms are pretty thin. We heard our neighbor coughing all night. The pool area is good, although there was a shortage of towels out there. The free breakfast was very basic but it was free. Very clean property but wouldn’t stay again just because of the bathroom situation.

Our first room smelled of mildew and the shower stall was broken on the pan. We asked to be moved to another room, and the staff moved us without trouble. The new room was fantastic.

This location is very nice. Rooms a little more dated than other Marriotts where we’ve traveled. Unfortunatel, the HVAC system in the room was quite noisy as well as the refrigerator. Maintenance came to look at HVAc unit and we were told it was an “old one”. We were offered to switch rooms but we only had one more night. Not sure why that room is being used if the unit is so old.

The room and hotel was extremely nice and clean but comfort was awful!!! The bed makes you roll and sink down to the middle and the couch was extremely itchy and uncomfortable!

Overall nice stay. Our room was a really nice size. We had plenty of space for our family. Our oldest was not a fan of the sofa bed - he said it was "very" uncomfortable- the regular beds were standard not the worst not the best. The room does lack USB ports so make sure you have a cube 😂 We didn't use the pool, and the breakfast was good!

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I would wake up because there were pain points on my hips and shoulders. Also, we were near the elevator and the room buzzed whenever the elevator operated. So it was like an alarm clock all night long. Even with sound machines, the decor was somewhat dated overall, just not a comfortable stay.

The place was ok but we could hear through the walls really well and the doors are angled toward each other making it loud when the neighbor go in and out. The shower pans are flimsy and feel like they may fall through.

Mattress was so hard.. Very uncomfortable.

Nice room layout but the mattress was pretty cheap. Coils were broken & they could not replace it. Pillows gave me a stiff neck. Air conditioner sounds like a jet plane. The fridge in room is nice. There is only maid service every other day & no one replenished the coffee. Also had to find a maid for more toilet paper. Good options for breakfast. Staff was very nice. Not sure if we’d stay here again.

I booked a room specifically for my son who has Down’s syndrome and his sister. They are 3 and 4. I purchased a room that was handicapped and with a tub which I am sure I paid more for. I did not get a tub even when they changed my room which made baths impossible. When I complained I got no refund for what I did not get but a smile and hope you come back soon. It was a waste of our hard earned money and they had no sympathy what so ever.

Non working heater in room 1. Was moved to another room where TV was not working and front desk did not come check problem as they said they would. Not what you want to experience after driving on the road for 10 hours.

It was very accommodating. Staff was amazing in every way.

The hotel staff is absolutely amazing! First when we arrived we had problems with our fridge and since my husband needed his insulin refrigerated we got moved to a different room. The morning of checking out we were leaving before breakfast and the very nice hotel receptionist and a sweet kitchen chef Marie made sure we got hot delicious breakfast sandwiches. Will stay there In a heartbeat again!

The staff at the front desk (day and night) were always willing to get the extra mile for you.

Great hotel. We only stayed one night, but we will be back for sure. Shana at check in was so sweet and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Perfect for our family of 3.

The property itself was fine. Nothing exciting. It was a little outdated. My main complaints are the bed and the lack of housekeeping. When i checked in online, i opted for daily housekeeping. I asked the front desk on day too about someone straightening the room and she told me only om day 3. Well day 3 came and passed and still no housekeeping. Also the bed was solid as a brick. I slept so horribly that we check out a day early

I had a terrible check in experience, I was charged extra when I owed nothing more. The front desk clerk just lied and made up why/what she was charging. Claimed I owed extra tax due to the state of FL. It was late, I figured that out in the morning. As I suspected, I was overcharged, the manager corrected. I was still bothered, that the front desk employ just lied and BS'd so easily when she obviously made a mistake. We left the hotel and expected to have our room cleaned and restocked with towels on day 2. Came back to nothing tidied up or replenished. Too tired to deal with, we asked for fresh towels. Day 3 we called the front desk and asked for fresh towels and housekeeping while we were out. We were gone all day, came back around 6pm to nothing done again. At this point I was beyond frustrated with this property. Called and asked why our room hadn't been tidied up, no towels, no trash removed. The front desk responded they had no note of a request. But, we could come and get more towels and gave us a trash bag to remove any trash ourselves. The front desk was terrible at this property, and it never seemed to be the same employee from Fri-Monday. The only positive was Donna from housekeeping, after hearing that front desk dropped the ball, she came and emptied our trash can and picked up the wet towels. She was great and went above and beyond where her co-workers could care less about the guests at the hotel.

Always a clean hotel stayed here a couple times. Close to food and some activities. Short drive to the beach.

Breakfast was a rotating selection of foods. Staff were friendly. Rooms were of good size. Located in an area with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

I loved my stay at SpringHill Suites! I was able to check in early without a hassle.The location is immaculate. We were right across the street from a shopping center that had anything you’d need to grab last minute. All of the food locations were no more than 10 mins away. The mall and airport is a 10 minute drive away. And Pensacola Beach is just a short 20 minute drive. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if visiting. You will not regret it.

Great Location! Shopping center next door, easy access to highway, short drive to the beach, room spacious and clean. The only negative takeway was the kitchen staff did not upkeep the breakfast area also the food was not restocked and we had to ask several times for food. The selection of items was not the best. During my past experiences the marriott had breakfast but not this weekend.

The hotel staff is wonderful, however, management needs work. There was a large swim team from Tennessee staying at the hotel. They took over the dining area in the mornings and all others had to wait or go elsewhere. The team was rude and loud. Management should have opened the conference room for such a large group so that other guest could eat. We paid money just as they did. There was a football team to come in next, however, they were all so polite and quiet!! We love the staff, they are there when you need them. I actually felt sorry for them having to clean up after that swim team. We even witnessed one of the managers go tell the food lady that she needed to put such and such out (since the swim team took it all). Why didn’t he just go grab the item and help her out? She was going as fast as she could to keep up!

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was trash. And they only did servicing every other day. That sucks with the towels situation

Took too long for a family to eat breakfast because they only put 2-3 items out at a time instead of keeping it fully stocked. We had to keep waiting for them to put 1 or 2 more items out, then wait again for things like yogurt, milk, fruit, and breakfast sandwiches.

We were just passing through so a quick one night stay for our family. We were met with friendly customer service and they called us 30 mins after getting to our room to make sure we had everything we need. Room was clean. Breakfast had a good variety of options between hot and cold items and healthy or quick on the go options. Check out was simple and we were on our way.

Very clean room, very comfortable beds and the sheets and pillow cases did NOT smell like Bleach. I hate that. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, the area was kept clean and restocked.
