For the hotel to be located in Needham Mass very underwhelming. Outdated as far as furniture and amenities in the room. They also charge 10 dollars for parking per vehicle for an open lot . Unacceptable!!! Rooms don't even have smart TV and you got a nerve to charge for parking is insane.

The pool was not working which was the reason we picked the hotel for our daughter. They never told us at check in. There was no additional bedding in the room for the pull out. The water machine in the gym was not working along with many machines. Don’t expect the bar to be open. It wasn’t. Everyone we seen the staff they were on their phones. Terribly disappointed. The room was nice but that was about it !

Not the nicest Residence Inn we’ve stayed in…and they are usually lovely. A few annoyances: pool was temporarily closed (we didn’t plan to use it, but if we had been a family with kids it would have been disappointing). Hotel was located in a business park with plenty of parking. Yet we were charged $10/ night for parking. Won’t break the bank, but seemed like a petty extra charge. Pet friendly which we didn’t mind as long as certain rooms were designated for pets, but a woman brought her dog to the breakfast area and was holding it while at the coffee station while other guests were waiting to get coffee. Rooms were spacious and comfortable (bathroom was very spacious), but it was obviously an older property…a bit tattered. Soundproofing was not great. We could hear people talking through the walls. Very few amenities given where the hotel was located. No restaurants nearby so if you didn’t have a car you’d be stuck. Probably would not stay at this property again. There were far better options.

The fixtures and furniture in this hotel are starting to become worn, and unfortunately as is usual for this kind of property these issues are almost never addressed. The property also charges $10 to park in an uncovered lot in a suburban office park, which is frankly outrageous. Hotels needs to stop burying this info.

The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions for navigating the area. Wonderful! Our room could have been a little cleaner. There was hair in the shower that was not ours and toothpaste on the front of the vanity. The room, however, had everything we needed and was spacious.

Rooms need updating as far as outlets that have usb. Toilet seat was stained and in desperate need of replacing. Pubic hair all over bathroom ceiling. Staff was friendly. $10 for parking is ridiculous, just add $10 to room cost instead of sneaking $10 out of people.

I read the poor reviews and knew that this might not be the greatest place to stay but took a chance since reviews are often unreliable. Unfortunately I got the entire checklist of items I’d read about. -Room reeks of cigarettes. CHECK -Drops of blood on the pillowcase. CHECK -Pubic hairs on the toilet inside and out when I checked in. CHECK -Long black hairs in the shower. CHECK -Shabby chipped and peeling furniture. CHECK -Paper thin walls where you can hear the people next door talking at even a normal conversational level. CHECK -Ceiling light fixtures rattle when anyone walks across the floor in the room above. CHECK No doubt management will respond with empty platitudes about how this doesn’t meet their standards. Judging from the other similar reviews it seems clear this IS their standard though. I’d suggest staying somewhere else.

I chose this property due to its proximity to our office. The staff was nice enough but not super helpful. The internet was dreadful with its terribleness, surprisingly topped by the breakfast they offer. Learning that they do not clean your room daily was a surprise. This hotel is in desperate need of a technology refresh.

Amazing and clean hotel stay. Staff are so friendly. Great breakfast choices. The only downside is the walls are PAPER THIN. I mean you can hear EVERYTHING (if you know what i mean). If you don't mind that, this is a great stay.

The updated bathroom was very clean. The room furnishing needs updating. The rug is old and worn. The desk chairs covering is torn in multiple places and old. The small sofa covering is from the 1980s and worn. The mattress is stiff and too firm. It’s needs a new mattress.

Excellent experience. Very friendly and helpful staff, new building, comfortable beds, great wifi and very good breakfast. We stayed for a week so patio BBQ and mini-kitchen were appreciated. Location is northwest of central Boston but closeness to I-95 is an asset. Highly recommended.

Rooms are huge. We had a kitchenette with a full fridge which was nice to have. Super comfortable. Very clean. The only thing was that the walls are thin (could hear the neighbouring room but it was ok). Definitely ask for the top floor. I would stay there again.

Room was fantastic for my granddaughter and me. Clean, comfortable, roomy. Pool was nice, quiet, clean - though there was some sort of gritty salt-like substance on one edge of the pool, may have been some of the chemicals they put in the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful and always greeted me when I was in the lobby. The breakfast attendants were helpful, kept the food stocked, and the tables clean. The cleaning staff was friendly. The only issue we had was the maintenance man came up to our room around 9pm, knocked on the door, and then opened it before I could get to the door. I wa able to keep him from opening it completely and it just soynded like he had the wrong room numver for his work order, but I could not understand what he said when he knocked, and wasn't even sure it was pur door until it started to open. Hotel is in a great location for hopping on the freeway. Good parking, easy to get in and out.

The property was easily accessible and safe. Parking was easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Overall, an excellent stay. We had one issue with the cleaning staff. We asked them to clean our room when we left for the day. We returned to the room that evening and nothing had been touched. Not a big deal. We can clean up after ourselves, but expected more.

We had reserved a handicap room, since I recently had knee surgery and didn't know if I would be capable of climbing into a bathtub. We got to the room, which was labelled as a handicapped room and it had a tub, rather than a roll-in shower. The room was also the farthest one on the floor from the elevator, so a very long walk was required. The room was not set-up so that someone in a wheelchair could navigate it. In addition, the hotel has no food or bar amenities (except for the limited items for sale behind the desk) and there are no other restaurants or bars within walking distance (we did not have a car). Finally, amenities in the room were mediocre: e.g., the closet had very limited access; the toilet plumbing was old and barely functional; the ice maker in the freezer seemed not to work. Very importantly: On the good side, the staff were are all extremely helpful.

The stay was great. Bed felt very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit mediocre quality but for being complimentary, it was great. Honestly, the only negative thing I have to say was having to pay for parking. I understand that if you’re not a guest of the hotel, then you shouldn’t be allowed to park there. But this was a first. It’s one thing if valet was the only option or if we were staying at a hotel in Boston city, but we weren’t. We were in a what seemed like a corporate center…
