Pésimo servicio el ambiente de delincuentes un desastre no entiendo como una aplicación tan seria pu de promover este desastre de motel no nos quedamos tuvimos que viajar de regreso a los angeles por esta pésima experiencia

Terrible service, the rooms were super dirty, everything was new and nothing worked, the towels were super dirty and with rest of makeup, bad service from the people. I rented my room for 2 days, paid almost 1000 dl and left my car in the hotel parking lot when I realized The tow truck had taken my car because they called, we had a really bad time and they wanted me to pay to remove my car even though it was their fault.That was from the first night we couldn't even sleep because they didn't want to help us until the next day when the manager arrived, we had to stay stranded and they didn't want to return the money for the 2 days since we only stayed stranded for one
