There were no snacks, food or beverage options other yhan an ice machine and soda machine. In convenient for me coming directly from small airport with no amenities either. Stsff was friendly and welcoming.

This is an older motel that they have done a lot to make improvements to. The staff has been great. This older room doesn’t have a usb port anywhere, so bring your own. We are staying in a King with a kitchenette. There is a stove top and sink, but not a single pan or dish, so bring your own. The internet TV will drive you nuts. There is probably over 100 channels and no guide at all, not online, not on the TV, not anywhere. You have to go through every channel to see what is on. The TV is mounted flat to the wall, you can’t turn it toward the bed, the only place to sit in the room, although I guess some rooms have sofa’s, this room doesn’t. The room is very clean, nice soaps, etc.. The breakfast is good, besides the usual; cereal, waffle and yogurt, they do have “omelets”, sausage and bacon.

Room was very dirty where the refrigerator was. The floor was so dirty you could not walk without shoes or your feet were literally sticky and BLACK. The air conditioner wouls not go lower than 73 degrees so the room was hot and stuffy. Upon arrival, the lights would not come on, the staff was quick to fix the problem, but the outlets were not useable. We will not be staying there again.

The motel is located next to an intersection on a hill & all the pickups revving their engines at the light are really loud. It looked like our door had been kicked in, it wasn’t easy to close & latch properly. The breakfast was subpar. The room we stayed in needed to be painted & the tub needed a good scrub, there was black gunk around the fixtures & drain. On a positive note, both employees I interacted with were kind & courteous & helpful!

The stay here was not great. It’s in a very loud location and apparently there is drag racing every night along that road. The entrance/exit is right at an intersection making it difficult to get in & out at times depending on the traffic light. The bed was not comfortable at all. And pillows were flat as a pancake. My back was wrecked after 3 days. The a/c is a wall blower unit and wasn’t great, the shower wasn’t strong. But it was pretty clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. I hate to leave a bad review but it just can’t be helped.

The ac didn’t work well and was not controlled correctly with the thermostat in the room. So it was set at a lower temp and the room would still be 3 to 4 degrees higher and the air would kick off. Also the bed was very hard.

Clean room, the AC was new and the bed was new and firm. AWESOME. Owners were very nice, good value. The road noise was much worse than I expected so bring ear plugs. NOT the Hotel's fault. Coffee pots need to be replaced but I will stay here again. Great value.

We arrived at 3pm. The lobby was locked, and public bathroom closed. We walked to "after hours" window and was met with a rude, unfriendly guy that wouldn't even talk to us. He would only kept repeating two words, as if that was the only English be knew. He kept repeating "I.D. and Credit Card". When I tried to make conversation, he totally ignored me, never even speaking. The air conditioner had not even been turned on at all. It was 92° in the room! (104°outside) We left for 6 hours,attending rally, and the temp had only cooled down to 78° by the time we came in for the night. We stayed 3 nights. Every single night when we came back to the room, our key would not work. We kept it inside the wallet so it wouldn't get deactivated by a cell phone. Apparently, the motel deactivated all room keys every night, regardless of how long you paid to stay. We had to walk back downstairs and to the other end of the motel to the office and ask for another key...THREE TIMES. THREE NIGHTS THREE KEYS THAT DIDN'T WORK. He never once apologized or even asked us for ID. Just asked what room number and reissued us a new key card! We could have been ANYONE! The coffee pot was filthy. There's was dust on everything, as if there had not been any guest in Room 212 in months. My organization has hundreds that come to the state rally in Tyler every year. I will NEVER stay there again, and will make sure all my constituents will not either.

Check out as great with Gentleman. Then we got a call at 8:30am about our service dog and that we needed to pay a fee. Then we got the maid knocking on the door at 9:40am, and check out was at 11:00am. We were fed up and end up checking out early. Not recommend to be accommodating for veterans or service animals.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet, problems handled quickly, nice firm beds, limited breakfast(but tasted great) I had a very rellaxing visit with only 1 hiccup with a toilet that wouldnt flush. They immediately handled the problem by offering another room. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are on a budget but want a nice room to stay in.

For our stay, we booked two rooms. The rooms were very clean and the property was quiet and clean as well. It was conveniently located at the corner of two major highways which allowed us easy access to the event that we were in town for. We will be booking a stay on our next visit to the Tyler area.

Updated complex with modern amenities. Would say it's a pain getting in and out of to run errands but blame that on aggressive tx drivers and infrastructure

I’ve booked this room for my mother twice for a visit to see a relative in the hospital & she can’t stop raving about it. She doesn’t like to drive far so she likes that it’s conveniently located close to the hospital. She also said that the staff is extremely nice and the room is always very clean. She won’t stay anywhere else when she’s in Tyler.

I could not believe that the easiest thing to prepare and do present for breakfast was the coffee! Nothing but powdered cream and it was old! Think about who you are serving.

It was a nice place to stay. But breakfast - not so much. They were out of eggs, bacon and sausage and waffle batter. He did replenish the eggs, bacon and sausage but they were still cold. The water pressure in the shower was low which didn’t bother me but my husband and din would have liked a bit more water pressure. It was easy to get to and was in a nice location. We would consider staying here again.

the room was too hot. takes forever to cool. the breakfast was out of everything, juice and syrup for sure. There is only one trash can in the breakfast area....trash not even close to the waffle maker or places you would need a trash can

Very nice hotel with great customer service and very clean and well kept rooms and breakfast was a very nice and hot breakfast. Highly recommended enjoyed our stay very much.

Located right in the center of town best the campuses, Executive is an easy drive to anywhere in the city. The only downside is that it's located right in the corner of a large intersection, so the traffic noise is extremely loud at all hours. The Plus is that the establishment is extremely clean and comfortable, and is well taken care of. The overall price per night is very reasonable also. The breakfast left something to be desired, but there are plenty of places around for dining. Overall a very good stay.

My daughter, grandbaby and I loved our stay there. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Those beds though....like sleeping on a cloud. We will definitely stay there again next time we stay overnight in Tyler.

My husband and I arrived late (11:00pm) the young lady who assisted us was great! She was friendly and there were no problems. We went to our room and I attempted a shower, the shower drain was clogged. Being it was 11:30pm I took a fast shower and hoped the water would go down. Breakfast was from 7am to 9am which is normal. However when we arrived at 8am for breakfast there were hardly any options. They had bacon, sausage, and eggs, and of course waffles which neither me nor my spouse had interest in. Then the coffee, to be honest I care more about coffee than food until noon. The coffee was beyond horrible, and there was no creamer. I asked for creamer and the young man playing on his phone behind the counter informed me there was no creamer option. I told my spouse to have fun with his breakfast and I went back to get ready to leave. I will not return to this location.
