TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North/Grapevine

Tive uma experiência negativa durante minha estadia em Dallas. O quarto estava em condições insatisfatórias, com limpeza deficiente e o ar condicionado apresentava um odor desagradável. O café da manhã era bastante simples e não atendeu às minhas expectativas. Infelizmente, o atendimento na recepção foi indiferente às minhas reclamações, o que foi decepcionante. No entanto, gostaria de destacar a equipe dos motoristas das vans de transfers do aeroporto, que foram extremamente prestativos e atenciosos, fazendo a diferença na minha experiência.

Great hotel, clean gym, needs more weight in dumbbells, only had up to 50lbs

The only thing I would complain about is the sofa, it has a bed in it and it is wore out it’s had to sit on it with out sinking into the sofa. The breakfast was great better then any place I have stayed, room was very very clean and the staff was excellent.

Without a doubt the best breakfast spread I have ever seen.

This was a last minute reservation due to a cancelled flight. The team was able to clear up some double reservation issues and I really appreciate the help Juana provided. The room was very good and I was able to get a later checkout so I could get some important work completed. The wing was under renovations but was only a minor inconvenience.
