We chose this hotel specifically for the pool. It was empty no water and obviously closed. The front door was covered in towels and leaking water coming from the ceiling. My daughter was so disappointed.

We would stay here again. The hotel is clean, breakfast is adequate and the area is convenient to everything. The only thing negative is the pool was closed for renovation.

It was very peaceful I stayed for my birthday very pleasant staff members easy check in. The only thing I was disappointed about was the pool I was trying to relax and that was the reason why I decided on this hotel but the pool was out of service

I was very upset when me and my children shown up in our swim suits ready to swim on easter even after telling the lady at the front desk. She didnt tell me the pool was closed til after we paid and then refused me a refund on easter! Thanks for disappointing my children on a holiday when i could of went and got another room elsewhere!

We went for a softball tournament which means we stayed in the hotel approx 12 hours, to sleep and get breakfast and cost us $370. Kids were excited about the pool, get there and a sign says pool is out of service, get to the room, found a pill on the floor, multiple hair clumps, I checked for bugs in the cracks of the mattress and when I lifted the mattress there was trash between them. Toilet was clogged when we went to flush it and then were handed a plunger to do it ourselves. Shower was scalding hot which is great for my allergies but the drain was broken so I couldn't plug it up to add to the steam. Paint was peeling, carpet was untacked from the floor. Curtain was filthy. You really need to consider a partial refund. We only came there for the pool, thanks for the disappointment. My 7 year old even left a note for the staff which is sad, she doesn't understand we stayed in a scam hotel.

Unfortunately Tony the front desk clerk was generally rude and snarky, so my first impression was not great at all. Other people at the desk throughout the stay were more respectful, but never pleasant. The housekeeping staff on the other hand and staff working the breakfast were terrific.

The room wasn’t ready at check in , they were running 1.5 hrs late . I don’t agree with that since if I wanted to stay 1.5 hrs later on check out I’m sure it wouldn’t be the same , or better yet where was my credit for the time ? We all k ow that long travels suck and you yearn to just take a shower and and be in your room . Waiting was like torture but they did get me in there just late that’s all .

The front desk was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. I went for a family reunion & she made sure that my entire family were accommodated in rooms that were close to each other. She took time to get to know us and our needs. The facility is well maintained nicely decorated for the holidays and clean. Loved the experience.

Decent place to stay for the week for day trips in the area. They do have a great free breakfast setup. This hotel is so close to everything-shopping, entertainment, parks. It's only 20-25 minutes from downtown Philadelphia. Would definitely stay there again when visiting the area.

We were immediately greeted with a genuine smile at check-in and were able to choose from several spots for parking. Breakfast was pretty standard but there was a waffle-maker! (yum) We were able to slept peacefully our whole stay and check-out was super fast.

Unfortunately, there was a very large group staying at the same time. Biggest issue was overcrowding of breakfast amenities. Both toasters heat up but don't toast. Second night we had very loud banging above us, but thankfully it stopped by 10 pm. Lastly, the tv and remote are not user friendly and we really could figure out how to go mire than one chanel.
