This property is nothing like the photos, it was filthy beyond words. The grounds un kept, we had chicken bones outside our door, beer bottles out front, the place did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The pool was covered and appeared like it had not been used for quite some time. Spa was the same with cloudy water.

Fairly clean but run down. The fridge didn't work, the pool was green & unusable (looked like it had been like that for a while). Only 3 channels on the tv & the wifi went in & out.

Beautiful place to stay . We can cook our food and do our washing/ dryer for free . The bed is so comfortable.

Parking lot is small

We booked on the day of our stay, was 2bdrm not 3 bdrm (other bed was in lounge) TV wasn’t working, spa was out of order and had been for a few weeks (with no info on website about it) bathroom didn’t have a bath even tho showed in images- we were looking forward to a soak after a day hike. Apartment was clean however we were frustrated at not getting the facilities we saw in images.

I booked a room at this place for 5 nights. The worst stays I've ever had not only was the service bad but there were ants in the kitchen on the table, the bedding was ripped and never changed. while I was there with my 2 kids, I couldn't vacuum after ourselves cause there was none in our room I paid a cleaning fee for nothing tried to get in touch with them about multiple things that needed fixing cause it was a safety hazard. Bins weren't empty for the last 2days we were there. Then when I got a hold of them on the phone they asked me if I was from work and income like what are you for real right now I booked this room is that why we didn't get our room cleaned or fix. The spa OUT OF ORDER The playground just two swings DO NOT USE The laundry is ALWAYS BEING USED The pool OUT OF ORDER NO RECEPTION PERSON THERE EVER

The wifi was really bad as it kept disconnecting and to make it worse the location had bad mobile coverage so even using data was a nightmare. You couldn’t do a number 2 without blocking the toilet. They had a small playground of 2 swings which was falling a part. It does the job for somewhere to sleep at least.

Washing machines were not working, nor was the TV control (needed batteries??). Swimming pool and playground were advertised: the swimming pool was green and murky and closed off; the playground was two broken-down swings and a rusty trampoline on some waste ground. There was never anyone in the reception area, and my emails about access went unanswered until it was too late.

The studio we were in was spacious. But TV was not working properly. Had to buy batteries for remote there was nothing to begin with. Hot water to use bath was not hot enough and not running strong enough to fill bath half way. Also it says on the sign spa pool but when I check it looks dirty and not in use. It would be nice if it was working.

I was worried after reading the reviews, but it was very clean & pleasant. The location was good for my business.

Check in was unattended and locked and our key wasn’t in the drop box as expected. We had to ring three times before someone answered the phone at 9.30 at night. The metal stairs up to our room were rickety and slippery with a large gap at the bottom between the steps and the railing. The TV remote control didn’t work, there was an overflowing stinking ash tray on the landing and the property is neglected, broken tiles in the bathroom, dirty sink, and ripped hand written signs on windows and just generally run down and untidy.

Yellow stains on bath towels and insects, hair sticking up out of shower plug which was broken and shower didn't drain standing in water, no plug for kitchen sink or cloth or tea towel. Property very run down and tired. No info pack in room and strong smell in room- musty.

This was the worst motel we have ever seen. We actually didn't stay and had to quickly book another motel which was hard last minute. The place was filthy, and the room which hadn't been cleaned was not habitable, the receptionist didn't speak any English so had someone on a speaker phone trying to organise all the arrivals. We don't think this this motel should be allowed to operate.

I would not recommend this place because of how unclean it felt. The floor was sticky, cups and cutlery were greasy, my towels were damp, and there was dried poo on the outside of the toilet.

We walked in to find pie crumbs all over one bed, bugs in another, and a sticky kitchen bench. While this motel looks tidy in the photos and from the street, it’s incredibly neglected and run down. The website wrongly describes the rooms as “quality apartments”. The pool is topped with a thick layer of green algae, and our room boasted several holes in the walls and doors, as well as chipped and peeling paint in every room. The curtains and decor are dated and dirty, and the units are damp and dilapidated. Our unit smelled musty, the sheets and pillow cases were stained and while the unit we booked was meant to sleep 6, there were only enough beds for 5 people and a couch (not a fold out). There was no supplied bedding for the couch, and there were only 3 towels supplied for the 6 person unit. There was nobody at reception or answering the emergency line for the duration of our stay so we could not get any more towels or bedding. Our family travels all over the country, and we are used to paying a standard rate for a night in a high standard motel. This motel stay cost us the same as we would expect to pay at any other motel, but was shockingly overpriced for the quality we got. We left the next day feeling that we might have had a more comfortable stay if we had slept in the car. Do not stay in this motel unless you are looking to recreate an experience from the movie Hostel. This motel should be closed down.

Room was very clean and comfortable

The room was okay, one bed had dirty sheets, we had ants all over the place, dirty walls. No lights by spa so we were in the dark when we took our kids in. With no one on site it meant we had to keep ringing. It also went to after hours at 7.30pm when it says after hours is 9pm on their call line. It was a decent size two bedroom. It could be better for sure. We also had dirty cups on check in.

Good location but Motel doesn't have a reception so when something goes wrong no one is there to attend to it. We had a broken bathroom window, missing light bulbs in Bathroom ( 2 ) , bed side ( 1 ) . TV was poor as mainly Christian Channels, no Sky, TV1 or 2. Really disappointing and definitely wont stay there again.

The room was quiet with no road noise. The bed was so hard that it was like sleeping on the floor.

I arrived after 5pm so I called the after hours, they instructed me clearly on what to do, easy transaction, the room, was clean. just the big window was too close to the cars driving around the back, lol. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Not upset about the stay, just a bit dirty and old. The beds were comfortable and check-in was very easy. Would stay here again.

The room, bathroom and kitchen were clean. On the positive side we had booked a studio unit and got a full motel unit. On the negative side the bed was so hard that it was like sleeping on the floor. One of us didn't get much sleep because of that.

Although off a busy road once you arrived inside. No road noise. Modern facilities. No aircon. No real reception. You rang a number to organise key. Impersonal. But facilities fine. Reasonably priced.

We tried to get into the motel with my reservation but no one came to open the motel office for any service. This was 11:30 pm on Sept.10 we had traveled 6hrs to get there. We are senior citizens and continued with our journey but stopped some time later and slept in the car which was very uncomfortable. Pathetic service for tourists.

Comfortable, had to leave a day early as my sister died unexpectedly. Paid 2 nights, stayed one. Painful trying to check in, had to phone a call centre to find someone.

Don’t do it is my advice. We arrived at 4.30 on check in day to find a closed office and no sign of any staff. A note on the window said if the office was unattended we should have an email giving our room number and how to access the key. There was no email. We rang the contact number provided (which obviously provided a service for multiple hotels) and were asked where we were and told that someone would be there to help us shortly. No one came as we waited in the cold for at least 10 minutes. We rang back, we were then provided with a room number and the code for the key lock box. Room ordinary and not well cleaned in parts (a piece of dental floss in the bathroom drawer which was stained and unpleasant. Did not see a staff member for the rest of our overnight stay or at checkout the next morning. Spend your money somewhere else.

We booked and paid for4 people (2 couples) but the pullout sofa had a very thin,very smelly matress. The lovely staff tried to help with a thick single mattress to put on top, but didnt really work

Absolutely terrible experience. Customer service was awful. We had phoned to check in the day before as requested by the receptionist when we booked well in advance, but were told not to bother and to call when we arrived and someone would come find us as no front desk. We called when arrived, got told to wait in our car, waited well over 20 minutes, no one ever came, so we eventually went for a look around and managed to find a guy who was supposed to give us our key, he could hardly speak a word of English and there was a woman remotely controlling his computer to process payments and access to our room, telling him what to say over the phone. Then we got told we have to pay an extra $100 fee which we were not advised about. Room was pretty bad, toilet didn’t flush and water pressure was terrible, floors were sticky and greasy. The guy who gave us the key told us check out was at 11am, then next morning at 9:50 am two ladies were knocking loudly on our door calling ‘are you checked out yet?’ ‘You need to check out so we can clean’ so we quickly finished packing up and left, but were very frustrated with the terrible service. The ladies were walking along banging on all the doors at that time in the morning and had the cleaning trolleys by the door waiting to come in. We emailed to get our bond back but had no response or payment until a few days later (we’d been told it would be processed the day we checked out) Horrible experience and waste of money, Do not recommend.

Easy checkin. Easy checkout. Honest housekeeper found a brand new t shirt I left behind and kept it safe for me to collect. Comfy beds. Nice hot shower. Would recommend staying here.

When you get to reception at 2pm you have to call a number and then wait about 10 minutes before someone arrives to give you a key.

I think a new procedure for checking in thats swift. I sent a msg to say we would be arriving after 9pm no reply. Was told we needed to pay $100 bond that wasnt clear from the start. Check in time takes to long.

Totally waste my money am calling regarding my room number and knowing for key they didn’t ans my call cause my check in time there 17 aug 2pm but am arriving there 9 clock and am calling regarding my excess key and for the room but try are no pickup my call am totally angry cause i was waste my money 😡😡😡

Quiet and beautiful. I like the location.

I was worried after reading the reviews, but it was very clean & pleasant. The location was good for my business.

We had a very nice stay. The rooms are a great size and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the swing set out back. The pool isn’t open but we weren’t planning on using it. KFC and Woolworths are very close, which was convenient. There is no A/C but our room had 3 fans which really helped.

Nice and clean property. Close to Northshore hospital. Great value. Would stay here again and would recommend to others
