This was a terrible experience hotel is really far away even from anything and everything even the taxis and uber didn’t fund the place. You have to pay for wifi and the hair dryer is not in the bathroom you have to go to the lobby , give a 10$ security deposit and then bring it back down when you are done. I travel a lot and i had never seen this crazy thing before.

Buen servicio y atención. En parcela pegada a la pared del hotel están comenzando obras. A partir de 08h empiezan puntualmente con el consiguiente ruido y molestias. El WiFi es de pago si no reservas directamente en su web.

Super quiet!! Clean, comfortable and easy to take metro into town centre. Some shops and bars for local food. Friendly service and comfy bed and pillows, nice shower. Just a small issue of damp smell in bathroom. Hotel is in a business/residential area with very little noise so we could sleep with the windows open.

En general muy bien accesible con transporte publico y recepcion pasada la media noche. Unico detalle que fallo, no habia papel en el baño y cuando lo pedi a recepcion les tomo 4 horas para que lo llevaran, fuera de eso volveria aqui para un viaje de paso sin duda.

It was a good stay if you are looking to save money. The subway is 11 minute walk and there a lot of small markets ans stores near by. The rooms are small, no coffee maker, closets or anything just the bed a lillte desk and a small Tv. Rreakfast is not worth adding at the hotel. Its very basic juat eggs and bacon and some fruits. I stayed 9 daus and the breakfast was the same and they don't pay attention if the food is gone they take a while to get to it. There is some good food just a fewminutes away in walking distant like 5 minute walk. Good food and cheaper than the hotel. There is alzo an amaxing coffee place near by that is called Al horno is great quality pastrys and cofcee. Nice and cozy.

It is a very basic hotel, but is clean and well maintained. I've stayed at hotels from the same chain in Barcelona and Valencia, also and the rooms are the same. For short stays is excellent. The only downside of this hotel is the transports aren't very close and there are some steep streets around.

Je suis arrivé à la réception. Je me suis trompé dans mes dates de réservation d'une semaine. Le site a tendance a remette sur d'autres dates automatiquement lors de la recherche si on ne fait pas attention.... la chambre était déjà payée. La réceptionniste me signale qu il n y a pas d'autre chambres disponibles dans l'établissement et qu'il était possible de me rembourser si je reservais une autre chambre dans l'un de leur autres établissement de Madrid beaucoup plus loin, éloignés du métro et bien plus chers évidemment car cela me coûtait presque le double et je devais reserver avant mon remboursement sans garanties bien évidemment . Le site était d'accord pour l'annulation de la chambre mais l'hotel n'a rien voulu savoir. J'ai donc perdu ma nuit intégralement alors qu'ils auraient au moins pu me faire un avoir.... des voleurs tout simplement. Je suis furieux.

I stayed at this location for 3 nights and I would say it was a bit disappointing as I paid and requested for a queen bed but I was given twin bed. The soap dispenser wasn’t working in the room and I reported it to two separate people at the reception and they said they will get room service to fix it but it wasn’t fixed. All they did was apologised and gave me some cheap quality soap which broke into small pieces when you scrub it on your body.

It’s a clean nice hotel but all the staff are so cranky (the 3 we saw). says there is free wifi which is not the case it’s only in lobby if you want wifi in your room you need to pay for it. I’ve stayed in a hundred hotels all over the world and never had this and didn’t like that. Also refused to try and store bags when waiting for flight only asked for 4 hour of storage and was willing to pay.

Excelente ubicación con fácil acceso a transporte público lo cual lo cual permite llegar muy rápido al centro de la ciudad. Grandiosa amabilidad y atención de sus empleados. Volvería a hospedarme sin dudarlo.

It is a very basic hotel, but is clean and well maintained. I've stayed at hotels from the same chain in Barcelona and Valencia, also and the rooms are the same. For short stays is excellent. The only downside of this hotel is the transports aren't very close and there are some steep streets around.

An excellent stay in an area of the city which is less well known, but has plenty of dining options and has a metro line which takes you right into the centre in 15-20 minutes.

Buen hotel, es limpio y básico. Por el precio está muy bien. Hay un metro a unos 10 minutos caminando. Tiene un desayuno por 10 euros que me pareció bastante bien.

It was a good stay if you are looking to save money. The subway is 11 minute walk and there a lot of small markets ans stores near by. The rooms are small, no coffee maker, closets or anything just the bed a lillte desk and a small Tv. Rreakfast is not worth adding at the hotel. Its very basic juat eggs and bacon and some fruits. I stayed 9 daus and the breakfast was the same and they don't pay attention if the food is gone they take a while to get to it. There is some good food just a fewminutes away in walking distant like 5 minute walk. Good food and cheaper than the hotel. There is alzo an amaxing coffee place near by that is called Al horno is great quality pastrys and cofcee. Nice and cozy.

Super quiet!! Clean, comfortable and easy to take metro into town centre. Some shops and bars for local food. Friendly service and comfy bed and pillows, nice shower. Just a small issue of damp smell in bathroom. Hotel is in a business/residential area with very little noise so we could sleep with the windows open.
