Our room was in very good condition, almost as if it had just been refurbished. Air con worked really well, bed very comfortable. Underground car park was huge, very well-lit and easy to access. The bar was a bit odd. Closing time was 10.30 pm, which is OK, but we were told that at 10.30 we would have to vacate the bar area! Didn't have breakfast there as 19 Euro charge per person for continental breakfast is excessive. All of us in our party walked out to a local Café and had an equivalent breakfast for considerably less money. However, if I was in the area again, I would stay there because of the parking and nice room. Definitely eat out though.

Checking is done via a computer console. Although it worked for us, there is no one to help if you have a problem. There is no one to ask about anything. The WiFi did not work for the evening of our stay. When it did come on, it is an unsecured network. The room is comfortable, but the bathroom did not look clean, probably because of the surface choices they made.

Check in is a mess with a bunch of computers in the lobby. No contact with a single person. You have to tell people if you want your room cleaned the day before. The bar closes at 10:30 has very limited supplies and last call is at 10 o’clock even on weekends. The breakfast room has one, very slow coffee machine and always has a line. The entire hotel is extremely impersonal and has no staff to take care of it. You feel like a number that checks in with a computer.
