I've been there for two times close to each other. The first time the internet wasn't working and the said there was a bug and they would fix it in three days!!! Two weeks after I returned and there was no internet again. So I conclued that internet inexists at that hotel and we are in 2024 where anyone needs internet. Due to that I wasn't able to use my phone, internet, check buses, flights and many other issues. I was disconected from the world during my staying. Breakfast is awful, the juice has ended always at 8 A.M., the recepcionist was on a bad mood when I asked for towels, so, the worse from the worse. I'll never come back or go to any hotel from this company. The bathrooms were dirty also. Only bad comments. Very sad.

Bra pris. Rommet ok, men sterk tannkremlukt når eg kom og elles lukta det røyk. Felles toalett i gangen, utan moglegheit til å vaske seg. Ein vask på rommet, men ingen såpe. Felles dusj i gangen. Litt lite, men elles ok. Får handkle når du spør resepsjonen.

A budget hostel six minutes drive from airport( French side). You need a car to stay here. My room was not en-suite so I had to use the bathroom and shower room in the corridor. Room and toilet were clean. No towels nor toiletries. Room temperature is fine. if you are on a tight budget or not bothered with basic facilities, this is a ok place to have a short stay.

The recepcionist was awfull and there was no internet at the hotel. They said there was a bug at the internet and will take three days to be working again!!!! Absurd!!! Ridiculous!!!! They should get a refund at least. Will never come back.

Panne d'informatique donc attente à l'enregistrement malgré la bonne réaction et amabilité de l'employé, clé donc inopérante, nécessité d'une personne pour ouvrir la chambre à chaque retour de sortie !! Chambre propre mais sans serviettes de toilette. Hôtel en rénovation ? L'environnement ne donne pas trop envie d'y séjourner surtout en arrivant par nuit ...

O hotel é terrível : pra não dizer que é uma espelunca. O local fede, o quarto é sujo, tivemos que pedir pra nos trocarem de quarto porque apesar da política anti-fumo, o quarto estava empregando de cigarro. O café da manhã não existe! Fomos tomar café às 09hrs, e não havia mais pão, nem suco. O café em si é pago 1,50€ na máquina. Ficamos sem tomar café. O quarto tinha manchas evidentes de sangue na parede. A seguranca do local e péssima. Não há toalhas, sabonete, lençol para cobrir-se. Mal tem espaço para se mexer dentro do quarto, e estávamos com bagagem grande (só era possível abrir a mala em cima da cama) A pia tinha um vazamento que alagava o banheiro. O hotel no geral fede a comida estragada. Foi uma experiência desastrosa.

Je déconseille fortement quand je suis arrivé dans la chambre les draps n'avait pas été changé le lit n'était pas fait il y avait plein de poils les cheveux dans le lit et dans le lavabo qu'il y a dans la chambre la poubelle n'avait pas été vidé de l'ancien président donc tous les détritus plus tampax encore dedans etc... Bref établissement à éviter

Logé au rez-de-chaussée très, trop proche de la banque d'accueil ce fût très désagréable entre les gens qui viennent fumer devant la porte dehors quasi au niveau de la fenêtre de la chambre, les discussions ininterrompues jusqu'à une heure très avancée de la nuit (2h30) et les va et vient incessant d'une pléiade de véhicules. Le confort spartiate de la chambre n'arrange rien, meme si je connais l'établissement je m'en accommode en temps normal, là l'impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre (chaleur et pas de clim) en grand plus le reste m'ont fait passer une courte et mauvaise nuit !

The hotel was absolutely fine for my needs as a solo traveller. Yes, it wasn't the cleanest, there was no air con so it was pretty hot at night, but i slept well and it was great for solo travellers or friends. To get into Geneva centre was easy, a 25 min walk to get Tram number 14, which only costs 3 CHF for a 1hour ticket, and the tram takes about 22 mins, and they run very regularly. So you can be in Geneva centre in about 1 hour.

Wifi so bad, It was difficult to get there as there is almost no transport. The alarm system started working at night, they couldn't turn it off for a long time, the people in the hotel are very noisy and everything can be heard through the walls.

After reading all the other comments before visiting I had very low expectations. But this is a "you get what you paid for" situation. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Walls are very thin and you can hear people talking in the hallway. So bring a pair of ear plugs. Rooms are very small. I had a room with a private bathroom. The hotel's distance to city center is fair. You can take the tram downtown for walking to the station for 25 minutes. And it takes onether 20 minutes to ride. And I think the tram is running 24 hours. Overall it wasn't a bad experience. For a couple of nights in town it did the job for me.

Please consider staying elsewhere. Nowhere near the airport (1 hour walk, two 25 minute buses or a 30 euro taxi). Staff didn’t speak English. Bedroom door did not lock, showers were filthy. Don’t pay extra for breakfast it was shambolic. If I could give it less than 1 star I would do.

Bon accueil le soir vers 20h30. Chambre propre. Je pensais avoir une chambre avec salle de bain privée mais non un peu dur d'aller dans les boxes de douche séparé ainsi que dans les toilettes communs car des personnes ne jettent pas le papier dans les toilettes ils pensent qu'ils ne peuvent pas. Petit dej non testé mais eau chaude gratuite pour ma gourde de thé thermos Merci. Serviette de toilette incluse. Endroit qui mérite un bon rafraichissement extérieur et des mousses aux encadrements des portes pour éviter que les portes ne claquent cela réveille et mal isolé hotel très vivant de ce fait ;-). L'extérieur est triste non entretenu, situé derrière un gros complexe on n'est pas sur que le formule 1 est derrière. et chemin boueux manquant de bitume quand on est pas en voiture compliqué et non éclairé. Le Bus est ok à 6 mn à pied c'est très pratique! Le 64, qui passe par l'ancienne frontière, nous permet de prendre le 57 pour l'aéroport ou le tram 14 puis le 23. si pas de bus 64 le dimanche on met juste17mn à pied pour rejoindre l'arrêt du 57 et du tram 14 à Meyrin Gravière et là on compte 17mn pour arriver à l'aéroport. Un magasin Grand Frais à 5mn à pied très pratique en face de l'arrêt du 64. Pour quelques nuits je recommande pour le prix faire ses achats en euros et le bus.

Un magasin Grand Frais à 5mn à pied très pratique en face de l'arrêt du 64. Pour quelques nuits je recommande pour le prix faire ses achats en euros et le bus.

Cheaper hotel for staying at Geneva Airport as it is in the French sector. Wasn't happy that when us six blokes turned up, we had been given tandem rooms which means a queen bed, even though we had requested two single beds on the booking. The gentleman at reception was not prepared to help us at first and it was only by standing our ground there at the front desk and pointing out the single room request, that he went off to see what he could do. I understand that his system was down at that time (he told us), but this is still no excuse for the unhelpful welcome. To top it off, most of the communal showers on our floor had no shower gel in the dispensers.

The recepcionist was awfull and there was no internet at the hotel. They said there was a bug at the internet and will take three days to be working again!!!! Absurd!!! Ridiculous!!!! They should get a refund at least. Will never come back.

Panne d'informatique donc attente à l'enregistrement malgré la bonne réaction et amabilité de l'employé, clé donc inopérante, nécessité d'une personne pour ouvrir la chambre à chaque retour de sortie !! Chambre propre mais sans serviettes de toilette. Hôtel en rénovation ? L'environnement ne donne pas trop envie d'y séjourner surtout en arrivant par nuit ...

For the price it was okay and the location was great. A mall right opposite with buses to Geneva. The only thing is I would recommend coming back before 8pm as there is no buses after that.

The hotel was absolutely fine for my needs as a solo traveller. Yes, it wasn't the cleanest, there was no air con so it was pretty hot at night, but i slept well and it was great for solo travellers or friends. To get into Geneva centre was easy, a 25 min walk to get Tram number 14, which only costs 3 CHF for a 1hour ticket, and the tram takes about 22 mins, and they run very regularly. So you can be in Geneva centre in about 1 hour.

Bon accueil le soir vers 20h30. Chambre propre. Je pensais avoir une chambre avec salle de bain privée mais non un peu dur d'aller dans les boxes de douche séparé ainsi que dans les toilettes communs car des personnes ne jettent pas le papier dans les toilettes ils pensent qu'ils ne peuvent pas. Petit dej non testé mais eau chaude gratuite pour ma gourde de thé thermos Merci. Serviette de toilette incluse. Endroit qui mérite un bon rafraichissement extérieur et des mousses aux encadrements des portes pour éviter que les portes ne claquent cela réveille et mal isolé hotel très vivant de ce fait ;-). L'extérieur est triste non entretenu, situé derrière un gros complexe on n'est pas sur que le formule 1 est derrière. et chemin boueux manquant de bitume quand on est pas en voiture compliqué et non éclairé. This place is cheap for a reason. If you have children - do not stay here. It's in the middle of nowhere, noisy, dirty and feels unsafe. There are wrecked cars in the carpark and it looks like people live in some of them. Do not stay here if you need to travel to the airport - it's not close to any transport links and a taxi will cost 50 euros.

A entrada do hotel fica numa rua lateral sem iluminação. Entra pelo estacionamento. O caminho cheio de barro e nenhuma luz para acessar o hotel do estacionamento. A recepção do prédio é estranha. No quarto não tinha toalhas nem sabonete. O café da manhã (que é pago) só tem café de máquina, suco e pão.

Detta ställe var i ett mörk och farlig ställe trodde först att jag checkar in i ett förvar. Dåligt lukt i rummet väldigt ofräscht WC osv. Skulle aldrig tänka mig att gå tillbaka dit. Det värsta va frukosten bröd med två olika äckliga marmelad.

O hotel é terrível : pra não dizer que é uma espelunca. O local fede, o quarto é sujo, tivemos que pedir pra nos trocarem de quarto porque apesar da política anti-fumo, o quarto estava empregando de cigarro. O café da manhã não existe! Fomos tomar café às 09hrs, e não havia mais pão, nem suco. O café em si é pago 1,50€ na máquina. Ficamos sem tomar café. O quarto tinha manchas evidentes de sangue na parede. A seguranca do local e péssima. Não há toalhas, sabonete, lençol para cobrir-se. Mal tem espaço para se mexer dentro do quarto, e estávamos com bagagem grande (só era possível abrir a mala em cima da cama) A pia tinha um vazamento que alagava o banheiro. O hotel no geral fede a comida estragada. Foi uma experiência desastrosa.

Good for a quick stop off somewhere to lay your head. Breakfast wasn’t much of stale bread and barely working coffee machine but was nice to have something offered for free. Place was relatively clean with a sink in the room if you choose one without private bathroom. Customer service was excellent as I had rang before arrival with some questions. Young people looking for a cheap place close to Switzerland this is for you

La reserva fue con baño privado, pero nos asignaron baño compartido, que además no funcionaba el agua caliente en ninguna de las duchas. Olor fuerte a tabaco en la habitación. El desayuno buffet es simplemente cafe, pan de molde, mantequilla y mermelada. Bastante ruido en el entorno durante la noche. Aunque es de lo mas barato de la zona, deja bastante que desear la limpieza o servicios ofertados.

It was an absolute joke to stay at this place. Horrible service and horrible customer service. It was stinking awful in the rooms and I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I couldn’t stay there for few hours. Early morning I packed up and left this horrible mess of a hotel. Never again intended to be staying here.

The hotel is incredibly difficult to find, particularly because Apple Maps has it isn't in a completely wrong place a quarter of a mile away. The entrance is hidden around the back of a large construction site. So if you're coming by bus and then foot it's hard to access it, especially in the dark as I was. The hotel really needs to give clear, explicit instructions if you're coming any other way but by taxi or Uber. The room was small and clean enough. The problem was that all the bed clothes stank of cigarette smoke, which made it difficult for me to get to sleep. Also the room heater/fan was not working. So I have to keep the window open which led in highway noise all night long.
