Le logement est propre, calme et dispose d'un stationnement privé. L'appartement est climatisé, ce qui est bien agréable par forte chaleur. L'enregistrement ne se fait pas sur place mais au Bar du village. Pas de check out à faire. Restauration possible dans le village.

Het betreft een prima bereikbare accommodatie aan de rond van het dorp met mooi uitzicht over de groene velden. De appartementen zijn keurig ingericht, redelijk ruim en schoon. Pluspunten zijn: de bedden, het keukentje (ietwat karig ingericht) en de goede airco. De incheckprocedure was wel wat onduidelijk. In ons geval was dat niet in het complex zelf, maar in een bar/winkeltje in het dorpscentrum (naast de kapper). Dat vergde uitzoekwerk en daarna wat gedoe met codes om de auto te kunnen parkeren op het verderop gelegen parkeerterrein en om in het complex te komen. Verder had het gordijn op de slaapkamer duidelijk zijn beste tijd gehad. Samenvattend: voor een bezoek aan Burgos of als overnachtingsplek op doorreis een accommodatie met een prima prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.

Expedia description is not accurate and expedia overcharged me or charged for a room that was not what I got. Property was in poor condition. It is nothing like what is described. We booked at 10:30 pm and expedia did not give any warning about late check in, so we arrived at the property at 11:00 pm and it was very difficult to get a hold of someone and then the stuff was rude and we had to wait in the cold without clear directives and we ended up getting the keys past midnight. The only good thing is that it has a good safe parking and the place (besides mold on the bath tub) was overall clean.

C’est la deuxième année que nous réservons dans cette résidence pour une halte sur la route des vacances. C’est propre, très confortable et calme. Le centre ville de Burgos est à peine à 10mn en voiture. Un parking privé pour la voiture. Une adresse que je recommande.

The main issue with this hotel was that their reception is now not in the hotel, but down the road in-town, in a bar just behind the local hairdressers, about 5 mins' walk away. They sign this up in English on the former reception door, but it certainly helps to have some Spanish when looking for the current reception office in the local bar. There was only someone working as a receptionist after 2,30PM, and she operates out of a small kiosk that sells cigarettes and vapes at the back of the bar. We were going to wait for when we were there to decide if we wanted breakfast, but as we hadn't pre-booked we were told we would have to buy breakfast in one of the local bars. It appears that the hotel breakfasts are a smallish selection of tapas, while the local bars easily provided what we needed. There is a secure parking area c.50 metres from the hotel. The locals were very friendly, the room was well appointed, and very clean, and once you understand how it operates it works well.

Notre passage d'une nuit avec nos 2 enfants était top, village très sympathique au calme, idéal pour une pause sur un long trajet a effectuer. La clim, le frigo, la cafetière et congélateur son vraiment un plus et les lits super confortables... Très propre, rien a redire très bon rapport qualité prix. Merci a eux.

Este hotel no nos gusto, no había recepción para recibirnos, tuvimos que buscar donde sacar las llaves, un huesped del hotel que nos explico que teniamos que sacar las llaves de un bar. En el dormitorio con contraventana rota que da directamente a la calle con vis à vis. Ambiente sucio y poco atractivo.
Este hotel no nos gusto, no había recepción para recibirnos, tuvimos que buscar donde sacar las llaves, un huesped del hotel que nos explico que teniamos que sacar las llaves de un bar. En el dormitorio con contraventana rota que da directamente a la calle con vis à vis. Ambiente sucio y poco atractivo.

We were offered a room on the second floor with a very inclined ceiling where we would constantly hit our head in the room and in the bathroom . It was tough to take a shower or simply walk. Customer should be advised/informed beforehand and be offered a significant discount (should they accept) as having difficulty simply walking in your room without being on constant alert is a serious drawback.

Pour trouver la reception cetait un peu compliqué mais finalement ca été La reception est dans un bar Le personnel accueillant professionnel Ensuite la nuit il y avait un bruit qui se repetait on a essaye de chercher dou cela provenait mais on ne trouvais pas Comme un vibreur qui sarrete et reprend continuellement cetait pas agreable Le fauteuil lit netait pas tres confortable heureusment c'etait pour de jeune enfant il ne sentait pas trop Il y avait de leau dans le frigo et du savon pour main des essuies et des ustensiles de cuisine.

Las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables. El Check-in se hace en un bar del pueblo. El baño de la habitación, estaba separado por un cristal temperado y te pueden ver sin problema (hay ranuras y la privacidad es nula). Hay que tener cuidado con el letrero del hotel (está que se cae).La habitación 104 olía a desagüe. La cama de matrimonio es comodisima. La hab 104 olía un poco a desagüe.

Hemos estado una noche. Está a 5’ en coche de Burgos. El pueblo es pequeño aunque con todos los servicios ( farmacia, estanco, lotería, piscina). Las cama ancha aunque el colchón un poco blando para mi gusto ( las almohadas buen grueso). Se ve todo nuevo al entrar al apartamento. Creo que no hay ascensor

Hotel nuevo, limpio y cómodo. Habitación amplia, de fácil acceso conn cocina y baño en excelentes condiciones. Le vendría bien tener algún servicio de comida o venta dentro de la propiedad. Cerca de Burgos.

Buenas experiencia, lo único a mejorar es la ubicación de la recepción que se encuentra en otro edificio a unas calles del establecimiento. Camas personalmente demasiado blandas. Por lo demás todo muy bien, un detalle la cafetera de cápsulas en la habitación.

Expedia description is not accurate and expedia overcharged me or charged for a room that was not what I got. Property was in poor condition. It is nothing like what is described. We booked at 10:30 pm and expedia did not give any warning about late check in, so we arrived at the property at 11:00 pm and it was very difficult to get a hold of someone and then the stuff was rude and we had to wait in the cold without clear directives and we ended up getting the keys past midnight. The only good thing is that it has a good safe parking and the place (besides mold on the bath tub) was overall clean.

The main issue with this hotel was that their reception is now not in the hotel, but down the road in-town, in a bar just behind the local hairdressers, about 5 mins' walk away. They sign this up in English on the former reception door, but it certainly helps to have some Spanish when looking for the current reception office in the local bar. There was only someone working as a receptionist after 2,30PM, and she operates out of a small kiosk that sells cigarettes and vapes at the back of the bar. We were going to wait for when we were there to decide if we wanted breakfast, but as we hadn't pre-booked we were told we would have to buy breakfast in one of the local bars. It appears that the hotel breakfasts are a smallish selection of tapas, while the local bars easily provided what we needed. There is a secure parking area c.50 metres from the hotel. The locals were very friendly, the room was well appointed, and very clean, and once you understand how it operates it works well.

Las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables. El Check-in se hace en un bar del pueblo. El baño de la habitación, estaba separado por un cristal temperado y te pueden ver sin problema (hay ranuras y la privacidad es nula). No está mal, pero solo para pasar una noche y salir tirando, tal y como hicimos nosotros. Hay muy poco ambiente y está muy solitario todo. Desde allí al centro de Burgos son 10 minutos en coche.

C’est la deuxième année que nous réservons dans cette résidence pour une halte sur la route des vacances. C’est propre, très confortable et calme. Le centre ville de Burgos est à peine à 10mn en voiture. Un parking privé pour la voiture. Une adresse que je recommande.

Hemos estado una noche. Está a 5’ en coche de Burgos. El pueblo es pequeño aunque con todos los servicios ( farmacia, estanco, lotería, piscina). Las cama ancha aunque el colchón un poco blando para mi gusto ( las almohadas buen grueso). Se ve todo nuevo al entrar al apartamento. Creo que no hay ascensor
