Excellent motel, extremely quiet even though on a main road, very close to a good restaurant (although it is not open on Monday and Tuesday night) and the centre of town is only 5 minutes drive with good restaurants and cafes. Ovens River Parkrun is excellent and starts in the park across the road.

On the edge of town but close enough that it's a nice walk in for dinner. Quiet accommodation, clean rooms, check-in was simple.

the whole experience/stay is not as good as expected from the reviews i've seen. Reception has cold manner, shower head has weak water, AC is very old and LOUD, which kept us awake for the better half of the night
