The check in process was easy. Infact when we checked in the A//C was malfunctioning in one of the rooms. We were swiftly moved into another room. Gated parking with security was excellent. The whole hotel is very secure. We appreciate that. The pool is very nice, clean well maintained. The little restaurant attached to the hotel has very good food and affordable. Nice service as well. The rooms and condos in general were very clean and well maintained. Each bathroom was updated very nicely. The kitchen/dinning area and bedrooms are dated. Clean functional in my opinion could use an upgrade. But for the price its a fair trade off. The kitchen is stock with everything you need to cook any meal. The walk to the beach is easy. Very nice beach i may add. As well next to the restaurant is a little super market which is very convenient for the majority of your needs. I did not rate as a 5 believing there is always room for improvement. Overall we had a very nice stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this area. Thank you for making our experience enjoyable.

Not far from the beach, secure unlimited parking, helpful staff. The villas were large enough for a family, unfortunately I was by myself this time. Everyone is close to the large pool, my only complaint was that the hot tub was not working. Other than that, I loved my time there.

Check in was easy. Rebecca was so welcoming. The rooms were cleaned daily and we were impressed with the care The pool area is impressive and there is plenty of loungers around the area. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel that has delicious food. We will be back in July !!

Convenient location for access to Playa Hermosa - about a 5 min walk. Hotel was pretty basic, but clean. The staff was very kind, the grounds kept clean, and three great pools (one for kids). Minimal English spoken by girls at the desk. Restaurant attached was just ok, but there was a little soda right next door that was good! Parking lot was secure/gated. AC worked great in room. Nice full kitchen.

This is an older facility and is in need of some updating. We had a two bedroom with two bath suite but there was no comfortable seating. Dining chairs were so uncomfortable we brought the plastic patio chairs into our room. The rooms were clean. Overall the rooms worked fine for us. The staff was helpful. Breakfast is not included but there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Parking is good.

Very clean and safe place. It's a bit dated, but excellent for the price and location. Staff is friendly and the attached restaurant offers very good breakfast. It comes with a pool as well.

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience at this hotel. First night had to get the front desk to help me get rid of a HUGE spider & there were cockroaches in the hotel room. It hurt to shower because the pressure was so strong. The windows are bolted shut so it feels like you are a bit of a prisoner. Not the safest area.. I’m not sure why there are so many good reviews about playa Hermosa. I would recommend Taramindo and Flamingo

The property was not at all what we expected. The photos must be 20 years old. The property was in total disrepair. The ceiling fan seemed as if it was going to fall out of the ceiling. The bathrooms were dirty and falling apart. We were so uncomfortable with the location that we checked out after seeing our room and went to another hotel.

This hotel was very clean. We stayed in one of the villas that had 2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. The hotel was an excellent value. I appreciated the very friendly staff, the solar panels on the roof, the secure parking, and the clean swimming pools. The walk to the beach was one block. There were several restaurants and a little grocery store less than one block away. I would definitely recommend it.

Staff is great, but the room is not very nice. It’s very basic and not in good condition. There are no lamps, no chargers, insufficient outlets. There’s a coffeemaker with no place to plug in. They do include a free bottle of Chilean wine in the room and are nice people.

Room was the saddest room I’ve ever stayed in, dark, dingy, badly laid out, cleanish. Large party at pool played loud music, singing - to the dismay of other guests but no request from management to cut their noise at all. House keeping tried to enter r room at 8am.

Our room was huge, clean and had everything you’d need if you wanted to cook your own meals. The rooms had air conditioning and ceiling fans and my favourite part was the swimming pool area. Three pools, very clean and a great place to sit around and cool off.

The grounds of the property was very beautiful & clean. Really nicely groomed landscaping & clean pools. However the rooms were lacking that same beauty. Dark & outdated. No lamp in our room, only the overhead light. Very loud from the window/door as there was quite a large gap under the door. The door would also move in the wind which was loud during the night. Aside from that, decent enough for one night stay.

The location was excellent, close to the beach and the restaurant adjacent to the property. The front desk spoke English. The pools were large and deep. A/C and fans are all working. The amenities in our Villa were pretty old but in working condition.

Las instalaciones muy deterioradas. Puertas falta mantenimiento urgente. Actitud de recepcionista nada amable. Al llegar me comentó que tenía desayuno incluido, al siguiente día regresé por los tickets de alimento y me dijo que no estaba incluido. Mostré mi reservación que indicaba desayuno incluido, lo cual ignoró totalmente. Si vas en plan de estar fuera todo el día, es buena opción, pero no esperes amabilidad tampoco buenas instalaciones .
Las instalaciones muy deterioradas. Puertas falta mantenimiento urgente. Actitud de recepcionista nada amable. Al llegar me comentó que tenía desayuno incluido, al siguiente día regresé por los tickets de alimento y me dijo que no estaba incluido. We stayed at this hotel for one night before flying home . Rude service & SO SO loud late into the night. Party hotel, I guess. It didn’t feel very safe either- every other hotel/condos around had 24 hour security- this hotel did not and didn’t feel secure.

La pasamos muy bien, las villas son muy lindas y bien equipadas,y las piscinas grandes y bien cuidadas. Una de las noches llegaron huéspedes a las 11 pm haciendo mucho ruido en el parqueo, y dando gritos de un lado a otro, luego se instalaron en una villa frente a nosotros, sacaron las sillas y siguieron hablando y haciendo ruido por una hora más y nadie llegó a silenciarlos a pesar de la hora... Mis hijos no podían dormir del escándalo y en la recepción no hay nadie a esa hora, por lo que nadie hizo nada por mantener el ambiente familiar que dice el hotel tener. Aparte de eso todo muy bien

Located near beach. Check in was rude, didn’t explain wifi, breakfast, etc. rooms are very outdated and rundown with no plugs in by bed. Pools were wonderful. Very loud at night wouldn’t stay again with kids. Staff not very helpful except security guard was friendly

Great location in Playa Hermosa - less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of birds and howler monkeys. Pool and exterior areas are lovely! The villas are a bit dated, however, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking implements. Overall a very nice stay

This is an older facility and is in need of some updating. We had a two bedroom with two bath suite but there was no comfortable seating. Dining chairs were so uncomfortable we brought the plastic patio chairs into our room. The rooms were clean. Overall the rooms worked fine for us. The staff was helpful. Breakfast is not included but there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Parking is good.

Check in was easy. Rebecca was so welcoming. The rooms were cleaned daily and we were impressed with the care The pool area is impressive and there is plenty of loungers around the area. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel that has delicious food. We will be back in July !!

Booming music playing by guests at 6am and around pool all day - no staff to deal with it. Run down rooms and facilities. Terrible breakfast - do not let at for it.

En promedio estubo muy buena mi experiencia en sus instalaciones . El restaurante excelente y los precios muy decentes . Las habitaciones limpias y el lugar en general muy bonito con buena seguridad. Lamentablmente hubieron varios otros clientes sin educacion que pusieron musica muy alta con gritos sin importarle a los demas . me dio tristerza ver eso . Sin embargo no desecho el buen servicio del lugar , Lo otro es la falta de una planta electrica que abastezca el lugar ya se fue la electricidad por varios horas . Solo tenian una pequena planta electrica para el agua . De todas maneras se agradece el buen trato de la administracion .

Nice pools, comfortable room, good breakfast. Fried eggs are better than scrambled. Walk two blocks and you're on a beautiful beach! We snorkeled on the right side and saw lots of fish!

The bed was not good as it is very soft and older. Rest all is well, kitchen has no salt etc so you need to buy all from scratch to cook but they have all utensils.
