Lovely hotel on the edge of town. Check in was easy. Nice and quiet, lots of places to sit and relax outside. We were happy to be able to bring our bicycles inside the room too which is very important to us . The a/c was amazing and we had a great stay. Highly recommend!

Had a trip with family to that area, so book for 3 nights a suite room which there are 2 queen and sofa bed. The room is big and has a kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge. Good for my family bcs we like to prepare our own breakfast before going out. It is clean and well maintained. The manager is quite nice and gave us discount due to the her credit card device was working well with our credit card. It is just beside the high way and very convenient to take the high way to nearby areas. Good location.

The motel was perfect for what we needed which was a place to sleep. A comfortable bed, very clean, large fridge with freezer. The only thing missing was a hairdryer. Check in was 4:00 and we had been on the road for 12 hours at that time. An earlier check in would have made the stay better if that could have been accommodated.

This old motel is very well cared for and looks great. The rooms are large and clean, the decor is tasteful, the beds & couch are comfy. There's a fridge & microwave, coffee maker and even a kettle, with a table to eat at. There is lots of parking and its very easy to access from the 401, yet not noisy. The price is terrific value. The friendly front desk staff seems eager to help. Only 2 small items of note, but so insignificant; the office area seems a bit cluttered and our bathroom exhaust fan was quite dusty and the grate had dropped from its secure spot against the ceiling. Perhaps they could be looked at by housekeeping of maintenance. We had a great sleep & I'd stay here again.

The staff at this hotel are extremely professional.Courteous courteous and very efficient. The room was clean, with a full kitchen which is nice for longer stays. Outside are lots of picnic benches and barbecues that are available for use highly recommended

Easy to find, just off the hwy, with spacious room. It was convenient to have a full size fridge and countertop to prepare food, but we had to bring all our own dishes and utensils. Glad the receptionist called me in advance to let me know to bring my own cutlery.

Excellent value for money, very clean, roomy. Bathroom was super clean too. Exceeded all expectations. Did not expect to see a full-sized fridge, fully renovated rooms, light dimmer too! Staff is very nice & helpful. Definitely coming back when we travel that way. Thank you for everything.

Couldnt even use the jacuzzi, the whole reason i booked that room. The water was dirty when filling it and left a gross film on the side, so we drianed it and didnt get to use it

Clean and roomy. Took me a bit of time to figure out how to set the air conditioner to not run continuously throughout the night (but earplug helped). I also need to add some “safety features” to make sure no one can come thru the front door at night since the lock was a bit flimsy.

Check in is not until 4pm Paid extra 20 to make it 3pm Showed up early to check in to be in room for 3pm Employee refused to start check in until 3pm We returned to find no one in office and no one answering cell phone number on door We found a lovely housecleaner who helped us Didnt get in room until 320 We had a wedding at 4pm and came from out of town with slow moving handicapped mother which did not cause anyone to allow us in earlier than 3. We then ended up losing 20 minutes of early check in No pop machine Only hand towels and face cloths Clean room!

They take a deposit on your credit card and refuse to give it back until they decide if the towels are too dirty. We were there helping the elderly and was made to feel we were pigs. We were told the next day our deposit will not be refunded for 48 hours. You don’t have a say if your towels are to dirty stay away obviously the clients are shady

The management at the Knights Inn refused to honour my reservation as well as giving us a refund. So I paid for a room I was never allowed to see, much less stay in for any amount of time. The manager said that I was out of luck and that it was not their problem, then hung up on me!

We stayed two nights in two rooms on the Canada Day weekend. It was impossible to find a cab in this town and there is no Uber! The first night we were stranded downtown and we were going to walk. I called and spoke with Erin to tell her we were going to be coming in late. Erin called back and picked us up in her own vehicle!!! Erin's customer service was over and above any I've experienced! What an amazing employee you have! She is just fantastic! I cannot express how great she was!!! We had to stay another night due to weather because we were sailing and she called as soon as another room became available. She was efficient with all the paperwork and explained everything clearly. Just a fantastic experience! The rooms were ok. Beds comfortable and clean! The pill out couch was not comfortable at all!! Give Erin a raise!!! Thanks Erin!

We arrived before midnight around 10:30pm and there was no one at the front desk, we called the number on the door, buzzed several times, we ended up staying at comfort inn because we couldn't get a hold of anyone.

Le lit est confortable et la chambre est grande avec une cuisinette pour faire sa nourriture. Le wi-fi est bon. Un grand stationnement à notre disposition. Dommage mais le service à l'accueil est très ordinaire, aucun sourire et il semblait que nous dérangions cette dame à la réception. We are grand parents watching our grandson play hockey in Silver Stick tournament in Cobourg. perfect location for access to arenas and 401. The hotel was clean and Erin met us at 4:00 to get us setup and tell us a little bit about the area. The kitchenette was perfect for us.
