Pésimo servicio de Monica en Recepción: Déspota, Arrogante y Prepotente. Tasa del baño tapada y como solución me ofrecieron un Amigo para que yo la destapara. No me pusieron jabón, ni papel en tres dias. Me cobraron 3mil pesos de penalizacion por una toalla mas para mi acompañante, porque la reserva la hice solo para una persona. Un verdadero ABUSO. No hice demanda en Profeco solo por cuestión de tiempo. No volvería a hospedarme en ese hotel ni regalada la noche.

Hotel que era una casa , si vas de un lugar lejos no cuentes con que te pueden dar la habitación antes es a las 3 pm, es un poco complicado que si sales en la tarde o noche siempre tienes que estar tocando para entrar al hotel y a veces tardan en abrir, no uses los taxis que te ofrecen en el hotel te cobran casi el triple , el baño no tiene ventanas así que si te bañas con agua caliente es un show. El desayuno muy bueno y buena atención .

Very happy to stay at this lovely central hotel, about 15 mins from the main city park, Zócalo de la Ciudad de Oaxaca. Before arrival, we received helpful messages providing information on local restaurants and places of interest. The main entrance opens onto a pretty courtyard and fountain, where breakfast is served. The included breakfast is wonderfully fresh and delicious. Our room was in the corner, so it was quiet and peaceful. It was a relatively basic, but comfortable room with some toiletries. Air conditioning wasn't particularly needed, but when it was on, it was adequate. Although there was a roof terrace, there wasn't much shade. Throughout the stay, the reception were extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall, Xtilu offers good value for money and a great location in Oaxaca City.
