Nidhivan Sarovar Portico Vrindavan

We had a wonderful stay at Nidhivan Sarovar Portico during our visit to Vrindavan. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options each morning, and the hotel provided a peaceful environment to relax after a day of temple visits. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. We also had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, Mr. Neeraj, who was exceptionally welcoming, approachable, and genuinely interested in ensuring guests had a pleasant experience. His professionalism left a very positive impression on us. The only area where I feel there is room for improvement relates to tipping expectations among some support staff. I am always happy to tip for excellent service, and I voluntarily tipped some restaurant staff because I appreciated their hospitality. However, on a few occasions, I felt uncomfortable when certain staff appeared to expect tips for routine assistance, particularly at the hotel entrance. Guests should feel free to tip at their own discretion rather than feeling pressured to do so. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend Nidhivan Sarovar Portico to anyone visiting Vrindavan. The hotel's location is convenient for visiting the major temples and attractions in and around Vrindavan, making it a great choice for pilgrims and families alike.
