La atención de todo es personal fue excepcional, muy amables, la comida muy rica, la habitación muy amplia y limpia, la alberca increíble, la ubicación muy conveniente para conocer el centro de la ciudad, los inconvenientes el estacionamiento muy pequeño y en el día, el valet parking muy amable, pero los vehículos se quedan en la calle, el colchón bastante aguado, el ruido al abrir las llaves del agua y rechinar de la madera de todas las puertas, salvo eso seguro regresaremos.

La atención de todo es personal fue excepcional, muy amables, la comida muy rica, la habitación muy amplia y limpia, la alberca increíble, la ubicación muy conveniente para conocer el centro de la ciudad, los inconvenientes el estacionamiento muy pequeño y en el día, el valet parking muy amable, pero los vehículos se quedan en la calle, el colchón bastante aguado, el ruido al abrir las llaves del agua y rechinar de la madera de todas las puertas, salvo eso seguro regresaremos.

Excelente lugar, con buenos servicios, habitaciones con lo necesario para pasar a gusto el fin de semana, alquilamos el bungalow y tiene cocina, refrigerador, además de dos habitaciones totalmente independientes. La atención del personal es excelente, solo no me gustó que tengan valet parcking, pero al ser tan complejo el estacionamiento, se justifica en cierto modo, aunque como siempre no cuidan los coches, al mio lo estacionaron en la mañana y tallaron toda la llanta en la banqueta, afortunadamente fue un detalle menor que no causo daños.

Wonderful place. One caveat, if they would make the pool a truly heated pool it would be fantastic. Even better install a jacuzzi with really hot water. We’ve never found this kind of facility in Mexico and I think it would be a really big draw.

This should be your #1 choice for staying in Centro. Great location, excellent breakfast (included), clean and very well-maintained. The dining area is in a large, beautiful, lush garden. The staff is outstanding. Friendly, helpful, professional and very attentive. My room was large and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, if on the soft side. Water pressure in the shower was great.

The property is well kept and the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I did not get to experience the included breakfast as I was invited out by friends. The only "cautionary" note is the shower hot water. I was told to let it run for aminute for the hot water to come out. Plan on closer to 5, it will be good then.

Was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It is super cute, has lots of character and is also very well kept and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was delicious! Very walkable to many tourist spots and lots of good food and shopping is very close. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

La atención fue excelente. Llegué para un evento pero no pide llevar directo a la hora de check in y me dieron la confianza a de que llegara a la hora que pudiera sin problemas para mi check in. A las 12 am me esperaron sin inconvenientes. Limpio, cuarto muy amplio y cómodo. Restaurante también muy bien y los meseros muy atentos.

El lugar es súper conveniente. Los principales lugares del centro de Cuernavaca están muy cerca a pie. Muy iluminada la calle de noche, muy tranquilos los alrededores, se puede descansar muy bien. El restaurante del hotel con.uy buen servicio y muy buena comida, sobre todo el pan de la casa. Todo muy limpio.

Historic building. It is in a convenient location. Our room faced a busy street, but it was quiet at night. The staff were amazingly helpful. The restaurant staff were also wonderful and the food at the restaurant delicious.

We LOVE this sweet hotel! This was our first time staying here, and everything was perfect. My daughter and I stayed in the room with twin beds. It was much more spacious than it appeared in the pictures, and it was impeccably clean. The room was well-appointed, staff was friendly, grounds were lovely. There were festivities going on in the Plaza de Armas, in preparation for el dia de los tres reyes magos, and it was nice to be in close proximity to enjoy it all. We can't wait to come back!

El hotel en sí es muy pequeño, realmente si eres familia con niños no hay mucho espacio para jugar. Lo menciono porque para algunos viajeros sería importante saber este dato. Yo que iba con mi mamá y con la intención de descansar me pareció perfecto. Claro que un jardín más grande para dar la vuelta sería genial, pero vaya, descansar muy bien. Nuestra habitación era amplia, el baño, con respecto al cubículo donde está el WC y el lavabo si era incómodo, muy muy pequeño. No hay donde dejar cosas y en general esa área de baño y clóset era incómoda. Pero el resto de la habitación muy fresca, cómoda, amplia y limpia. La alberca es pequeña pero suficiente ya que realmente estábamos solas y podíamos estar tranquilas, yo lo disfruté mucho. En este hotel lo que se destaca muchiiiiiiisimo es la atención de todo el personal, son muy muy amables y eso hizo nuestra estancia aún mejor y más cómoda y amena. Pero algo que no te puedes perder definitivamente incluso si no te hospedas en sus habitaciones es ir a desayunar o comer! Tienen al mejor chef de Cuernavaca! Impresionante la comida, sazón, calidad, atención, emplatado y los costos acorde, no es baratísimo pero es que su calidad vale lo que pagas. Y como tienes desayuno incluido ai te hospedas ahí, puedes gastar un poco más en la comida sin salir de tu presupuesto y disfrutar de sus delicias. De verdad hasta tuvimos que conocer al chef y felicitarlo. Si regresaría y lo recomiendo mucho. Vas disfrutarlo.

Cama muito confortável. Funcionários muito atenciosos, principalmente no restaurante. O quarto que ficamos não era bom para trabalhar porque nao tinha nenhuma mesa. Outro ponto que me desagradou foi uma sensacao de que o hotel quer cobrar por pequenas coisas: ao chegar avisam que manchas nos Lencois e toalhas serao cobra das, no cafe da manhã (que e delicioso, mas tem poucas opcoes) cobram o pão doce (MXN 30) ou o café expresso, pedimos para ficar 2h a mais e, embora o quarto nao fosse ocupado por nenhum outro hóspede, queriam cobrar mais MXN 250. Enfim, pagando-se MXN 1530 por noite, essas pequenas cobranças dão uma péssima sensação.

Cama muito confortável. Funcionários muito atenciosos, principalmente no restaurante. O quarto que ficamos não era bom para trabalhar porque nao tinha nenhuma mesa. This should be your #1 choice for staying in Centro. Great location, excellent breakfast (included), clean and very well-maintained. The dining area is in a large, beautiful, lush garden. The staff is outstanding. Friendly, helpful, professional and very attentive. My room was large and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, if on the soft side. Water pressure in the shower was great.

Cool place. Fairly attractive accommodations. Excellent location. Staff were mostly friendly. l was a little put off when checking out, though. l placed my room key on the counter, mentioned l was leaving, and said, 'Thank you for the stay'. Before l could move any further, l was asked - with some force, which was perhaps unintentional - if l had consumed any items from the room refrigerator, which was stocked with various consumables. l said l had not (l hadn't) but was made to wait until this was confirmed. l was 'granted' permission to leave after a minute or so. A strange and vaguely uncomfortable episode which soured an otherwise positive hotel experience.

La atención fue excelente. Llegué para un evento pero no pide llevar directo a la hora de check in y me dieron la confianza a de que llegara a la hora que pudiera sin problemas para mi check in. A las 12 am me esperaron sin inconvenientes. Limpio, cuarto muy amplio y cómodo. Restaurante también muy bien y los meseros muy atentos.

It was amazing, very comfortable. It is close to everything downtown, very friendly staff. One thing that did happen to me was I encounter a ghost. This area is very prehistoric so it’s understandable. It was scary but it didn’t bother me, this place has a restaurant and omg the food the drinks again the staff 5+start! Another thing that surprise me even though it’s a very old building they keep it neat and AC in the rooms. Very comfortable.

We spent four nights at Villa Bonita, allowing us ample time to explore Cuernavaca and the surrounding areas. We have been traveling in Mexico for over a year, and this property is the best small hotel we have been to. The property is historic, charming, tastefully furnished and well-maintained. Everything in the room was as advertised. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the bedding and towels were great quality. The hotel is centrally located within easy walking distance to all major sites in Cuernavaca center. It is on a side street that is very quiet, and very clean and safe. We often returned after 9 pm and never felt unsafe there. We had an included breakfast served by an on-site restaurant. They provide good quality Mexican dishes and have absolutely fabulous staff. The hotel staff was also super nice, attentive, and ready to accommodate our requests. If we ever returned to Cuernavaca, we would stay at Villa Bonita without any hesitation.

El lugar es súper conveniente. Los principales lugares del centro de Cuernavaca están muy cerca a pie. Muy iluminada la calle de noche, muy tranquilos los alrededores, se puede descansar muy bien. El restaurante del hotel con.uy buen servicio y muy buena comida, sobre todo el pan de la casa. Todo muy limpio.

Was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It is super cute, has lots of character and is also very well kept and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was delicious! Very walkable to many tourist spots and lots of good food and shopping is very close. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just spent a wonderful week at Villa Bonita. The location, the included breakfast, the friendliness of the staff could not be better. You are in walking distance of everywhere in central Cuernavaca. This hotel takes you back in time to the way of Mexico was years ago. The only thing warmer then the attention from the staff and owner is the water in the pool.

The whole staff was most friendly and helpful. From the check in, the restaurant and the people in the lobby. All were always offering help without being asked; most went out of their way to offer help. The hotel is small but comfortable and very suited to our needs given the location in the center of town and just a block away from the cathedral. We plan to keep staying there in the future.
