Meilleur Appart'Hotel de Perpignan. Le staff est très professionnel. Les chambres sont propre et l'établissement est très bien placé en face de la gare. La climatisation a été indispensable avec ces fortes chaleurs. Tout était top. Le lieu de situation est intéressant : juste en face de la gare. Le bâtiment est assez bien isolé (d'autant plus qu'ai eu une chambre à l'opposé du boulevard gare). We love staying at Appart'City. Every member of staff are very helpful and friendly, reception area is welcoming. Check in and out is quick. The apartments are excellent with a small kitchen area including a hob, microwave and fridge, we cook every day in the apartment. Large bathroom with a great shower. Free wifi. Secure parking under the hotel which is very easy to access, there is a charge of 8 euro a night which is excellent value for money. Right opposite the train and bus station. Highly recommend.

Perfectly located across from the train station and the real plus is the washer and dryer for laundry right on the premises. Interesting pay via phone to do it. Didn't look around too far for restaurants. The BChef in the train station was adequate.

The staff here are very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was spotless although the kitchen was a bit tight for making anything very complicated. Since there is no oven, a microwave would have been helpful (but I don't know where they would put it). The only reason they don't get 5 starts is the Wifi which, at night, becomes pretty much unusable for even short videos or video conferencing. I reported it, and their IT Team cntacted me but wnated my help to troubleshoot it with them! I didn't have the time or inclination so I mentioned that in the evenings I was using my personal hotspot for my work (because of time difference with home). If I understood their message correctly, they closed my service ticket with no further effort on their part to determine the root cause of the problem! Some load testing would have been in order in my opinion, at the very least - but they aren't paying me to do their IT. ;-)

The reception staff were super friendly and nice. The appartment is a little outdated, the beds were uncomfortable and noisy, the size of the appartment is more than enough, which would be great for larger families. The are is a little bit shady, but convenient if you are coming in by train since the hotel is in front of the station.

Right next to train station which was good. But virtually no restaurants nor groceries stores nearby and about 25 minute walk to the tourist center of town thru tattoo shops, etc. Bed was too damn hard. Otherwise room was a standard Ibis room and adequate space, etc. Breakfast was adequate.

Good: location opposite bus and train stations yet quiet and safe area with two supermarkets nearby but quite a walk to the old town if you want to eat out. Bad: Had to pay extra to check in early only to find room wasn’t set up for four people. Two trips down to reception liaising with rude receptionist to get towels and ask how to open the sofa bed so children could have a nap. Really annoying. It’s the little things in a world of so much choice and for this reason won’t stay there again.

Right next to the station and about 15 minutes walk from the town center. A couple of supermarkets are very close. We arrived at night and were a bit uncertain about the area but by the next morning felt comfortable walking around. The front desk was always helpful but otherwise it works a bit more like a furnished apartment building than a hotel. We would stay there again.

Extremely well-located for the train station BUT remember to exit from the rear exit not the main Ville exit! From the apartments, you go through the station to get into town. There is not much of note around the apartment block but there is a Lidl (relatively short opening hours of 9h - 20h, closed on Sundays) just down the road which, as the apartment has a kitchen, is ideal to pick up an evening meal. There are also some food outlets in the station itself such as Bchef You may also wish to get food for breakfast - the breakfast offered is quite expensive at 12.90€. Ibis Budget, for example, charge 8.50€ for a superior offering with more choices and pain au chocolate which haven't been squashed flat! Tv worked fine but channels like Canal+ are encrypted in the evening so unavailable Wi-fi was good Their eco credentials are everywhere yet the kitchen sink does not have a plug! All in all, a good very central place to stay with facilities that a hotel doesn't provide
