Quinta Maria Cortez Beach Hotel

Employés agréables et bienveillants, endroit paisible et pas très loin à pied de Romantica.

Idéalement placée cette grande villa est très accueillante et nous a permis de profiter de Puerto Vallarta loin de la zone des grands ressorts très fréquentés. Nous avons pu profiter de tous les espaces de la villa. Je recommande en particulier le roof top, incroyable pour un coucher de soleil en sirotant un verre.

The room was okay but no view.l at all. People at hotel were very friendly. The food in the restaurant was pretty decent. However I found the booking through hotels.com to be very unusual. The hotel insisted that I pay them direct half the booking cost before arrival. When I received the message to do this I was very concerned that it was some kind of a scam, but I checked as much as I could, took a chance and it wasn't. Usually I rely on hotels.com to cover all the payments so you know you're safe but for some reason the hotel chose to do things differently. When we left I got the final bill which had an extra $50 a night for a second person when the booking clearly said it was for two. They did fix this and we left. But the 50% of accommodation was not on the final invoice so I assumed somehow this would be charged back to hotels.com. Anyway I then had to arrange a second payment to settle this. Hopefully they can streamline this for others going forward.

Great rooms. Awesome views. Grant at the front desk was a treat.

It was a beautiful room with an excellent view of the ocean.
