Tolle Anlage, abgeschlossse private Lage vor den Toren Cagliaris. Nicht weit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ruhig gelegen, bietet das Anwesen alles was man zum entspannten Urlaub braucht. Pool, Tischkicker, Tischtennis, (beides etwas betagt) Küchen, Bäder, Waschmaschine alles da. Ignazio unterstützte uns beim ersten Einkauf beim Transport, da wir mit Motorrädern unterwegs waren. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Très belle maison, très bon accueil du propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Seul bémol il n'est pas stipulé dans l'annonce que l'électricité n'est pas comprise dans le prix. Ce serait bien de le savoir avant. Par ailleurs le compteur électrique n'est pas assez puissant, le courant a sauté plusieurs fois.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious house located a short drive from several stunning beaches and Cagliari. The house has fantastic gardens with a variety of palms and exotic flowers. The pool and house were immaculately clean, and the host was extremely helpful. There is plenty of space both inside and out with several balconies providing excellent views. It is not overlooked, sitting on top of a hill with views of thr nearby lake and the sea. The house has a well equipped kitchen, large rooms and outdoor pizza oven and BBQ. There is a table tennis area with football table, and swings. Its a great place to stay and explore Southern Sardinia.
