The staff is absolutely AMAZING and kind. The hotel is well located and walkable to dining and shopping etc. My only suggestions are in regards to parking. The lot is small and tight. Being close to the lake this is a regular place for several of our tournament boats to stay. Unhooking the boats is no big deal. However, there really needs to be more power option (like on light poles etc

We checked into a very spacious, clean, comfortable room with no problems at all. I enjoyed using the gym which looked and smelled brand new. The breakfast offerings included, sausage, potato eggs, three types of cereal, two types of waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, apples, juices, and milk and 3 types of coffee. The bathroom was even spacious with a big shower. I would highly recommend this stop on your travels.

All of their amenities were closed due to renovation. Yet they still had the nerve to charge full room price. The hotel was not very clean parking was a hassle with all the storage containers.

We chose this hotel because of spectacular ratings on Hotels.com. We were traveling with a pet and the room we were given was in desperate need of cosmetic upgrades. Wall paper in the bathroom was coming off the wall, carpet was stained and near the wall it was ripped up.

Most of the hotel was very clean however the cover over the bottom pirtion of the bed hadnt been changed in some time. When pulling the mattress back there was balls of dust and debris at the head of the bed. Breakfast was great with a good aelection. Hotel is definately needing updates. For a hilton around $200 it needed updating but decent stay.

We stayed here Saturday 12/9 to 12/10. This stay started out with a bad experience at check in - but that issue is no longer my biggest concern. I will add that less than an hour of being room #215, we started sneezing and itching. We went to the $ stores and got Benadryl which helped. Now, to address our biggest concern: As we were leaving, my husband and I were straightening up by up& making sure we didn’t leave anything behind…. That’s when we saw the bed bug / tick - not really sure what it was, but it was very disconcerting to realize we just spent the night with blood sucking bug(s). We did not look for more, we were already disgusted dinging the one on a pillow. If this app allows up to upload video or photos, we will. Other travelers need to be aware of this. We will absolutely not stay here again during our visits with family in that area.

The bad: my back was in legit pain for a full five days after sleeping in the bed. The water pressure wasn’t great and the soaps were empty. There was a strange dirt substance in the bed that I had to clean out, but wasn’t a big deal. That’s literally all the bad. The good: everyone I encountered was cheerful and ready to help. The staff is amazing. The breakfast was absolutely delicious (as far as hotel breakfasts go) and I lacked nothing. The air conditioner worked great, the room was clean, there was always something to watch on tv (a lot of channels), and the cookies at checkin were amazing. There’s also several restaurants and a Walmart within a half mile and you’re only 25 minutes from everything to do in Chattanooga. I liked my stay and probably wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Jasper.

We specified that we'd need a late check-in, and the desk staff was very kind and considerate. She gave us a quiet room away from all the hubbub and told us to relax and get a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was much better than most.
