Anthony's on the Beach

Check in was smooth and easy. Great communication! Room was great, clean and hotel has a good beach access. Great price and perfect distance to our cruise port in Cape Canaveral.

Great location right on beach. Fun area on the deck out back. Room has everything we needed. Close to restaurants. Pretty quiet. Beach not crowded even on a holiday weekend.

What a little GEM! We were by the office but still heard the ocean at night. Loved the pathway out to the beach, lights on patio and wash station before going back to room. Awesome being able to wake up and hit the beach right away Great place

This is a hidden gem. Outside it appears a little rough, though even while we were there some renovations were underway. Inside it was a very nice motel. Friendly staff, free internet, free use beach items like chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas, and even a nice grill. We had a wonderful stay and will be returning for the peaceful atmosphere, nice accommodations, location, and great beach access

The room was very clean plenty of space with a king bed, little table for 2 tv and dresser a small sofa, a fridge and microwave. Staff is very helpful. Outside shower and foot wash for when you come off the beach as well as umbrellas and chairs if you want to take them down and bring them back when finished. Nice outside sitting area with sun shade perfect for hanging out and relaxing.

Cute nostalgic hotel, so typucal of old Florida but with some modern updates. Barhroom was small but was updated with a big walkin shower which we loved. It was quiet, there was a great hangout area facing the ocean with tables a grill and beach chairs. They even provided boogie boards and beach towels. Its not bougie so if thats your thing its not for you but if you live rhe old Florida vibe its a good little place to stay. My only issue was recieving a text with instructions to get in the keyless room while i was driving down. I did not see it because I was driving and not checking messages. A call would gsve been better but its no big deal, some of us are tied to our phones but some of us are not. Checkout instructions came in after we had left as well. All in all, I would stay again.

Great location. Quiet beach. The decks are a nice relaxing spot to supplement the direct beach access.

The little place was right on the beach and very clean for the age. Bathroom and flooring is upgraded. Great for price. No pool but they have outdoor showers to rinse/cool off.

The room was clean and updated. Our room 101 was looking right at the ocean as promised. My only "issue" was there was no Ice or vending machine. There was a refrigerator in the room which was great but Ice would have been great!

Bedding and bathroom were not clean. Hair in the shower and on the sheets and pillows.

We love staying at Anthony’s, however was very disappointed to have 2 cockroaches in room.

Super clean room

It is an older facility with cosmetic updates. The floors are filthy!

The area for guests to sit on the beach was lovely! The room was also very clean and had all the amenities one could need.

Place was reasonable price. No wait. But the room had an awful smell. All my clothes smelled so bad. Very strange

Convenient, priced well, walk to the beach. Hotel seemed clean but had a musty smell. We didn’t use the air conditioner because there was mold on the coils. The floor seemed clean but walking around in the room barefoot made our feet filthy so we had to wash our feet before bed.

Rooms were super clean. Owner Leon and his family we’re extremely hospitable, even cooked lunch for us! Quiet, beautiful beach. Great viewing deck on second floor. Will definitely return to this gem

Outlet on left side of bed doesn’t work, the light switches for the lights next to the bed don’t have knobs on them and wouldn’t turn on and the key code didn’t work on the door itself just some things to fix. Other then that everything was great the beach front is nice and having beach chairs for people was nice thank you Holly and Justin

Very small room. Checking in was complicated. Using remotes were complicated. Wifi did not work. Kitchenette had tiniest microwave. Would not return at cost of $156. Staff was more concerned about text that we did not receive than just getting us our room.

The body soap dispenser and the conditioner were empty. No bar soap left anywhere. Beds were hard and outside bench outside our window. People talking all night. Wall A/C unit worked but squeaky. Floor appeared clean until you look at the bottom of your feet…dirty.

The staff at Anthony’s on the Beach were super nice. The room was clean and we could easily walk to the beach however; the motel needs some maintenance it’s very old. If you have the bottom floor you had to listen to people on the deck above you. Sounded like a herd of elephants. The security lights lit our room up to the point that we thought it was daylight outside.

This was our third trip to Anthony’s and we really enjoyed it. Treated ourselves to the two bedroom suite with Sea View and it was very nice. Very clean. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The bed and pillows were just okay. We love the location being a little way from town. It’s almost like having your own private beach. They have gone to contactless check in, which is fine. The motion activated security light right out side the room was very bright and since it’s windy on the beach and they have a canvas type covering over the outdoor kitchen area they’re adding that light was like a flashing beacon all night long.and made it hard to enjoy the outside balcony. Overall it was good and we would stay there again.

Great little studio hotel room, amazing balcony overlooking ocean. Located very convenient to Air Force base and downtown Cocoa Beach. I really enjoyed my stay.

Checkin was great: The lady was extremely nice and walked us to our room. In person and in text messages they are always checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay, had what we needed, and was fully informed.

we did not like the contactless check in. we did not see the email on how to check in. When we called the phone #, the lady who answered sounded annoyed, as if we were bothering her. The housekeeper was asked to help us check into the room. The code for the keypad did not work. the battery was bad. we ended up using the regular key.

The accommodations were acceptable – perhaps what I would consider an 8 by Expedia standards; certainly not an 8.8. I would consider staying there again - except for the bad check-in experience we had. We arrived at noon just to see if we could check in before the stated 3 pm check-in time. The owner was working on the outside of the hotel but he was unable to permit the early check-in. Okay; no big deal - we expected that. He said the check-in instructions for keyless entry would be communicated to us at about 1 pm. He was kind enough to let us park in the motel lot if we wished to spend time on the beach. We instead opted to leave and come back for 3 pm. We arrived 10 minutes before 3 pm (but still had not received check-in instructions). The owner was still working outside the motel and saw us sitting in our nearby parked car. He merely looked at his watch and went right back to work. Rude! I know he recognized us. I waited until 3:05 pm and approached him; I still hadn’t received my check-in instructions. However, I had to wait to speak to the owner as another guest was giving him grief over the check-in process and not being permitted to check in a little early. I eventually received my check-in instructions. We are just two typically-polite Canadian seniors who didn’t even complain about the check-in snafu but the owner would barely acknowledge us during our 3-day stay. Others also found the owner to be distant. I give a 7.5.

This property is absolutely perfect for anyone who wants to stay close to the beach!!! The property manager, Leon went above and beyond what anyone might expect to accommodate any need or request we made! He was kind and generous! The housekeeper, Lori was very sweet and available to us! An amazing experience to stay there! We will go back for sure!!!

I arrived and could not access the room. The keyless entry did not work. Another guest stated they had to find someone to show them how to use the lockbox. I called to get assistance and a woman answered and gave me the lockbox code. That code also did not work. I called again and was told to ask ANOTHER GUEST!!! She said she was in another city and "it is easy". I couldn't find a guest. I called again and she said the same thing. I had been traveling for hours and was tired and faint. I made another reservation and left. They are unprofessional, lack customer service and pose a safety risk to their guests. To have gain entry to your room by finding a stranger is CRAZY!!! I WILL NEVER BOOK THEM AGAIN. BEWARE!

Door code did not work. Had to contact management via text. No staff on property after 5 pm. Had to use security door key to enter room. On the plus side very clean.

This is are go to stay for cruises.Always clean Always helpful and the beach is right there.We will continue to stay there.Is abit far from the main Cocoa beach downtown and the pier.

Anthony’s on the beach is quaint little spot. Right on the beach and quiet. There are a few spots to eat at and the gas station is in walking distance for snacks. Would definitely recommend

Anthony's was a fantastic find for us. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I will recommend this Motel to friends, colleagues, and family. It was easily commutable to Kennedy Space Center, where we spent a few days of our time. We could even see the launch from the upstairs balcony.

Great little motel, had that old Florida feel to it, right on the beach. Rooms were clean and updated, all at a good price. We would definitely stay there again.

Quaint, "old Florida"-type place. Right on the beach, with tons of places to sit and watch the surf, sand, flora. Room very clean with all we needed. Bear in mind, if you're staying here before a cruise, there is little nearby besides a Mexican restaurant a half-mile walk down the road. No nearby grocery, drugstore, etc. A vending machine would have been very welcome since we arrived very late from the airport and had no food! The office is only open limited hours during the day so you access the room via a coded lock. It was a $25 Uber ride to the cruise port.

Great location if you want easy access to the beach. The staff was great: helpful, available and friendly without being intrusive. Electronic communication was excellent. Some additional Modernization would make it a 5 star hotel.

The location was perfect and I saw an amazing sunrise. It provided chairs and towels for the beach. It wasn’t walkable to anything else.

Great little property, with an awesome private beach area and patio overlooking the beach. We had the room with 2 queen beds (very comfortable) which was a good size. The A/C keeps the room as cold as you want it. Looking to comeback with the whole family next time. Thanks

Walk out the room door and be right on the beach was nice but no vending machines and no stores within 3 miles not easy when you didnt drive down

Our stay at Anthony's was good. It is an older property. The rooms are small, yet clean and comfortable. Not far from anything you want to see. Our stay was quiet, we weren't in the room much, but no 2am jumping jacks upstairs. :) No ice machine, no pool, but fridge and microwave worked! Shower space in the room was big. If you're looking to be pampered this is not your place. If you want a place with great beach access, a place to to crash after a long day at the beach or on the town and a good location. This is a good spot. My interactions with the staff all positive! Upbeat, friendly and just good people. I would stay here again, no second thoughts about it.

Communication was excellent. Location was great, quiet yet only a few minutes away from shopping, restaurants, etc. Stayed here for 1 night before a cruise and was impressed with cleanliness of room and just steps to the beach. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to family & friends.

Unique property. Pretty waterfront property. Old school. Drive to town for restaurants and shopping. Extremely minimal amenities.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel with a great view of the rocket launch. Room was comfortable and clean, great access to good restaurants. Really enjoyed squid lips recommended to us by the owner. AC worked great, good water pressure in the shower,would come back here again!

Great stopover for leaving on a cruise. Was very happy with stay . Need a coke machine and some air freshener.
