Su was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. The shuttle to the sister resort Kokomo as well as the shuttle to Bight Beach on Grace Bay were very convenient and both were very short drives. It was nice to have our own beach lounge chairs and umbrella every day. Housekeeping came daily and the room was always clean and the AC worked great. My wife and I highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a relaxing vacation with beautiful beaches.

The property is not near the beach but they have drivers who will take you there. Would recommend renting a vehicle so you're not bound by their schedule. The staff is VERY accommodating and nice making our stay a pleasure. The property worked nicely for us and I would recommend it for those that don't need to be able to step out of their hotel right onto the sand. We liked renting a car and visiting many of the beaches on the island. Taylor beach was our favorite

Beautiful place, off the beaten path and very private. Suzanne is exceptional. No pool . Restaurant or spa. The sister hotel which is about a mile or so a way has all of that (also a very nice place.) They have a shuttle to the beach and to the sister hotel . Need a taxi to restaurants. A rental car is better ( Suzanne arranged this for us at a very reasonable price) Had a wonderful time.

Very quiet property. Really easy to relax. The staff was superb getting us anything we requested. The propertt is a bit removed from dining. There is nothing within walking diatance requiring a rental car or taxi.

Very nice and friendly staff. Shuttle to the beach and to the sister resort, Kokomo, (this is where we went for breakfast , lunch and dinner most days) is from 9am-5:30pm. Highly recommend for your stay if you are looking for a nice relaxing place, not by the beach, resort.

An honest review of One On Marlin Resort and Spa: We booked this property for the great reviews and the great price. Turks and Caicos is overall very, very pricey, so we felt the price was right for what we were looking for. We knew going in the property was not on or very near the beach, and that was fine. A car is essential if you stay at One on Marlin. Just know that driving can be treacherous. The island contains exactly zero stop lights and zero Stop signs. Rather, roundabouts or traffic circles as they are sometimes known substitute for both. While not exactly a free-for-all, it can take nerves of steel to navigate around the island and the traffic, especially at peak driving times. Add to that driving is on the opposite side of the road than the U.S and many other countries and it can be a recipe for anxiety and angst. Now on to the actual property. The first thing I can say about this property is it is by no means a resort or spa. No pool, no restaurants, no actual spa to speak of, no fitness center, no activities of any kind. Literally just rooms. This property has a sister property named Kokomo just down the road a piece. The Kokomo has a restaurant and small gorgeous pool that those staying at One on Marlin can access. While the sister property is walkable (about 15 minute walk) I don’t recommend it as there are no sidewalks and the road leading is very narrow. The rooms: The rooms at One on Marlin are charming. We had a great experience! Amazing staff! We were beyond impressed by the staff who cleaned our room, it was always perfect. Very short ride to the beach, great area. Would recommend! Sister hotel is not as great. So if hesitant definitely stay at one on marlin!

One on Marlin is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close enough to the beach and restaurants but have a quiet and relaxing stay at an affordable price in TCI!! Easy shuttle to the beach everyday and the driver Geoffrey is super friendly and takes care of everything! At the resort, Mimi and Susanna make sure you have everything you need, every day and you just need to ask! I wish it was a little closer to restaurants but everything is an easy cab ride away....One on Marlin gives you a local cell phone with all the numbers you need programmed in the contacts and we used Nancy's cab for everyting we needed!! All in all a great vacation at One on Marlin!!!

Literally everything about this place is amazing! Quiet. Amazing staff that go above and beyond to help and make your stay as best as can be. Wenie communicated well - quick replies, gave really good tips and advice. Suzanne looks after One on Marlin guests, so helpful and friendly. Best Housekeeping we've ever experienced. Thank you Meme. Daily housekeeping. She makes the bed perfectly and is so proud of the job she does. Jeffrey drives the shuttle cart and looks after the sunbeds/umbrellas on Grace Bay - so lovely and helpful. In fact all the staff there are happy, friendly and such a lovely atmosphere. Spacious. Here’s some info…. Super comfy bed – I have a back problem and am careful on accommodation I book. So no issues here at all. Very very clean – spotless. Kitchen utensils. Washing up liquid land sponge. Cloth Kitchen towel to dry dishes. Paper kitchen towel. Microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer. Cool box. Iron and ironing board. Powerful hairdryer. Loads of storage space and drawers. In room Safe. Beach towels Dispensing Soap, lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Smelt nice and not issues on my sensitive skin. Sister hotel is 3 minutes drive away with a pool and restaurant - with good food and the best rum punch on the island! Brilliant service from waitress Melanie. Free daytime shuttle between to sister hotel and Grace Bay beach (has sunbeds and umbrellas). Recommend a car to explore other beaches and have the flexibility to travel around.

The rooms are nice but a bit “cozy”. That being said, this is a very reasonably priced place to stay. Not much right on the property, but the “sister” hotel 1 mile away has a nice pool and restaurant. With the money we saved (most rooms on the beach are 3x the fees of One On Marlin) we rented a car for the week and got to do some great exploring. Can’t say enough about the staff. SUPER helpful with recommendations, and answered all our questions. Thumbs up.

One on Marlin was a great place to stay on our vacation. It was exactly what my husband and I were looking for in our beach getaway. Suzanne and her staff were great and tentative. The facility was quiet, clean and great place to stay. The location was easy to get to as well short distance drive to most of the restaurants or things we wanted to do. The beach was quiet, relaxing and beautiful as well. The sister resort had great food and service as well. Thank you Suzanne for being part of a wonderful vacation. Can’t wait to go back.

Secluded property with beach access, via regular shuttle service. Greeted by Minnie, Wenie and Suzanna. Rooms are clean ajd spacious with fridge, stove and basics if you want to stop at the IGA market nearby for food so you don’t have to go out for every meal. Shuttle service for beach Joseph, Mukar and Paras. Local phone provided to access shuttle service, taxis or if you need to reach any of the staff. Everyone was so kind, friendly and accommodating during my stay! Taxi service easy to arrange. Rico drove me via taxi this weekend and was so fun to talk to and provide recommendations and brought be back safely! Sister hotel, Kokomo very close by with a restaurant, pool, hot tub and schedule a massage. It has everything you need.

The bad: Other than the extremely uncomfortable bed, nothing was so atrociously wrong with the hotel, but it was enough compounding things that led to our decision to leave the hotel in the middle of our stay. The water was luke warm at best, the bed was so bad neither my wife nor I slept for 2 nights, the bath fan and the hair-dryer were broken. When we asked for a new hair-dryer they said they had none and would have to go pick one up the next day (for a wife with wet hair that was not a good option). The AC unit pumped out cold air, but the temperature control didn't really work. The room was either freezing, or hot. There is not phone in the room and they provide this littlePOS phone for you to use to reach them. This was a vacation for us away from kids and it was turning into an awful experience for us. I'd would not recommend this hotel. The beach area they have is as advertised. It was a quick trip to the beach & we had a car so it was extremely easy and convenient. There is public parking was empty the whole time (Bight beach). While not as famous as Grace Bay the beach is just as gorgeous, and was honestly less crowded. There are not bathrooms or bars, but you can utilize the Wymara if you're not shy. The good: The hotel room was very clean, and while slightly worn, seemed to be decently maintained. The staff was very friendly and was understanding of our decision to leave and find a new hotel, and even credited us back the un-used time (pre-paid for the room).

This was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying at this property. It was super clean, quiet, romantic, and a close drive to everything on the island. The staff are extremely kind and hospitable. Beautiful vacation!

Secluded, clean great workers from check-in to check out Suzanna was AWESOME what ever we needed when ever we called any questions we had she answered. Our shuttle drivers Gary, Jeffery AWESOME. Great rooms; very friendly and responsive staff. Staff was very proactive in helping us during our stay to find places to visit as well as very accommodating such as offered beach folding chairs if needed to take with us to the beach.

The bad: Other than the extremely uncomfortable bed, nothing was so atrociously wrong with the hotel, but it was enough compounding things that led to our decision to leave the hotel in the middle of our stay. The water was luke warm at best, the bed was so bad neither my wife nor I slept for 2 nights, the bath fan and the hair-dryer were broken. When we asked for a new hair-dryer they said they had none and would have to go pick one up the next day (for a wife with wet hair that was not a good option). The AC unit pumped out cold air, but the temperature control didn't really work. The room was either freezing, or hot. There is not phone in the room and they provide this littlePOS phone for you to use to reach them. This was a vacation for us away from kids and it was turning into an awful experience for us. I'd would not recommend this hotel. The beach area they have is as advertised. It was a quick trip to the beach & we had a car so it was extremely easy and convenient. There is public parking was empty the whole time (Bight beach). While not as famous as Grace Bay the beach is just as gorgeous, and was honestly less crowded. There are not bathrooms or bars, but you can utilize the Wymara if you're not shy. The good: The hotel room was very clean, and while slightly worn, seemed to be decently maintained. The staff was very friendly and was understanding of our decision to leave and find a new hotel, and even credited us back the un-used time (pre-paid for the room).

This was the perfect quiet and quaint stay, which was close to everything. This hotel reminded be of an Air b n b in the sense of feeling like I had an apartment/home to myself, but with the amenities of a hotel. The property manager was very communicative and helped set up the room for my boyfriend’s birthday. You are also given a phone you can use to communicate with staff. This was by far one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at and I would definitely book again if I go back to Turks.

The rooms are nice but a bit “cozy”. That being said, this is a very reasonably priced place to stay. Not much right on the property, but the “sister” hotel 1 mile away has a nice pool and restaurant. With the money we saved (most rooms on the beach are 3x the fees of One On Marlin) we rented a car for the week and got to do some great exploring. Can’t say enough about the staff. SUPER helpful with recommendations, and answered all our questions. Thumbs up.

The property is not near the beach but they have drivers who will take you there. Would recommend renting a vehicle so you're not bound by their schedule. The staff is VERY accommodating and nice making our stay a pleasure. The property worked nicely for us and I would recommend it for those that don't need to be able to step out of their hotel right onto the sand. We liked renting a car and visiting many of the beaches on the island. Taylor beach was our favorite

Very nice and friendly staff. Shuttle to the beach and to the sister resort, Kokomo, (this is where we went for breakfast , lunch and dinner most days) is from 9am-5:30pm. Highly recommend for your stay if you are looking for a nice relaxing place, not by the beach, resort.

The Host Suszan is super nice and helpful. She arranged for us to get picked up from the airport and she also arranged for us to get back to the airport. She also drove us to her restaurant for dinner. They also had rental cars on the property so we were able to secure a rental car from the property. The property is centrally located near most beaches and restaurants but in a quiet location away from traffic.

Very quiet property. Really easy to relax. The staff was superb getting us anything we requested. The propertt is a bit removed from dining. There is nothing within walking diatance requiring a rental car or taxi.

An honest review of One On Marlin Resort and Spa: We booked this property for the great reviews and the great price. Turks and Caicos is overall very, very pricey, so we felt the price was right for what we were looking for. We knew going in the property was not on or very near the beach, and that was fine. A car is essential if you stay at One on Marlin. Just know that driving can be treacherous. The island contains exactly zero stop lights and zero Stop signs. Rather, roundabouts or traffic circles as they are sometimes known substitute for both. While not exactly a free-for-all, it can take nerves of steel to navigate around the island and the traffic, especially at peak driving times. Add to that driving is on the opposite side of the road than the U.S and many other countries and it can be a recipe for anxiety and angst. Now on to the actual property. The first thing I can say about this property is it is by no means a resort or spa. No pool, no restaurants, no actual spa to speak of, no fitness center, no activities of any kind. Literally just rooms. This property has a sister property named Kokomo just down the road a piece. The Kokomo has a restaurant and small gorgeous pool that those staying at One on Marlin can access. While the sister property is walkable (about 15 minute walk) I don’t recommend it as there are no sidewalks and the road leading is very narrow. The rooms: The rooms at One on Marlin are charming. An honest review of One On Marlin Resort and Spa: We booked this property for the great reviews and the great price. Turks and Caicos is overall very, very pricey, so we felt the price was right for what we were looking for. We knew going in the property was not on or very near the beach, and that was fine. A car is essential if you stay at One on Marlin. Just know that driving can be treacherous. The island contains exactly zero stop lights and zero Stop signs. Rather, roundabouts or traffic circles as they are sometimes known substitute for both. While not exactly a free-for-all, it can take nerves of steel to navigate around the island and the traffic, especially at peak driving times. Add to that driving is on the opposite side of the road than the U.S and many other countries and it can be a recipe for anxiety and angst. Now on to the actual property. The first thing I can say about this property is it is by no means a resort or spa. No pool, no restaurants, no actual spa to speak of, no fitness center, no activities of any kind. Literally just rooms. This property has a sister property named Kokomo just down the road a piece. The Kokomo has a restaurant and small gorgeous pool that those staying at One on Marlin can access. While the sister property is walkable (about 15 minute walk) I don’t recommend it as there are no sidewalks and the road leading is very narrow. The rooms: The rooms at One on Marlin are charming. We had such a beautiful time staying at One on Marlin and I’d be back there tomorrow if I didn’t have to work! Thank you so much for the beautiful stay. Easy to get down to the beach, great home base to explore what Turks and Caicos has to offer.

Exclusive and quiet. Very hospitable and welcoming customer service. They let us have a late check out till 2 pm. Beach access needs a shuttle or a car rental. We had car rental so moving around was not too bad.

This was the perfect quiet and quaint stay, which was close to everything. This hotel reminded be of an Air b n b in the sense of feeling like I had an apartment/home to myself, but with the amenities of a hotel. The property manager was very communicative and helped set up the room for my boyfriend’s birthday. You are also given a phone you can use to communicate with staff. This was by far one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at and I would definitely book again if I go back to Turks.

The Host Suszan is super nice and helpful. She arranged for us to get picked up from the airport and she also arranged for us to get back to the airport. She also drove us to her restaurant for dinner. They also had rental cars on the property so we were able to secure a rental car from the property. The property is centrally located near most beaches and restaurants but in a quiet location away from traffic.

Suzanna and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Plan to rent a car or take cabs to get around the island, which is easy. The shuttle service to the beach and pool is great during the day, my only wish would be that it ran a little later into the evening. Both the beach and pool are very nice. If you are looking for something quiet and off the beaten path, this is a gem.

One on Marlin was a great place to stay on our vacation. It was exactly what my husband and I were looking for in our beach getaway. Suzanne and her staff were great and tentative. The facility was quiet, clean and great place to stay. The location was easy to get to as well short distance drive to most of the restaurants or things we wanted to do. The beach was quiet, relaxing and beautiful as well. The sister resort had great food and service as well. Thank you Suzanne for being part of a wonderful vacation. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful place, off the beaten path and very private. Suzanne is exceptional. No pool . Restaurant or spa. The sister hotel which is about a mile or so a way has all of that (also a very nice place.) They have a shuttle to the beach and to the sister hotel . Need a taxi to restaurants. A rental car is better ( Suzanne arranged this for us at a very reasonable price) Had a wonderful time.

MWeenie was the absolute best she made sure we had everything that we needed.me and my wife didn’t have to ask for anything she simply offered even when she didnt have to.MeMe and the other staff made sure that are room was unkept and clean everyday.kokomo has some amazing food and the Chefs really know their dishes.superb.They were genuinely good people to be around.if I had questions or concerns she answered with no hesitation..me and my wife will definitely be back…Soon

Very quiet property. Really easy to relax. The staff was superb getting us anything we requested. The propertt is a bit removed from dining. There is nothing within walking diatance requiring a rental car or taxi.

Very nice and friendly staff. Shuttle to the beach and to the sister resort, Kokomo, (this is where we went for breakfast , lunch and dinner most days) is from 9am-5:30pm. Highly recommend for your stay if you are looking for a nice relaxing place, not by the beach, resort.

We had a great experience! Amazing staff! We were beyond impressed by the staff who cleaned our room, it was always perfect. Very short ride to the beach, great area. Would recommend! Sister hotel is not as great. So if hesitant definitely stay at one on marlin!

Literally everything about this place is amazing! Quiet. Amazing staff that go above and beyond to help and make your stay as best as can be. Wenie communicated well - quick replies, gave really good tips and advice. Suzanne looks after One on Marlin guests, so helpful and friendly. Best Housekeeping we've ever experienced. Thank you Meme. Daily housekeeping. She makes the bed perfectly and is so proud of the job she does. Jeffrey drives the shuttle cart and looks after the sunbeds/umbrellas on Grace Bay - so lovely and helpful. In fact all the staff there are happy, friendly and such a lovely atmosphere. Spacious. Here’s some info…. Super comfy bed – I have a back problem and am careful on accommodation I book. So no issues here at all. Very very clean – spotless. Kitchen utensils. Washing up liquid land sponge. Cloth Kitchen towel to dry dishes. Paper kitchen towel. Microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer. Cool box. Iron and ironing board. Powerful hairdryer. Loads of storage space and drawers. In room Safe. Beach towels Dispensing Soap, lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Smelt nice and not issues on my sensitive skin. Sister hotel is 3 minutes drive away with a pool and restaurant - with good food and the best rum punch on the island! Brilliant service from waitress Melanie. Free daytime shuttle between to sister hotel and Grace Bay beach (has sunbeds and umbrellas). Recommend a car to explore other beaches and have the flexibility to travel around.

The rooms are nice but a bit “cozy”. That being said, this is a very reasonably priced place to stay. Not much right on the property, but the “sister” hotel 1 mile away has a nice pool and restaurant. With the money we saved (most rooms on the beach are 3x the fees of One On Marlin) we rented a car for the week and got to do some great exploring. Can’t say enough about the staff. SUPER helpful with recommendations, and answered all our questions. Thumbs up.

This place is super cute and modern. Come here with a family or a couple if you want to enjoy Quiet time. Suzanna is the sweetest host with a big heart she will help you above and beyond. Meme the housekeeper is so nice does a thorough cleaning job and will meet you with the biggest smile. Gary the shuttle driver is great always smiling and happy quick for pick up and drop off. This is an apartment style resort getaway has a mini kitchen so you can grocery shop and cook in to save money. $4US for a can of Coke so adds up pretty quickly. They have a sister resort up the road 5 min away that is intimate with a pool and hot tub and one restaurant. The food was delicious!!! The shuttle will bring you from your place to sister property and to the beach. They also give you a local cellphone in case you need to talk to Suzanna or get a shuttle drive.

Our stay at the One on Marlin was great. The staff were very kind and helpful, from even before we left on our flight to Turks, they made sure we were comfortable every step of the trip. They assisted in setting up the taxi pickup from the airport to the hotel. They were amazing with accommodating and decorating the already beautiful, boutique-esque hotel room with birthday decorations for the special moment we came there to celebrate by using flowers hand picked from their garden, balloons, and a happy birthday banner over the bed. The food and host over at Kokomo’s which is their sister hotel, where we were allowed to eat since they’re under the same umbrella, were really nice. It was recommended to me and I highly recommend getting a rental car because Kokomo’s was like a 3 minute drive away, along with everything else on the island that we explored which was no more than 15 minutes away, and max. All in all our stay here was over the top and whenever we come back to Turks we’re more than likely to stay here.

This property is great to disconnect. Its only a few minutes from the beach and they offer a shuttle that drives to and from the beach and the sister resort Kokomo. The pool and restaurant are at the Kokomo resort not at one and Marlin. They also offer taxi services if you do not want to rent a car.The staff was great and very helpful. WENIE and MIMI made us feel welcomed and were super nice and accommodating.
