It was a great experience with family, team was so helpful, specially room view and size was amazing..Highly recommended and definitely worth of money

The staff - especially at the reception and the restaurant -was welcoming, nice and very helpful. The hotel is well located with an astonishing view on the Sapanca lake. However, there is no life in the hotel and around after 9pm. The rooms are clean, but have only basic amenities that lack maintenance.

Truly appreciate the friendliness attitude of the whole staff, rooms very convenient, clean, quite and at the center of attractions. few minutes away from the water falls, and 15 km away from the sky location. it is excellent for families as well as couples. looking forward for my next visit.
