Great location, accessible hotel and friendly staff. Arranged for a crib in no time for our 2yo. Hotel and rooms overall could use a little makeover but in general good and clean conditions. Excellent facilities included a playroom (perfect for entertaining kids 1-8yo), foosball, darts (pay extra), free snacks and free drinks. Good breakfast with local and international food. Walking distance (10 min) from Ximendin and from Taipei Central train/MRT station.

Clean rm, helpful staff, & awesome lobby with free snacks. The price of the hotel is awesome in combination with the central location (tourist attractions, train station with a direct line to the airport, & bus stations.

It was incredibly noisy every night. People slamming doors till 2:30 am. Staff changed my room but it didn't help. First room was very damp, dehumidifiers running in hallways. Internet very slow. Plenty of better looking properties nearby
