Pros: Close to 3 metro stations and Family Mart Playground for kids Laundry facility great for families Unlimited snacks and instant noodles Cons; Rooms are very small. We booked a room with a queen size bed but it was tight for a family of 3 The elevators were busy. The common dining/gathering area was the highlight of our stay. We brought food that we bought for breakfast or from the various night markets and shared them while playing games/watching movies. There was also an abundance of free flow drinks, coffee and snacks! The only complaint we had was that the bed wasn't as soft as we had anticipated.

It’s inside a commercial building and with another hotel. Reception is in the basement. Game room, restaurant and laundry room are all in this floor. Staff are good and efficient. You have to use the electronic key to access your floor so it’s supposed to be safe. And I have to mention they provide free cup noodles that I can’t find in anywhere else.

受付スタッフさんの対応やホテルのサービスは非常に満足でした。とても可愛らしいホテルで、写真をたくさん撮りました。またジュースやお菓子、カップ麺が食べ放題でとても良いサービスだと思います。しかし残念なポイントもありました。 ① 部屋の清掃が良くありませんでした。部屋のドアを開けたらゴミ袋が置いてありました。清掃の最後に処分するのを忘れたのでしよう。綺麗に掃除してある日もあったので、清掃するスタッフさんによるのかもしれません。 ② 部屋に帰って来て電気をつけたらゴキブリがいました。楽しく観光して部屋に戻って来てゴキブリ！気持ちが非常に悪く、またいつゴキブリが出てくるかとゾワゾワしました。 ③ 長期滞在での利用でしたので、洗濯ルームがあるのもホテルを選んだポイントでした。しかし2台ある洗濯機が2台とも壊れていて、かなり離れたコインランドリーまで洗濯をしに行かなくてはいけませんでした。残念なポイントも書きましたが、トータルで考えたら良いホテルだとは思います。

The room was average and reasonable for Taipei. A reasonable size, relatively sound proof apart from occasional noises from the corridor and the bed was firm and comfortable. They also provided free snacks which was a lovely bonus. However, the room smelled slightly damp and we had mould around the windows. Furthermore, despite upgrading our room to have a safe, the safe itself was not secured to any wall and could be lifted and removed from the room so not very secure at all!

Changed from twin with no window to double with window. Twin no window was very small. hardly place to move or place luggage. Double was bigger. However , this hotel has NO bathroom doors. Curtains are drawn instead . Need to walk abit to University MRT .

The location and price for this stay was great. Right near all touristy spots and easy to get a cab/Uber from the entrance, plus very friendly staff! Also seemed very kid friendly. The beds were pretty firm, but nothing that would keep me from staying a night or two. May look elsewhere for a 3 night stay just to get a little added comfort, but all in all a great value.

Don’t waste money booking a room with window ”no view” (it’s so close to the next building you don’t even get any light from it), you’re better off with a room without window or spend more for an actual window with view. Could do with some renovation, I’ve stayed there many years ago and it hasn’t changed but starting to show its age.

Location of the hotel is very convenient. Just a few minutes walk from MRT stations and the Xime ding area. Hotel room is small but most of the hotels near Taipei station have small room. But the bathroom is fairly large compared to the room and is nice and clean. Soundproofing of the room is quite poor. I could hear people talking on the hallway dry clearly, thank goodness my neighbours were very quiet and did not talk much. Given the low price of this hotel, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone with a limited budget

We are very grateful to the staff at Finders Hotel during our 2 week stay in Nov 2025. They were all very helpful and friendly and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The choices were wonderful and we especially enjoyed the herbal soup which was so comforting. We also loved the salad bar with the fresh fruits, snow pea shoots, walnuts and almonds on offer. It was so nice to munch on the large variety of snacks and noodle bowls. It was especially nice that the laundry facilities were readily available and affordable. It allowed us to last a good 4 to 5 days while awaiting our lost luggage to arrive at the hotel. That was a real life saver! The hot and cold beverages and microwave oven in the common area made it so easy for us to warm up meals at the hotel. There were many tables and comfy sofas to use and it truly felt like a Home away from Home. The location can't be beat. We were able to walk to many parks, museums, temples, night markets easily. We were also walking distance to the Taipei Main station which made it very convenient to travel to and from the airport. Other transit stops were the NTU Hospital, the Ximen station and a bus stop that easily took us to Jiufen. The only glitch we had was coming back to our room one night with a temperature set at 18'C. A staff member quickly fixed that problem for us by offering us a portable heater to keep the room warm and comfortable for the night. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

The staff at Finders were amazing! We started our trip with a lost wallet at the airport and the staff helped us call the airport when we had trouble with the phone in our room, and they were always available to give us a hand with anything we needed. The daily snack rotation was awesome and laundry access was a lifesaver.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was clean, safe, and conveniently located. I especially appreciated the free snacks and noodles available at the front, which was such a nice touch. Had a lovely stay at Finders hotel. Location is excellent with easy access to Taipei main station, Ximen MRT and NTU MRT lines. The hotel is near to three MRT stations including the taipei main station. It is walkable to ximen which is good when you love shopping. It is convenient to walk day and night. My tips is to use the NTU station red line instead of directly coming from taipei main station because navigating the exits can be challenging since taipei main stations have many exits and connections to other underground malls. Which many do not have escalators and elevators. Choose either ximen and ntu hospital MRT when you come to this hotel. Save lots of time

This is my second time staying at Finder's Hotel, I do adore the conveniency, price. It was around 10-15 mins walk from the airport express, and 5-8 mins to MRT station ( depending which one you taking). They offer cup noodles and snacks for all hotel guests, breakfast buffet is offered to certain room types as well. Otherwise it would costs around $220 TWD / visit. The staff was very accommodating, as I was staying for 13 nights. The first room was not as quiet as preferred, the first morning there was even some ticking sounds from the celling. They were able to offer me to view the other room, and check in to that room instead. Walls are thin, you can still hear what happening in the elevator lobby of your floor. Good thing is around 10/11pm, it seems to be better. I would actually recommend this hotel to those for short visits to Taipei !

I've stayed at this hotel many years ago and was rather disappointed, so it was great to see that it apparently got some makeover in the meantime. Rooms are rather small. I booked the biggest double room which was the only one which I felt comfortable with for two people. It was clean and quiet with a view towards the street. In the lobby you get some free snacks and a small choice of drinks all day. It's not very spacious though and we didn't stay here for long. The hotel also offers breakfast but it's very basic with barely any good choices for vegetarians. With the current situation, I would rather prefer them to cancel the breakfast and enhance the lobby instead. This is pretty much the only negative part though.

Close to the excitement of Ximen area but much calmer and less overwhelming. Huge number of restaurants nearby (easy to find healthy options). Hearty breakfast buffet. I paid for the night before I arrived so that I could enjoy breakfast and a nap after my long flight from Toronto. Well worth it.
