The property was fine. The room was fine. The staff was fine. I am pretty disappointed that they charge for parking. It's ridiculous to charge for parking in the middle of nowhere. They clearly want to raise prices but instead are adding lots of little things. Like the 6 dollar bottle of water in your room. It's wrong.

The rooms were large and nice looking. The refrigerator turns off after 2 hours so our food went bad overnight. The pool and hot tub were closed. The hot tub was the only reason we picked this hotel. It would have been nice knowing it was broken before we made the reservation (same day). We had some really sad children.

The receptionist sent us to a room #127 that had not been cleaned, there was trash, and the beds were not made, and there was used towels allover. We notified him and he changed our room to room #314, which was a much better experience. However, the receptionist also gave us the incorrect time that the bar for ordering food and drinks would close. This led to my wife and I going out late at night into an unfamiliar area to find a place to have dinner.

The cleaning crew could use some quality control, and whoever designed the building was an idiot. Who puts the pipes inside the wall that is by the headboard of the bed? Every flush from our upstairs neighbors felt like it was going to fall right on our heads… ALL NIGHT LONG.

The TV didn’t work, I went down and reported it, and was told they would come up, 2 hours later, I went down again as they never came, a different desk person told me they had no one to help me! I had very little cell reception, I told the desk clerk and she said that wasn’t their problem, it was my cell service, but it worked in lobby and other areas, just didn’t work well in the room.

We want to give a shout out to Chase and Chris. We dealt with Chase the most and he went beyond his regular duties to make our stay extra special. Chris was very helpful too. With a one yr. old and 3 yr. old sometimes challenging to travel. With their extra help made our stay so pleasant. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks again Chase and Chris for all the extra help you gave us. You deserve a raise. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates great service!

Quantico families - this is the place to stay! Easy and fast access to Quantico. Staff very accommodating and friendly! Chris at check-in very patient while checking in 5 rooms and trying to get us all on the same floor! We’ll be back in 6 months for TBS graduation!!!

The room was clean and quiet. There was an abundance of hot water in the convenient and attractive shower. Parking was easy and abundant. The housekeepers were helpful and friendly. The facility was close to the Quantico National Cemetary which we visited. We did not have an opportunity to try the bistro.

The physical facilities were impressive. The gal at the front desk check-in was less than personable (but later she warmed-up a little). The bar/bistro closed way too early (9:50 on a Weeknight); there are very few dining options in the immediate vicinity, so having the bar/bistro close SO early was a problem that should be fixed.

Remote control didn't work, television wouldn't work. Staff would not come down and check it out, instead wanted us to just unplug and plug it back in. Would have thought with how expensive the rooms were that they would have at least had complementary breakfast, cashless, and the food prices were crazy. $13 for an egg! $6 for a bottle of water!!
