Hated my experience there, rude receptionist, unclean bed covers and stinky rooms. Morning breakfast staff were polite and nice but when the face of entry to hotel is worst then no amount of service seems exciting.

Lovely staff on reception, helpful and smiley. Room was great. We were upgraded to a view room which was nice. Big, well equipped. Would have liked plug sockets by the bed pls.

Great rooms with lake views. Good facilities with option to take Shikkara boat trip tour. Good restaurant with very helpful staff. Overall a great experience
